I would never use this company again. They have horrible customer service. They lost two of my end tables and claimed they weren't responsible. I have photos of the two end tables sitting outside my house right before they packed it up and put it in the truck. It was never delivered. In the hectic commotion of moving everything into my new house, somehow the tables got checked off as if they were delivered, but I never noticed it at the time because we chose to place the furniture ourselves, so everything was still in boxes when the movers left. Also, they have you sign a form that THEY fill out about what has been put in the truck, but you don't actually check off each item individually as it's placed in the truck, YET they make you check off each item when it's delivered. So, I can barely read their handwriting, and the movers are just calling off numbers to be checked off as the items are brought in. I don't know if THEY checked it off or they just called the number out incorrectly, but somehow it got marked off erroneously without me knowing. I might have caught it right away if the handwriting was legible.
This also led to a problem when making my claim. Like I said, at first I couldn't find the end tables on the list (because the handwriting was so poor), so I thought they just didn't put in on there. I was going to make my claim this way (which is probably how I should have since I probably would've gotten slightly better customer service and responses from the company tryig to help me). I finally, after multiple multiple read throughs, saw that the end tables were indeed on the list. So, I made my claim saying that the end tables were on the list that I signed and they claimed they weren't responsible. I sent them pictures because I was hoping that maybe they would make an effort to find them. If I was greedy and just wanted the money I wouldn't have sent them pictures! But I don't want/need the money, I want my end tables. They could at least have tried to find them since they were missing.
