Big Mike took great care of us, from the 1st call and seeing things through! Friendly, patient, & knowledgeable! Competitive pricing! All arrangements had to be done remotely by phone, and the move had to occur quickly He and the rest of the Coastal team had our trust and confidence, and made it happen - Chelsea/others who packed and Cory/others who loaded. They ALL communicated well! We also utilized their climate controlled storage. The whole process has gone smoothly and they all seem to enjoy their jobs and were extremely helpful! On June 23, my husband and I moved for the 8th time in 13 yrs. Coastal Carriers are by far the best movers we have ever had! Lacy, Derrick, Trevor, Mason and Adam are the most professional men in the business!! They treated our possessions like it was their own. It was a very hot day and they never slowed down. I enjoyed seeing how well they all worked together. They have fun and laugh together, which shows such great teamwork!! My family and I were planning a move but had to proceed much sooner than anticipated. I had used movers previously and knew that would be the only way to get move easily. To start off; Josh Shipman came to do a fair estimate of my home and was professional including all documents that customers should get prior to doing an interstate move. Due to short notice, they were able to assemble a team of wonderful people to assist me with a long distance move. Scott and his entire team were the most upbeat, helpful and just nice movers ever. My items arrived intact with no problems. Great care was taken to ensure no damage to either home. Again professionalism was exhibited throughout the entire process. The move was essentially seemless and I was beyond pleased. I would absolutely without any reservation recommend Coastal Carriers to assist you with moving/packing, etc.

We cannot say enough great things about Coastal Carrier Moving & Storage. From the owner all the way down to the staff who actually moved us, we were impressed with their professionalism, work ethic - and most importantly - how they cared for our things! Ours was an especially difficult move, as it included moving our things from a single home in Raleigh to both a storage unit and condo in Morehead City. Amazingly, every box and item made it exactly where it was supposed to go - something we considered to be no small feat. The boys on the job worked tirelessly from sun up to sun down to make sure everything went off without a hitch. We feel blessed to be able to work with such a wonderful company and look forward to working with them again soon when we can finally get our things out of storage and moved into a new, permanent home!!

Coastal Carrier worked with my schedule to get my furniture moved in a speedy and affordable fashion. The movers were punctual, polite, very careful with my furniture, and were careful not to track anything in on a very wet morning. I was very impressed with their professional approach and the speed with which they got my furniture moved into my house and unpacked.
