By far the easiest move I've ever experienced. The entire make moves team operated with extreme efficiency! Professional, Friendly, and excellent movers. If you are considering moving, then Make Moves should be your first call. They were able to quickly move our 3 bedroom house with varying levels of fragile items out in less then 60 minutes and into our new house under 45 minutes with no damage and everything unloaded exactly where we wanted it. Their initial estimate was right on for price and their proposal process was 100% transparent. In an age were service business make their money buy quoting low and final billing high, it was refreshing to work with a company that stayed true to their Quote and deliver 110% on their service commitment. From all of the other reviews, I can truly say my wife and I are another extremely satisfied customer! Thank you Matt and Team!

Great moving experience! I had a quick moving deadline, the office staff fit me in, and were very personable and efficient with the quote process. So I called and spoke to Bobby one of the partners and he was fantastic. He reassured me that his company was insured, did a high quality job and would follow through and they definitely did. every guy who came was mannerly and polite and really cared about my home. This was a really good experience. I had a complicated - 3 house move with stuff going from one house to another house, picking up more stuff to go to a third house. My crew called me when they were on their way, giving me an accurate window of arrival. They quickly assessed what was going where, got everything loaded and moved on to the next house. Two of the houses are older city houses - so narrow doorways and steep stairs to navigate. They were professional, careful, and thorough throughout the process. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend their services.

My experience is different then most. I had new construction so mud etc. to deal with. They do not do prior on site check and rely on satellite to view the property. Not adequate in my situation. i took the driver to the new house to view and he still managed to stick the truck in the mud on the first trip. No real team leader, just the driver whose response was to put his head on the steering wheel and not knowing what to do so I had to take charge. They said they would have two inside and two outside so as not to track mud. First trip up the carpeted steps with muddy shoes I had to remind them of the process. Not any significant furniture damage but they did scrape up the walls. All in all I felt like I was back in my 20's and had some buddies over to help me move. Not very professional.

The labor team arrived slightly late and one man short (no big deal) but was professional throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, the office sent a truck that was far too small for the job, which resulted in us being unable to complete our move in one trip. The team also had to fight the small truck to load only a partial load. Everything included on our estimate was unable to fit on the small U-haul (yes, they brought a U-haul for a four BR home). Let me say that again, ITEMS INCLUDED ON OUR ESTIMATE were not able to be moved. Of course, we also had a few items that were over looked (we're talking boxes and an end table) on the estimate... but I would have happily excluded them if the ENTIRE ESTIMATE was moved. Our small handful of items did not eat up so much room to prevent moving nearly an entire garage full of furniture and boxes. At the end of the day, the company management and I agreed on a one hour labor credit to offset the time the team spent arranging and rearranging and rearranging the truck to maximize space. I simply wanted to cut my losses and get what could fit moved. Again, the team was great, friendly, professional... but the office screwed me and their own employees. In summary, this company arrived in a U-Haul to save money, and it ended up costing me another move and their worker's time.

We had a tight door to go through, and some of our pieces were scraped and got paint on them, but the company was very good about repairing the damages. I recently hired these guys for a big move. I had some serious furniture, my wife likes large heavy objects. These guys showed up early ready to roll and even when it started raining 3 hours in, they carried on. All valuable items were wrapped and handled with care. I had a great experience all around with Make Moves! First, I struggled to find a company who was willing to take on a smaller job, since I only needed to move 2 pieces of furniture and a mattress. Bobby, who gave me my estimate, was more than happy to help me and said that it would be no problem. The estimate was spot on, and their minimum was right around our budget for the move. They were easy to contact via email, called us the week before to confirm, then the morning of to let us know they were on their way. John & Travis were on time, polite, efficient and careful with our things. Make Moves did our move in November and they were amazing! Worth every penny. The men were polite, quick, and careful with our belongings. We had everything packed in advance, the only "packing" they did was to take apart some of the furniture. When we got to our new house and started reassembling the furniture (which they helped with) we had all of the pieces. When moving in they put all of the boxes in the correct rooms, helped us put pads on the furniture and arrange items. They also came in just under their cost quote. We were so impressed with their professionalism, speed and care. I cannot recommend them enough!
