I wish i could give no stars. Freddy the owner is completely unorganized and unprofessional. They were supposed to arrive at my old house at 9 a.m. we get a phone call saying they are running late with an emergency and will be there at 10 a.m. At 12:34 they finally arrive after multiple phone calls. Then they had to smoke a cigarette before they could get started. They took there sweet time to go over the 3 hour aggrement so extra charges could be added on. My sons father also dealt with them and had similar results. Yes they are cheaper than most, but you also get what you pay for. DO NOT USE!!!

Freddy is supposed to be at my house AT 8:30 a.m.(its 8:50 a.m) I just called him(he did not call me and he is running late) he did “remember” that he was supposed to be HERE TODAY. He said he “thought” it was supposed to yesterday... well that’s funny because you did come here yesterday either. Had you THOUGHT it was supposed to be yesterday why didn’t you call to confirm as I did earlier in the week(Tuesday) to CONFIRM or to even say I am on my way. He ONE of his movers sprained his ankle... I’m hoping you have more than ONE mover. He said he was trying to get his business out into the community... THIS IS A BAD WAY TO START!!! We were not concerned about the rain as he said it doesn’t matter to him if it’s ok with me I said it’s fine with me. I’m not sure WHERE the 5 stars came from but I hope these other reviewers has had better luck than we have.....

Terrible service. Was scheduled for 1 to move, I called and Freddy (the owner) wasn't sure if it was "today" or "tomorrow" when he was supposed to come even though we spoke at least twice the day before to set this up. Freddy was unprofessional and acted as if everything was an inconvenience (like loading hanging clothes). TV cords were missing, he stepped on a decorative wall hanging and broke it, he attempted to charge me for time that he wasn't even working. Lastly they knocked a small hole in my stairwell wall and eventually offered to repair but first was asking was it my responsibility to fix? Who would damage a very expensive home while moving and not want it repaired? I have tried to contact to confirm if repair was made later that night as we semi arranged and have not received a confirmation. Freddy also stuck the supports for my daughter's bed "in a box or drawer" and was going to leave without finding them to complete putting her bed together, I refused and we did find them and he finished the bed. Only positive was that they were available on short notice. Would not use again.

Busy beez was very professional and responsive to my needs.I needed a fridge that was being donated to be moved for a local family in need. After four days of other business not returning calls or messages I called busy beez. They worked with my schedule and even gave me a break on the price. I definitely recommend them! Freddy was super nice and came to my house to scope out what I had in order to offer me an estimate before I even committed to using his company, which I thought was very generous! On reading the reviews from other people, I can see why people would be upset that things weren't as organized if they were under a strict time frame and such. The guys were 30 minutes late the 1st day and didn't call me to tell me and 2nd day, they went to the wrong location, but they also stayed long enough to make up for being late and they were available with hardly any notice which was amazing for me since I didn't get my closing date until the last minute. They also did a great job moving my stuff and didn't damage anything! I feel like there are going to be pros & cons to any company you go with and for my circumstances, I was not under a strict deadline as far as using the guys so it didn't affect me negatively if they were a little late but I can see how for someone else that might have been stressful. I was grateful for their service! Freddy's moving guys, Rob & Will, were both very nice! I'd definitely use them again!!
