My family and I were more than pleased with the professional service we received from Central Oregon Moving!!! My wife called this company at 9:30pm and was very happy to speak directly with the owner late on a Sunday evening. The staff showed up before their scheduled time dressed in uniform. My company has paid to have moving companies move us several times in the last 20 years, and we've never had service at this level with the complete know how that this company displayed! The equipment that they came with was over the top also. I will forever call them the Tetris masters!

I wouldn't even give them one star - it's the lowest rating it would let me give them! Terrible service! Booked my date nearly a month ahead. Called and followed up the week before. Get notified after when they should have already been at my house, the truck hasn't been picked up. "Scotty" states he's out of town and he will find out what is going on. Call back. Movers are stuck from a call earlier in the morning ( mind you I asked for 8 am, got told 9 was the earliest they could do, then get told the week before when I followed up that it needed to be 10) advised them at 12:15 ( after hours of still no contact on their end ) they were no longer needed. No response. His excuse was weather, but the truth is, NO COMMUNICATION on their end. No calls. No follow ups. Nothing. This whole experience could have been turned around by them at least reaching out to us before we called them. Or at least them keeping us updated throughout the morning. Still zero response since I reached out to cancel.

An all-round pleasant experience. Central Oregon moving is a quality company that takes great care to ensure a trouble-free move at a very reasonable price. Pick up and delivery was on time, as promised. I would certainly use this company again for an in-state or cross-country move.

I have used Central Oregon Moving for two moves and would definitely use them again. Their team is extremely professional, pleasant, respectful and efficient. Things that would have taken us hours to move took them minutes. It is totally worth it to hire them for the minimum if not the entire move.

Best movers ever! We were put in a bad spot when a company here in Bend we hired did not show up. We needed to be out the same day, as the new tenants were moving in the next morning. Scotty, and his crew were already on a job when I called, but said because of our situation he would send his other crew over immediately. Our house was a large barn house, which needed 2 26ft. moving trucks. Scotty, and his guys worked until 12 midnight and got everything loaded. We were told by the other company it wouldn't all fit, and we would have to leave some stuff in the barn. Amen to Scotty from Central Oregon Moving for an A++++ job! Thank you from Carroll & Mark

This was one of the best service experiences I have had. Everyone from Scotty to the team of movers were “over the top” professional, respectful and just wonderful to work with. The morning of the move the team recommended bringing in an extra guy because they felt they could complete the job in less time and thus, less money. They did that and our move ended up being a couple hundred dollars less than the original bid, which was already reasonable. Everything went smoothly and the team is just a great joy to work with. I highly, highly recommend this company!

These guys were the best. So professional and communication was the best. They put blankets on doorways which I've never seen done before. They went right to work and didn't stop till pack was complete. And so polite. They were most appreciative of our packing skills. All we did was have all boxes packed and labeled. Easier on them and less expensive for us to have everything organized. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a move done the right way.

Scotty and Joey recently moved me from Bend to Louisiana. Nightly texts informing me of their progress were most appreciated. Most of my belongings arrived intact and without damage, and the few that were inexplicably missing were immediately covered by Scotty. It is a tribute to the integrity of Scotty and Joey. Moving is always difficult, but Scotty and Joey worked hard to make it as easy as possible. The actual movers were amazing to work with. They did a great job and handled our things with care. The scheduling staff seemed disorganized and scheduled us for the wrong time...I gave them plenty of notice, but some how we fell thru the cracks. Lastly - It would have been nice to know that we were going to be charged 4% if we paid via CC - I wouldn't have packed my checks away!
