Then they helped with with a quick big move up to Silverdale Washington recently. They are always professional. Caring. With lots of heko and care making sure everything is secured and we'll packed. We had a wonderful experience moving with this company. Living in Oregon City, I am pleased to say they started there. They were well organized with the owner running the job, hustled all day on both days, tried to help us when they saw us struggling with something, went the extra mile delivering boxes to storage, moving some items to new location on second day, etc., nothing was damaged, prices were reasonable and they didn’t charge for “extras” like others do. They made a very difficult job pleasant. I’d use only them if I need to move, but I hope to stay put.

This is my second move with Northwest Grace Moving. As before the young men that moved my furnishings were clean, conscientious, and very polite. Everything was handled with the utmost care. They worked all day, up and down stairs, with only a short break for lunch - at my insistence. Overall I was very pleased and the move went well. The only complaint I had was that I had to move a few small items myself because the truck was filled to capacity.

Three days before my scheduled move, "No Parking" barricades with notification taped to the front door of my apartment building were posted. A Disney film was going to be filmed in the neighborhood. This meant, no room for the moving van. After no resolution with the local film company, Matt (NW Grace owner) persevered and contacted Disney directly. The director of on location filming made arrangements for the local film company to provide adequate parking space in front of the apartment so the move could be done safely and expeditiously. I was impressed. Well done Matt! As others have commented, Matt, Ian, John, and Casey are professional, focused, and very pleasant to be around. I highly recommend NW Grace.

Our family moved about a year ago and after doing research on options in the area, we used Matt and his company. They were friendly and forthcoming. They are upfront about their fees, which in Oregon are regulated by law anyways, but this becomes especially important with regards to the "hidden fees" or extras that many other companies don't disclose right away (e.g. fees for heavy items, materials, etc.), or don't include in the estimate. They were on time, professional, great at packing/protecting the items, and very helpful. The move involved several heavy/large furniture pieces going into the second story of our new home that has a split-level staircase and tight corners. They disassembled and re-assembled several large multi-piece furniture items, including post/canopy beds and a 12-ft wide & 7 ft tall entertainment unit. Nothing was damaged or broken and a 3700 sq ft home was done in less than a day and a half. We would highly recommend Matt and his team.

Matt and his wife, Lisa, we're just wonderful. Easy to talk to, prompt and reliable. Little did I know how unprepared I was for the move when Matt and his team showed up. He jumped in with both feet and worked like an animal. Nobody grumbled about more work than expected (except me!). My suggestion to anybody reading this is to sell all but 10 precious belongings when you have to move. If you simply can't CALL MATT. Moving isn't cheap. Reliable, friendly, kind and a can do spirit is priceless.

Building a new home and moving after 43 years in our was so very stressful. Moving day was not. Our team from NW Grace Moving; Casey, Kieran, Hunter and Hayden were absolutely great! I was amazed by the level of teamwork and professionalism in this group of young men. They took great care with my furniture, everything came through the move in perfect condition. They were friendly, courteous, and very diligent about their job, barely stopping for a drink of water until they were done. I also appreciated the flexibility of the office staff in helping me adjust the date of our move when our builders set us back several days. He worked with our situation and provided us with options that made sense. Throughout the process, he was a calm, friendly, and confident partner to work with. His guys were a great group of people who handled all of our belongings with care from start to finish - loading to moving to unloading. He took care to check in with me and answer any questions we had, ask how our family was doing with everything, and give advice on packing some items we weren't sure how to deal with. From the cost of renting a truck, to bribing your friends with food, listening to grumbling, risking damage to your personal property or physical injury for labor that takes ALL DAY, doing it on your own is just not worth it. Having never used a moving service, I was really hesitant in hiring a company to come into my house and handle all my personal property. I found NW Grace with a google search and chose them based on the rating and amount of reviews. I was really impressed with the crew and how they approached the job. They had an active and attentive lead/supervisor who directed the loading and unloading like a pro. They listened to my concerns about certain pieces of furniture and tricky hallways and found solutions quickly. I didn’t shop rates, but I feel like my money was well spent. NW Grace is a solid outfit with a down home feel. I hope I don’t have to move again for a while, but if I do I know who to call.

We used Matt and his team last winter to move from our home to a storage unit. He and his team were quite responsive as to our questions on how to best prepare for the move. Not only was his team expert packers of the truck, they were quite helpful in packing the storage unit efficiently to help us be ready to move into our new home when the time came. In about 5 hours, the team helped finish the final preparations with our furniture - using pads, packing sheets and shrinkwrap, loaded the 26' truck, and unloaded it to a local storage unit. Not one item was broken or damaged. Moving has never been a fun experience. NW Grace Moving helped make it go well for us and our family. I highly recommend their service to others!
