College Storage USA is the best! They were so helpful and accommodating. When my original storage plans fell through at the last minute, I thought I was going to have to find a way to get all of my stuff back home only to lug it all the way back a few months later. However, with CS in Western Mass I was able to get all of my stuff picked up the next morning and out of mind for substantially less than I would have paid with another storage company. For move-in, I was offered a job on campus and told I would have to move in the next week. College Storage, however, offered to get all of my items to me during move-in without the additional fee. This company is flexible, accommodating, and reliable - everything you look for in a storage facility.

If I could give these guys 6 stars I would! Definitely the easiest and friendliest possible storage experience. From the time that I let the movers into my building, to the time they had brought my 8 items to their truck, I would say it was 10 minutes max. And what's more... I had actually stored personal ID documents in one of my boxes, and these guys went completely out of their way to reunite me with my ticket home. Above and beyond service, and awesome movers that prioritize smooth service. I will never use anything but College Storage!

These guys are life savers. When I moved out from California to Rhode Island and was stressed x 100, they made everything better. My daughter lives on College Hill and signed up for this service at the end of her freshman year. I helped her pack her items (numerous boxes). It was a gamble as we had not heard much of this company and it was literally everything she owned for school except what was in her carry-on suitcase. We returned in September (from dorm to sorority house - 2nd floor walk up) and found everything intact and well cared for. The crews (both pick up and drop off) were polite, professional, super-hard-working and very accommodating. Really nice crews! They have this college storage field down to a science! We were in touch with management (Andrew) over a question about storage and payment and he was incredibly professional! He really took the time to offer us the attention we needed. Excellent customer service! We will definitely be using them again this summer, and every summer going forward! As long as my daughter is on College Hill, we will be using College Storage!

The team at College Storage Rhode Island cannot be beat!! The customer service is outstanding! The price is very reasonable too. They make moving in and out of the college dorms a breeze. Everyone I have dealt with was so polite and professional.
