I've rented U-hauls no less than 10 times, this was absolutely the best experience I've ever had. Organized, friendly and helpful...I've had some bad experiences, I'll never rent from anywhere else, no matter cost or inconvenience.

The location was organized in appearance from the customer side of the desk and out front overlooking their inventory. The lady I spoke with was very sweet. However I'm rating it a 1 star for the experience of the rental. I managed to hobble in the store to sign my contract for my reservation, however due to the pain, I didn't get out of the truck to inspect the trailer once I backed up to it for the uhaul staff. They checked the lights and waved me on my way. Once I reached my destination 4 states west was were I noticed the mistake I made of doing business with uhaul. Who passed inspection on this trailer!?!?!? The motorcycle trailer I rented was horrible. It was rusted out in several places, including the "V" for the motorcycle tire, which was almost completely detached. The ramp was rusted out on one side and both wheel wells were rusted to a unsatisfactory extent. I also looked under the trailer and was mortified with the condition of the rusted bolts and parts. Also, the tire on the passenger side was missing half it's tread. Not only did I find the trailer to be a safety hazard, I was expected to pay for the time I had the trailer...the unroadworthy rust hauler that some how passed inspection.... Needless to say, I dropped the POS off at the nearest uhaul and I'm currently waiting on yet another attempt to get someone (from the 1-800 number) with the capacity to provide some customer service without transferring me to an endless amount of different departments. I've dealt with uhaul many many times before and this was by far the worst experience ever... they will do everything to any extent to keep the money versus making things right by refunding/voiding the cost of the transaction.

Staff available but not computer to use ? Computer used froze and had to move to another. 30+ minute to get reserved truck week night, evening. Poorly lit poorly available customer parking in crowded creepy rear of the building, uncomfortable Safety for after hours return drop off alone, fencing surrounding w overgrowth, Open overflowing dumpsters, not appearing Eco Friendly to Recycle the boxes/packaging or considerate Sanitation Servicer. Locks,boxes, label tape kits available, other vehicle hardware relationship also for sale. Accommodate nondriver payer for truck. Manual minimal cab control (Remember wind up window ?) Handed keys with No escort to truck to answer questions or state run down controls or local laws operation. Night time Lighting exterior/box area been nice. Automatic drag on not needed empty/ Safety break location and Release. I could have Read waiting... on wall or pamphlet, silent monitor screen b nice. ( Unusable one from the computer) More guys on Servicer side of desk than # Customer side ? Maybe Thinking like a women multitasking or having one as Supervisor help Benefit this location.

I did the quote online and made the reservation a week before my move. When I showed up he said the price would be triple what I reserved it at and said they don't have to price it like the website says. Guy was very rude about the situation.

Installed an overpriced hitch and conveniently didnt install a ground wire. IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone on the phone. But walk in to their store and there are 3 of them standing around. No waiting area for those having installations done. Go anywhere else.

Great place for propane too. Open everyday till 1900, cheaper per gallon rate, and fills your tank on the spot. You only pay for what they filled.

Rude clueless staff, bad customer service, and unable to do simple math. Refused to honor the contracted miles on a signed and printed contract at the time of return and charged extra miles. Kept repeating that her computer system shows half the number of miles that was on the printed and signed contract. When presented with the contract, said she can do nothing and to call their 1800 number. No attempt at an explanation as to why they wouldn't honor a contract. Her aim was send me away as quickly as possible rather than being helpful or trying to resolve the issue. The issue was eventually resolved in a few days and the extra amount refunded by contacting customer service but I'd avoid this location, the hassles are not worth it.

I had a GREAT experience here! The staff on hand were friendly, professional, and courteous. They took the time to familiarize myself with both the contract and the equipment beforehand. I wish there was a bit of room to take the truck around for a spin to get used to it, but I can't hold it against them. THANK YOU for helping me get my truck back to Michigan safely and smoothly!

We had an appointment to install a trailer hitch. We showed up about 15 minutes early and they took our car in right away. The hitch was put on and installed just a few minutes after our scheduled appointment. Was extremely satisfied at the quality and speed. Highly recommended.

Fantastic and friendly service. I was greeted when I walked in and had all of my inquiries answered very quickly. Dom, one of the managers, went above and beyond to make sure that my one day rental was taken care of. I really appreciate everything he and the rest of the crew did for me (I needed a wire fixed in my trailer hitch) and they took care of it, no questions asked. I recommend you visit and I will absolutely return for my future rental needs.
