Azalea moving company was very professional, friendly, and helpful with this transition. The movers were on time both moving me out of my house and upon delivery. My furniture did not endure any damage through this move. The packers did a great job protecting my belongings while packing the boxes. I highly recommend using this company.

Due to previous moves, my wife & I don't like giving our personal items to any mover but I have to say the Azalea Moving experience changed all that. Christie gave a "spot-on" estimate & Evelyn made sure the move progressed as it should. The packing crew were professional & courteous and all items were packed well. We found nothing broken. The moving men were wonderful. I was impressed the way they made sure the floors were protected from their tracking in/out with boxes. Prompt pick-up from SC & prompt drop off at our home in FL. Recommend Azalea? Absolutely! Anytime.

Azalea Moving & Storage did a great job with my out-of-state move. I had used an Allied Van Lines mover before and had a great experience, and Azalea did not disappoint. There were no lost items and the movers at both ends were friendly and careful with my furniture. They even used padding to protect corners and door frames as well as a covering on the floor. They were also precisely on schedule and their estimate was accurate. The only negative about the move was that three shelving units were damaged, but the insurance offered by Azalea and Allied reimbursed me for the original cost of the shelving units within two weeks of making the claim. I would definitely recommend Azalea Moving & Storage.

Thanks so much for making my move from South Carolina to Texas so easy. I have used a number of moving companies over the last 25 years, but Allied is by far the best, and now my only choice! Azalea did a great job keeping me "in the loop" during the process. My sales rep, the packers and driver were all professional, friendly and easy to deal with. All this and very competitive pricing. For my next move, I will not be checking around....but will call Allied first.

Azalea was great--- we got a quick estimate, the movers were prompt and friendly the day of our move, and got the job done well and quickly. Our fee also ended up being less than the original estimate, which was nice! We have moved twice in the last year and have used them both times. We are currently living in a small home while we build a new house, and will likely use them again when we move into our new home next year. We would definitely recommend Azalea to anyone!

Azalea has moved us twice in the last year and their staff is professional, fast and safe. Christie's estimate was completely accurate, which was wonderful because I don't like surprises! Our first move with them ended up being a little more than the quote, but I wasn't ready and needed help packing on moving day. They jumped right in and the charge for helping me was unbelievably reasonable and well worth it. On this move, our bill ended up being less than the quote because the guys were so efficient! THAT is a company of integrity, in my book! The moving men were courteous, kind and respectful to us and our homes. I can't say enough good things about Azalea Moving and Storage and, as I Realtor, I recommend them to all my clients.

Absolute WORST customer service experience ever. Called to get quote and from the moment she answered she didn't want to be helpful. Said she didn't have anything available so no need to give an estimate then CLICK!!!!! Way to many moving companies to put up with that. Strongly recommend going with another company dont waste your time or there's evidently. Military family who's knows a lot of other constantly moving military families and I'll make a point to tell every person I know NOT to use this company. You know it's bad when they've got to give themselves good ratings "google user"

From the folks that packed our household goods to the people who loaded the truck, drove to our destination and did the unloading and set up we could not be happier. Everyone was extremely pleasant and did their job expertly. We had no damage, loss or even nicks or chips to anything they touched or packed. This is the second time we have used them and I would use no other mover if I had my choice.

Good experience with our move. Allied had moved us about 7 years ago, and that was a good move. This move proved to be another good experience. From the estimate to the final box unloaded, the staff was most professional. I would recommend Allied ( Azalea Moving) to anyone anticipating a move.

I could have gone with another company, but I had used Azalea for an office move earlier and was pleased with their work. No move is stress-free, but this one was one of the smoothest I've ever had, thanks to Azalea's team.

My experience started off great. Ray, who is a great salesman, came by to quote my move from Charleston to Greenville. Be warned, Ray will tell you everything you want to hear and make you think you are in great hands... only to not deliver once you signed the agreement and paid for the service. Ray promised free wardrobes to borrow, but the crew showed up with out them and charged me... The crew laughed when I told them the things Ray promised or the training he said they had to complete to work for Azalea (Ray will tell you they must practice packing dishware that can be dropped from the ruck and not break before they can pack for him... NOT TRUE). They said "that Ray will tell you anything to get the sale". His crew screwed holes through the top $2,000 kitchen table and only reimbursed us for $195 saying they pay claims based off of weight not value... DO NOT FALL FOR THE SLEAZY SALESMAN TACTICS HERE. YOU WILL GET THE "WARM AND FUZZIES" ON THE FRONT END ONLY TO BE DISSAPOINTED ONCE YOU HAVE PAID.

The day of the move they arrived promptly when they said they were coming and were also able to invoice me the bill after the move was complete. Moving isn't easy or cheap, but I must say Azalea made it very manageable. From an estimate that was extremely accurate, packing that was efficient and appears protective (most in storage) and a move that was well coordinated, we are extremely pleased with the service received and the price paid. We would definitely recommend Azalea for a local move (only experience) and will use them again if required.

From our initial call to the helpful Azalea Moving office staff, to Christie's on-site estimate that was reasonable and accurate, to the crew who arrived on time, this moving experience was pleasant and painless. Joe, the crew leader was efficient and direct. The courteous crew prepped the house to protect our wooden floors, door posts and entrances. They were very careful to wrap our furniture and they never stopped working. We admired their work ethic and professional demeanor. Their patience as they placed our furniture in our new home and the expediency at which they set up our beds and heavy furniture was impressive. We happily recommend Azalea Moving & Storage and will plan to use them again!

After almost two weeks, I am still trying to get debris pick up that was promised by the foreman while unloading. I have called every day since my move to schedule this and inquire about a missing box, to which I finally received a call back today (not from the actual person who handles this because apparently the operations person is too busy), but the same person I've spoken to every time I've called. She only called to inform me that it was not included (after the foreman very clearly told me to just call and they'll come get it all free of charge) and she told me I should know better that nothing is free.. And that they don't have any idea when they could even do it because John's Island is too far out (not too too out to actually move me, but to give me a service they offer). She also had no info on the lost box. I have not even started to fight the damage of cracked stairs after a dresser was dropped and wall chips from the move (which the foreman took photos of)-- I guess I'll continue to wait until the operations person is not too busy to pick up the phone to help handle my issues. I would stay as far away as possible from this company- the follow up is awful.

I recently moved to a new home. Azalea has moved me more times than I can remember. They are consummate professionals.Christi and Evelyn were extremely helpful with both the estimate and coordination of date. Evelyn was so patient when I had to change the date 2 or 3 times. Christi had a list of furniture and belongings from previous moves which was invaluable. The fact that I keep coming back is a testament to Azalea's expertise. I had a very complicated move with furniture being split between two different residences and two different storage places and multiple items needing to be crated. The staff was extremely helpful and responsive to all my issues and questions and the movers were patient with all the complications and paid attention to what items needed to go where. I also feel that the price is very competitive especially after the service I received. This is my third move with Azalea and I will certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Azalea Moving & Storage received and stored our possessions when we moved from Hawaii to SC in April 2016. They have been wonderful in every way. Leading up to the move, Hazel and Susan were always available to reassure us that they had this. The connection from the cross-ocean and cross-country trip was smooth and problem-free. In May, Sam from AM & S delivered our "early-out" boxes and that, too, was flawless. Yesterday, AM & S delivered all of our possessions and once again, they were on time, pleasant, efficient and careful. Sam (great to see you again, Sam!) Travis and Boo treated our possessions as if they were theirs. All together, a totally excellent experience. We could not recommend them more highly.

Just like other reviewers I cannot believe how rude the woman who answers the phone is. Before I could get anything out of my mouth she was telling me they were booked til end of August. Then she asked me for the items and as I was trying to describe them she interrupts and says they have a minimum charge of 578 dollars for three hours. Basically I wouldnt bother calling these people. I dont pay people for services when they are out and out rude. I hung up on her because of her attitude.

I drive for Allied Van Lines for an agent out of Rochester, NY for 13 years now. Sometimes i have to deliver shipments to other allied agents across the U.S. Let me tell you, it can be a very nerve racking experience handing off your hard work to someone else. Everyone I dealt with from the office to the people I worked with delivering my shipment were very friendly, accommodating, professional, and efficient. I trust they will take care of the customer I worked hard for. Definitely one of the better agents I've ever worked with.

All the employees were very professional and did a great job handling my local move. Loaded 1 day and delivered to my new home the following day. I had accumulated a lot of "stuff" since my last move of 11 years ago and they did a great job of loading it all in 2 trucks. The quote came in below the actual costs, but I probably had a lot more "stuff" that Christi wasn't able to see when she provided the quote (the packing was ongoing until the day of the move). Would definitely recommend them and would use them again.
