Don't EVER use these "so called movers" as one of the movers stole my wallet with over $280 in it inside my car last Tuesday during my move. On our destination, these 3 movers stopped off at a gas station and paid for all kinds of food from the proceeds of the theft. Around that time, I realized my wallet was missing and should have called the police but when the thief, Mike Smith, arrived at my house and our destination, he ran off the job on foot. Who does that? Only a guilty boy bc he is still not a man. I had previously notified "James" at their company office and he was in complete denial about Mike stealing my wallet & even accused me of avoiding paying my bill and hung up on me. I love great respect and customer service. The crew I had was Mike, Nick, and Wayne. They were totally disorganized all 3 standing around talking and forgot all their tools and had to wait for 1 hour for someone to deliver tools to the job. They also took tools out of my garage without my permission to use for the job. They poorly packed the truck and I had to call their office to make them load up my coolers full of warm food bc they refused. Also, they damaged items and refused to take my instruction and became HOSTILE. I felt very unsafe with them. Apparently, Mike needed the money more than me. He can't earn his own money. He has to steal it. It is disgusting that James supported this thief as a company manager. VERY EVIL PEOPLE. DON'T USE THEM. VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL!

They were accommodating for my last minute move and the day of the move when I needed to switch the time they said no problem and made it happen! Jamal made this move happen within hours , I experienced a last minute need for a moving company due to being left stranded by another moving company last night . Elite movers in Charleston SC came in and saved the day ! In a pinch with literally two hours notice and they did an awesome job , efficient, and excellent handling of furniture. Michael and Wayne took care with our belongings. Managing the 39 cement stairs in an apartment building with a sleeper sofa and a queen bed they did an amazing job with it. Careful and a great job. We really appreciated the job Elite Movers did and their prices were better than others in the area and didn’t add an extra fee for stairs which some do ! 10.00 a flight per worker found that out in my search. We would absolutely recommend Elite Movers in Charleston area! Jamal responded very quickly with texts and phone calls great job done by all

Our experience was fantastic. The owner was very professional and punctual with setting everything up, sending over an agreement via DocuSign and a receipt (that included our cash tip) for tax purposes. We used them for a full pack and move from Mount Pleasant, SC to Savannah, GA. All of our items were well wrapped and fragile things were packed and wrapped with care. We had no damages to our belongings even after going down one flight of stairs and up another. Three men came to pack and load and then two drove the truck to GA to unload. Everyone was polite and provided us with a great experience. We received a very overpriced quote from another moving company, and Elite Movers gave us a great price. Quality movers at a great price! Highly recommend!!!
