Such great clients to work with

Company has potential, but definitely needs serious help in turning around their training program and workload. Plus, they need to be diverse with their hiring of those in the HB Office

Nathan Medwig

Top-tier relocation company providing high-value, excellent customer service.

This company doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating. First, they bothered me to death about a document concerning relocation money I should receive only for me to find out it doesn't go toward expenses I occur upfront (i.e. Deposit for new apartment) and that I won't receive a dime of it until my first check. Second, I called to see what services they provide and was replied to with a rude response. Plus you have to SCHEDULE a (no B.S.) 5 minute conversation only to find out that they are completely useless. They gave me a list of companies that offer some type of discount but I still have to pay for out of pocket. Other than that, I don't understand the purpose of this company.

The process of relocation includes short timelines, moving, leaving a job, starting a new job, learning a new city and state, finding a new home, and adjustment of a pet; all of which are very stressful. The relocation companies I have worked with previously had greatly reduced my burden and stress during these times. However, my experience with Aires has exponentially increased the stress associated with relocation. From initial contact until now, weeks after starting work, I continue to have issues with the service (or lack there of) provided by Aires. My mobility specialist lied several times, refuses to answer emails or calls, did not initiate tasks until pressed (contacting moving company, scheduling home survey, informing me of moving date, and more). I keep thinking I can just hold out and it will be done, but then new issues arise.

There are other company's that will assist with the difficulties and stress of moving, Aires does not do a good job. Our families interaction with Aires cost us a house sale, several missing personal items, but most importantly they made the moving process MORE stressful and not less stressful. Save the money, time, and stress...don't trust this company. Best of luck!

Sucha an amazing company to work for. The services they provide are excellent and exceed expentations. I would recommend working here to anyone. The culture and people are just beyond amazing.

Everything started off great but just has progressively gone downhill. This company outsources everything, so you don't actually know who is going to move your things. My new truck was damaged, and the third party refused to pay. We had missing and damaged items for which another third party refuses to pay completely. The process was very disorganized. I was told in one case that something would not be moved, then that it would, then that it wouldn't, and then that it would again. We almost had a big problem on move day because of that. They even took off the handles of my new fridge and then lost the screws. We finally found them in different places. Aires also provided an estimate on a monetary benefit I was to receive and then provided something much different. If they're calculating it they should be able to provide accurately what it is. The service I had from Aires over the phone was very kind and professional, I will at least say. But the disastrous overall experience and the rude and unprofessional service of the third parties ruined everything. I would advise you conduct your own move on skip on this "benefit" your company offers.
