I would highly recommend Coutu Bros. Movers. It is super intimidating to thing about moving your entire home from one location to another and they made it effortless for us. They responded very quickly to my initial inquiry and had very fair rates (I priced several movers). They made it very easy to book and were so professional, courteous, and reliable from beginning to end. I don't have a single criticism- HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We used Coutu Brothers moving to handle an installation of new furniture into a client's new home. We could not have been happier with their service. The guys were lovely, hard working and worked well into the evening making sure everything was exactly where we wanted it. We even had them back for round two! I will use them again and again- we were very lucky to find them!

Coutu Bros Movers did an excellence job! I called them at the last minute and they were very accommodating. The guys showed up on time and had my whole house packed up in less than 4 hours. That's 43 years worth of stuff! They were polite, careful and packed things that I had forgotten about. When I closed on my new home the next day, they arrived quickly after I called them. They brought everything in, set up my beds and placed the furniture in about 2 hours. The price was good and I was quite happy with this company. I highly recommend them.

Fine moving staff and all, but they lost a box full of family mementos and have taken no responsibility for a diligent follow-up. I filed a claim and just heard back: "Since no inventory was done and no exceptions were made on any high value items, we have no way of knowing if this ever came into our possession; therefore, this claim must respectfully be denied." My assumption was they would do an inventory, as ever moving company I've ever worked with has. And to doubt my word about a family stamp collection, daughter's first shoes and other personal items is insulting. I would stay away from these folks at all cost. Cold, unhelpful, demeaning and unprofessional.

They were outstanding, they were helpful and did an amazing job of moving our stuff. First time we ever had movers and I can not say enough about how great they were. We will highly recommend them .

Coutu Bros Movers was excellent from start to finish. Customer service during the inquiry period was top notch - all of my questions were answered completely and in a timely manner. The crew arrived on time and in good spirits. I felt I had a complicated move but these guys just went to work and made it look easy. Everyone I spoke to was professional, friendly and good at his job. Excellent experience. Highly recommended!
