These movers were great! We rented a u-haul and they came at 9am (were actually early too). When it started raining, they asked if we wanted to wait to avoid getting any funiture wet. The move took less than 3 hours- very quick! I will be using them again! Thanks!

Amy and her crew worked hard in very hot temperatures. They kept moving and unloaded our uhaul, trailer and my car rapidly. They were friendly and helpful. They moved a very heavy upright player piano which has a baby grand sounding board. They waited until they were finished to eat the pizza we provided even with invitations to eat. They asked which room to put boxes. Amy was fair and reasonable in her pricing and helpful in planning the move. She was friendly, accommodating and personable.

Worst moving company ever!! The lack of organization and competence was amazing. Absolutely nothing went right with them. They were 5 hours late. They had to make 2 trips bc they ordered the wrong size truck. They didn’t have phones or GPS so I had to act as their guide and also communicate between them and the owner. Not to mention they left a hole in my wall. Would never ever recommend them to anyone!!!!!

Great overall experience! Were very flexible, working with me when I had to reschedule a few times. The guys (Charles & Bobby) were on time, professional, and worked nonstop. They did in 2 hours more than I thought we’d get done in 3! Most importantly to me, they were really careful with our furniture and freshly painted walls! We were super happy with the job and will definitely use them again.

Thank you to the hardworking men, Charles, Bobby and Clayton who moved our belongings with care. It was no easy task as we had so many extra heavy pieces. They took great care of our things and the space they were moved out of and into. They filled the truck to the max and then emptied and placed everything carefully. It was a very long process and what they did in 1 day would have taken us a month. Amy, you have a polite, courteous and fun crew to work with. Not to mention strong of course. IF YOU ARE MOVING THESE ARE THE FOLKS THAT YOU WANT TO MOVE YOU! Very nice and careful with doorways and walls. They moved everything from our apartment to our brand new home with ZERO damage to anything. Not even a scuff. I was super impressed with Amy and her crew. Hiring Carolina Movers is worth every penny! They also rearranged the furniture until I was happy with the placement with no problem at all. You definitely should not use this company for a variety of reasons. Beyond the fact that they are unprofessional, they appear to have no moving license, no DOT number, no local address, and operate in a manner that creates zero sense of safety or assurance that you can or should trust them with your move. They offer amazing prices, but again this is likely because they take no responsibility for anything during the moving process, and attempt to shield themselves from any liability. They canceled a move the day before when pressed for their license and insurance information, and also missed deadlines, were passive-aggressive, and attempted to invoice me with a disclaimer that they could cancel anytime on their prerogative. Don’t use them. Find someone licensed and insured and don’t take the chance with these scammers. The ‘owner’ posted a nonsense response to me, but you can test for yourself - ask for their proof of insurance, DOT number (legally required), or even an actual contract instead of a PayPal invoice. They don’t follow the law and you’ll have no recourse when they screw you over. You’ll find this business has no local address, and you’ll be up the creek without a paddle if anything goes wrong. I instead went with a reliable company (Carey Moving & Storage) and was very happy I avoided this fly by night scammer.

Very good in all phases of our move. They called me several days ahead ro confirm details . They were nice and polite . They were early and cafefull . ONLY THREE. HOURS to unload a 26 foot truck . The cost was very reasonable. We were so happy we bought them lunch and gave a good tip!
