MOST HORRIFIC DELIVERY SERVICE I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!! THEY BROKE THE LEGS OFF OF MY VERY EXPENSIVE SOFA, AND PROMISED TO HAVE IT FIXED. I HAVE CALLED THEM AT LEAST TEN TIMES. I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT LEGALLY ASAP

This company does not even deserve one star. Absolute worst experience ever! A "gentleman" named Tony came to deliver our treadmill, the box was all banged up and as he was moving the box in his truck he just let it fall to its side more than once onto its side. He than comes to my back door (I live in a 3 floor apartment, but I am the first floor) and says oh there are 5 stairs I cant bring that up to your door. OK fine, but I want to inspect the package before signing for it and he REFUSES to let us inspect the package, he then calls his dispatch and says to us we don't have time for this you are going to have to set up time where a delivery person has time for you to inspect your package?!?!?! Takes the treadmill back on his 2 wheeler and says that he is putting it down as customer refused delivery!! UM WHAT? HOW ABOUT YOU DON'T DROP MY TREADMILL ALL OVER THE PLACE! I did not refuse delivery I just wanted to inspect my treadmill to make sure it wasn't broken before you left and I was left responsible! DO NOT USE THEM EVER!
