They were about 30 minutes early and completed the whole move in under three hours, which included taking apart the bed, moving furniture out of our apartment, driving to the new place, and unloading the furniture. Movers arrived 30 minutes late. Was charged 2.75 hrs travel time for a 45 minute move of 8 furniture items without any initial estimate of travel costs. Management made minimal attempt to remedy and was insulting and accusative. Will not use again. Absolutely do not recommend.

Tried to find a moving company within the week of my move, contacted a few places, and Priority Moving fit me in on Wednesday, my ideal time, after being notified of my request, the Sunday prior. Our daughter and son-in-law used Priority Moving Services in Dec. of 2016 and were extremely pleased, so they highly recommended them for our 6/28/18 move from a 3500 SF house in Tigard to an 1845 SF house in Gresham. Wow! We were flat-out amazed at the speed, care (the wrapping and padding were excellent), professionalism, and pleasant, positive attitude of our team of 3 movers, Brandon, Chris, and Alex G. They were so energetic and organized! It’s hard to believe that they accomplished all that work (we had a ton of stuff!) so quickly without any damage or mishaps. The bill was more reasonable than we’d expected because they were so fast. Hopefully we’ll never have to move again—LOL—but if we ever do, we wouldn’t use anyone other than Priority Moving Services.

We were going back and forth on what moving company to use and finally landed on Priority Moving. I'm glad we found them since they are out of Hillsboro and we're in Forest Grove. The crew was fast and efficient, getting to work as we began our walk through. We had everything loaded in the truck and found out our closing documents weren't ready. We were already to stressed out and called the owner Josh and explained our situation. He took a stressful situation and alleviated it by keeping our things stored overnight and delivered the next day. I can't tell you how much that took off of us and am so glad we picked a local, family owned company.

Josh Dudleston is a true professional, extremely helpful and honest. When we got several bids for our interstate move from Oregon to Utah, it was immediately clear to us that he understood our needs best, and he helped us save money in preparing the move. We decided to go with Priority Moving, and Josh stayed in touch with us every step prior to the move. His movers are considerate and well-trained: they tried their best to avoid damages and packed fragile items very well. At the destination, they unpacked (in 100-degree heat) tirelessly and fast. As our goods did not require 2 trucks, Josh gave us a nice refund, which arrived promptly in the mail. This is an outstanding moving company. Go with Josh, and you will not go wrong.

I recently bought a house and ended up putting off hiring movers until very near the closing date so it was great that there was weekend availability on such short notice. Alex, Alex, and Chris all did a great job wrapping and moving all of our huge heavy stuff up and down stairs at both locations with no damage or problems at all. They also helped pack some things that weren't together yet and disassembled/reassembled our IKEA bed. Overall they made the move so much less stressful. Hopefully I'll never have to move again but I'd definitely be a repeat customer if it comes up.

We had an amazing experience with this moving company! They were able to fit us in with only a few days' notice. They called before arriving as promised and within the window quoted to us. Nathan and Brandon moved everything with great care and speed! Seriously I don't know how they were so fast! Our old apartment was on the 3rd floor with tight half-flights, and the new one was on the second floor. I really felt like they listened to what I said as well, e.g. what goes where. They did a great job of putting things in the new and much smaller apartment. Also I felt their rates were very fair, especially with a 10% cash discount. I don't want to move again anytime soon, but next time I do I wish definitely give these guys a call.

Make sure you read the email the owner sends you very carefully, it states there is a 3-hr minimum on the weekends. I had such a quick move that was done in under an hour (small 1br apartment with a couple pieces of furniture, moving within the same apartment complex) and was charged over $400.

Called Priority on Sunday and they had an opening on Monday between 11 and 3. Tyler and Nathan called my promptly at 11 and said they would be there in 30 minutes. They showed up at 11:30 and immediately sprang in the action. I didn't have a huge place, a 1 bedroom, 900 sq ft apartment, and I had nearly everything ready to go. They had everything in the truck in 50 minutes. My new place wasn't far and they got there and unloaded in blinding speed. These guys loaded (3rd floor), transported (6 miles), unloaded (3rd floor again) all of my stuff in an hour and 49 minutes. That includes having to move the truck 3 times due to neighbors. Nothing was broke and everything was handled with due care. If they weren't carrying a load, they were literally running to get more stuff. If you call Priority Moving request Tyler and Nathan!

Hired Priority recently when relocating to a nearby town. We'd hired another mover, who cancelled due to a disabled truck. After frantically calling other moving companies, and talking to company after company who weren't able to provide short-notice movers, we found Priority. They were able to slot us in exactly when our original movers had planned to move us, and were finished before lunchtime. Alex and Jack were our movers, and they were top-notch: fast, considerate, careful, and energetic. They were so quick and focused that we were finished in less than three hours, and our move included a 40-minute drive from one location to the next. Our boxes, furniture, and other items arrived safely and in good shape. Couldn't recommend these guys more — they were friendly, on-point, and did a fantastic job.

I stumbled upon Priority Moving after a frantic search to find movers when the ones we’d originally chosen flaked an hour after they were supposed to show up. I can’t begin to express how impressed we were with everyone from the manager to the moving crew. They were polite, professional, and incredibly hardworking. Showed up exactly on time (literally) to the minute. Got to work right away, and even moved our piano (upstairs, nonetheless). Very competitive rates for the service. Note: can’t move liquids or light fixtures with bulbs still in them. Not a big deal but just wanted to call that out. Highly recommended!

Fast, fast, fast...BUT NOT CAREFUL. Moved less than 10 miles from SE Portland to Beaverton and they still managed to break a TV stand by lifting it improperly and get paint transfer on my dining table when they passed it over the fence because they didn't want to remove the legs AS I REQUESTED. As a non-smoker the nicotine smell rising off the guys was off-putting. Craig was okay, but Jacob the younger guy had an attitude. Neither was very friendly. Also, if you schedule a move with them NO ONE CALLS TO CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT. All you can do is wait and hope they show up. I was a nervous wreck and kept calling to find out if they were going to show up because I've never had other people move my stuff before. I sure hope I don't have to do it any time soon again. If I do, it probably wouldn't be Priority. I would have HAPPILY paid for more time if they had been taken the time to BE CAREFUL WITH MY THINGS AS IF THEY WERE THEIR OWN. But they didn't. So don't expect too much, and make sure to disassemble all your assembled furniture ahead of time.

I wish I could give 10 stars. I was blown away with the service provided by Priority Moving. Alex A. and Chris showed arrived at my storage facility ahead of schedule and gave me a call 30 minutes prior to arrival so I had time to meet them there. They quickly transferred my belongings from the unit into their van and then delivered them to my apartment. This whole process took a lot less time than I anticipated. Both Alex and Chris were extremely trustworthy and dependable and I felt very comfortable leaving them both at the storage facility and in my new apartment as i went out to run errands as they worked. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ENOUGH and will definitely be using them again when my lease expires. Thank you guys for taking the stress out of my moving day and for taking great care of my belongings!

I always wonder about businesses that have words like"priority" in their name. Like whose priority are they referring to? However, based on the reviews, thought that my definition of priority and theirs may be the same. And, just to be clear, my definition of priority is about what I need and when I need it! So how did it go? They exceeded my expectations. From Josh, in the office to the crew lead by Alex with Nathan and Giovanni, they were on point. Full disclosure by Josh about anticipated costs. Alex and the crew were on time (kept us informed), took great care with all of our stuff and wasted no time loading and unloading us. In fact we would see them literally sprinting back and forth between our home and truck. Thank you Priority Moving Services for making our move your priority.

I have never been more happy with a moving company then I were with Priority Moving. To start off with when we called the individual my gf spoke to on the phone had actually been out of the office (it was near closing I think, our mistake), but drove an hour to go back in and schedule our appointment rather then waiting the next day to call us back. We had Anthony and Alex taking care of our move. They arrived promptly on the earlier side of the time slot we had been given. They worked incredibly hard, especially given it was during an insane heatwave and at least 100 degrees out (seriously I don't know how they did it without dying from the heat it was pretty awesome), got everything packed up quickly and safely. Everything got to the new apartment in the same condition it left in, they helped us to rearrange some of the furniture while they were there, and they even helped my gf get some heavy things out of our car that we had taken over that wasn't on the list of stuff we had originally mentioned. Everything was quick, it was well priced, and they took very good care of our things. They even informed us about some damage to one of the dressers that had nothing to do with them. The dresser was falling apart long before, but they wanted us to know anyway it was very sweet and professional. TL;DR moving is insanely stressful, I've had some terrible experiences with movers that made it even worse, so it was a huge relief that we found such reliable people and we defiantly plan on using them in the future.
