We had a great experience with Rent Sons. Julio was extremely efficient and friendly. He helped us assemble a platform bed and a desk. For the rest of the time, he even helped glue a night lamp and cut the grass in the front yard. Definitely will work with Rent Sons in the future!

They worked diligently and were respectful of my home. I hired them to move and remove junk. They were careful not to hit walls etc. It was pouring rain and they worked right through it. So far my experience with rent sons has not been positive. The first 2 hours I reserved for 2 sons, only 1 showed up and although he was very knowledgable and what he did get done he did well, I am not sure we really got 2 hours of work out of him. There is no accountability for how quickly they get the job done. We have scheduled another 2 1/2 hours and will revise my review if we experience something different. Also I received an invoice for our first visit at 10pm with the statement on it, that if not paid in 12hrs it would be charged to my credit card, while I do not mind paying with my credit card, a 12hr time frame on an invoice is ridiculous. It implies to me that you have to pay with a credit card.

Overall a very good experience. I had two sons come to my house. I had a bunch of unwanted household goods. Its cheaper to rent your own truck so all the sons had to do was show up. This was a moving job all items were going to the dump. Plus I had a treadmill I needed to be Picked up and brought back to my house. One son in particular was OUTSTANDING! His name was George And although he was only 18 years old he had such a positive attitude and went above and beyond any requests I had made, a really hard worker! The other son was good but didn’t show the Initiative that George did, I would request him again! The only reason why I gave four stars instead of five is because this company likes to do a lot of things by email. Even after I requested the scheduler named Cathryn, to call me, I had a request a few times before she actually did call me. She seem to be bothered by having to use the telephone. I’m a bit old school, I want to speak to a real person instead of all this back-and-forth email. Other then that, very good!

My experience with Rent Sons was beyond anything I could have expected. Collin and Tom were so professional and personable my daughter and I were extremely pleased. Our job consisted of; picking up an adjustable bed from Bob's and delivering it to us. Then they dismantled the old one and assembled the new one. We had a pile of "stuff" that hasn't been used in years that they took away. Lastly they replaced the batteries in all of our smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. WOW! These two guys are amazing. They arrived with the U-Haul, and in under 20 minutes (not exaggerating) everything in my apartment was outside and packed in the truck. Outstanding experience. Our “sons” were two strong women who laid rugs, carted out heavy porch furniture, cleaned the garage, cleaned a downstairs closet etc. Kara and Jana were absolutely terrific. The jobs were relatively small but critically important to us. Professional, kind, attentive...what more can I say? A+++

Thank you, Rent Sons! We had an old, dilapidated wooden garden shed that just needed to be removed. The team was on time, courteous, professional and had a genuine enthusiasm for the work at hand.
