Stayed in constant contact with me the whole time and accommodated my needs. There were only 2 guys and catered to my needs and where I wanted everything. I had alot of heavy furniture and the furniture was big too! My new house has low ceilings due to it being an old house that's over 100 years old. It's took the guys 6 hours because there was only 2 of them. They charge the customer for gas which was crazy seeing as their rate was $99 an hour I payed $644. I wish gas was tied into that.

Hired this company to move my family, and that's what this company did. Professional, courteous, employee's. Julio does a great job and his pricing is fair for the market! If my family is moving J and M is moving us!

I wish I could leave more than 5 star review! Curtis & Chris were the most amazing movers. They constantly checked in on me (I was quite anxious about our move) and were incredible packers! We could not figure out how they got all our things so safely in our little rental truck. The office ladies (Briana & Marie) were very responsive. I even spoke to the owner John because I was that anxious about moving. He was so kind & patient with me. I can't recommend them enough! My sweet husband thought we could do it all ourselves and I had serious doubts about that. My doubts were confirmed when we saw Curtis & Chris work their magic! There is no way we could make the move without their expertise! I honestly thought I would just live in my apartment forever! So thank you J&M for making our move possible & restoring my sanity.

Absolutely horrendous experience! DO NOT USE. J&M is the most unprofessional business I’ve ever worked with. Im not really sure how they’re still in business. I’ve been waiting quite a bit of time to post this review, giving the owner ample time make things right, but he has done nothing! Completely unprofessional. We used J&M to move from our home, to their storage, then to a temporary apartment while waiting for our new build to be completed. Upon receiving our items, we immediately noticed our belongings were severely damaged! Sure, we expected perhaps a few broken dishes or glasses, but they created thousands of dollars worth of damage! Not only were MANY dishes broken but several pieces of high end furniture completely DESTROYED as well as water damage to linens and family portraits. Bonus: they even tried to deliver us a flat screen TV that wasn’t ours! The movers saw the damage as they unpacked, they noticed how upset we were and reassured us J&M would “make things right”, but that never happened. I have plenty of pictures I’d be happy to share if you need even the slightest motivation to take your business elsewhere!
