After a horrible delivery experience with another company, my experience with White Glove Delivery was a breath of fresh air! I received my furniture on time and was notified by the drivers of their arrival time. I did have to call the delivery company a few times to confirm the delivery date, which is my only complaint.

Horrible customer service! My bedroom furniture has been at their site for over two weeks awaiting delivery and set-up. Pittsburgh White Glove won't respond to calls from the furniture company nor to my calls. I don't understand this type of customer service or shall I say, "Non-service"! I called and left a message for Peter Olszowy personally and we will see if I get a response. I did actually get to speak with someone yesterday when my furniture company was able to get through and he said he was unloading a truck and would call me back after he was finished. As you can expect, he did not call me back and they won't respond to my call this morning. Don't use them they are horrible!

Ordered a fireplace through wayfair which uses this company as a 3rd party delivery agent. I was supposed to receive my package from them over 2 weeks ago. They have not returned any of my calls or voicemails. Extremely unprofessional. Wayfair has filed a formal complaint against them. Would not recommend!!!!!!!!
