Was WAY more that we were told upfront.. They brought a truck that was way too small only took just over half of my things... so I have to pay movers and still move 1/2 myself..when I called and said something I got nowhere. The for guys that showed up were very nice but also kind of slow will you paying somebody by the hour you do not want someone to lag behind the youngest kids spent more time on his phone then he did moving my furniture... I would never recommend this company to anybody and they change the name of the company to get moving...

I inherited my great grandmother’s vintage piano from the 40s, it’s deeply sentimental to me as it was the piano I first learned on when I was 6 years old. Kissel was recommended to us so we talked to them. They made an appraisal and determined a strategy for the move because we have an awkward front porch. The three of them arrived promptly on time and quickly got to work. Their manner of work was efficient, professional, and extremely cautious. The time they arrived between the time they finished was less than an hour, and they took fantastic care and paid close attention the entire time. I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided, their friendliness, and respectful way they carried out our moving project. If I ever need anything else related to furniture moving, Kissel will be my first contact. I highly recommend them to anybody who is looking for quality efficient service.

I used Kissel Moving & Storage to move my daughter, who is a Pitt student, from one apartment to another in the Oakland section of Pittsburgh. I was very pleased with the three guys that showed up. In spite of the heat/humidity, they worked steady and hard; they were careful with all the pieces of furniture they moved; and they were personable. I called for an estimate and the lady said they would call back which did not happen. I called two more times over 3 days and she kept saying they would get back to me which never happened and I eventually gave up and moved on to a different company.

Kissel was amazing with our move! Pete and his crew did an amazing job of moving my piano and curio. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Highly recommend, super friendly, careful, and very respectful! Only moving company I trust!
