Get what you pay for. Low rates, but movers aren't very fast. They scratched the hell out of my wood floors and never even mentioned it to me. Honest wouldn't be a characteristic that fits these movers. They did have a wood floor guy come out to "attempt" to fix the floor, but not much you can do after big gouges.

Warning, nothing they move will not come back damaged, or not at all! Be very wary and stay with movers at all times or items will"disappear", and they will claim never seeing or touching them!!

Jones offers fair rates, honesty, and quality work. The guys were very pleasant and kept good communication from start to finish, we're time efficient, and handled all of my belongings with care. Jones also offers different insurance package options, for peace of mind and protection. From the first call to after the move was over, I was very pleased and impressed with this company!

Saw some of their crew recently on the side of the road in Providence getting drunk and chucking their beer bottles into the street where children were nearby. Never ever in my life would I hire these people to help me move.

Movers came over to our house on-time and did a great job moving things in. They were careful in placing things where we wanted them and not damaging doors, floors, walls, etc. We also had them load some boxes to a van, which we drove to a nearby storage space. They also eagerly helped came and helped us unload at the storage space. Overall, the movers were friendly and eager to help!

They came to my apt and sat in their truck for nearly two hours. Started work and told me to leave. I wasn't allowed to watch them or help. Later I found out they stole hundreds of dollars of my food (when their policy is to throw it away), the threw away some of my furniture without permission, tried to over charge me (ending time of 5:45 when I was at the office watching them put their coats on at 4 p.m.), And even though they told me that I could have access and remove single items, when I did ask for an item, my 80yo cancer patient father's bed, they refused causing him to have to sleep on the floor until I made other arrangements. Eleven months later they still have my stuff and are threatening to go to auction a day before the one year anniversary of the move. They assure me that somehow I will get my Mom's ashes returned to me.

Terrible experience. These movers were not only rude and uncooperative, they also scratched to ruin (coffee table top, dressers tops) half the things they packed. They didn't like taking the bed apart so they broke off bits, didn't want to refinagle to fit the remaining boxes so they hid them in the house and called the job completed. My movers on the other end showed me just how courteous, careful and thorough movers can be. None of those basic work ethic qualities cost a dime. In retrospect I'd say Jones is actually cruel.

Worst moving company ever they made an agreement with the landlord and came 2 and half hour late and took 6 hours to load the truck and called the landlord at 2 in the am and expected the landlord to be up and cause she did not answer they took my stuff with them and what they left they broke my mirror to my bedroom set they are the worst and Joe the owner I rude and mean I would never recommend them to anyone worst ever do not use them.. and workers are all drug addict and they took my daughter medicine and nebulizer.
