When we moved, we had Roger and Patrick as our movers. They were excellent, they worked SO hard and they moved fast. At times, I caught them running back to the truck, in between loads. They moved as fast as possible. Roger and Patrick are great movers, with amazing attitudes and great work ethic. I will hope to have them again the next time I move. All America Moving is a great moving company, with strong workers and reasonable prices.

We have used this company multiple times throughout the years to move a piano from place to place (including from a 3rd story apartment!). They have always showed up on time, always been courteous and are always gentle with our piano and home. Would recommend them any day!

I recently used All America Moving for a move from a storage unit in Vancouver to a two-story townhouse in Portland. The guys were right on time, friendly, moved quick and were very careful with all of my stuff. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again the next time I move.

Great Experience! Jeremy and Jesus were great! They moved my three bedroom house for me. During the six hours of moving these guys did not stop! worked hard through the snow and ice. Very friendly, polite and helpful! Highly recommend! They were awesome!

Used them recently for moving. Great experience. From beginning to end it was a smooth move. They arrived on time with the right equipment. They worked hard and fast to get the job done - no wasting time at all. They are a bunch of honest guys who want to do a good job for the customer. No issues/hassles/problems at all. Their rates are probably the lowest in the area. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to move.

I was very impressed with the two gentleman who came to move us from a 3rd floor condo into our new home in Vancouver. They were careful, hard working, efficient and friendly. They really knew what they were doing. I would recommend them to others and already have. Great job guys. We moved on the 22nd of October.

We literally got scammed by these guys. They took four hours to move a 1-bedroom tiny apartment to 4 miles away. I found them sitting down in the truck at least three to four times within a 4-Hour time frame. They took every single chance that they had to waste as much time as possible. They lied about having the wrong address on file in order to make an excuse for being 30 minutes late in the morning while after looking at their paperwork I noticed that they actually had the right address. After the moving was done I called the company to give them feedback and let them know what happened to us and the guy over the phone literally started yelling and shouting defending their dirty business method. What a disappoint ment. Pay a little bit extra to a professional company and save your self a ton of headaches!

The man that answers the phone is rude and condescending. He will talk down to u telling u about his 25 years of experience. No where in that 25 expierence did he ever learn an ounce of customer service. He will share with u over and over that it's his daughter's company. Well he's really screwing up the reputation for her company. The only reason I hired this company is because they were the cheapest. They damaged my couch, the door way which they shoved it through Khama a piece of wood furniture that has survived 5 moves. They also forgot to large and heavy items I had to scramble and find other people to help me move them. After I told him what happened with the move he said he didn't care about what was Left Behind. To be quite honest I was never going to write this review nor call to complain about anything. I simply wanted to politely reach out and just share what happened. Perhaps at least just getting in as an apology or maybe 50 bucks off of my move. But instead I have to go through the hassle of having to call his daughter and follow up with her and have someone come out to my house and assess the damage. Sir if you are reading this, you are a very rude, disrespectful, arrogant person. I do not want a phone call from this company. I'm just moving on as the stress is not worth it at all. Thae phonecall I made to share my moving experience was stressful enough. To those that have read this review know that this is my only negative review I have ever given.

I wouldn’t even move with you... they are in my neighborhood now blocking the street for traffic to get by. Throwing mattresses in the truck and other furniture. No care in the world. Got told to F off by them because they won’t move the truck out of the way for others to get by. If there was a place to put a picture I would. Consider who you hire.

I was scheduled to have my furniture delivered between 12 and 2 pm. The woman on the phone called and told us that they may not be here until 4 pm, or even the next morning. This is beyond unprofessional and underhanded behavior on their part; it was made clear several times that I'm 30 weeks pregnant and had no bed (my bed had fallen apart which is why we were getting furniture). They were contracted for a specific time and didn't hold to their end of the agreement; this isn't a company I would ever recommend hiring or even considering for your move. Hopefully they'll gain integrity one day, but as long as the current management is there, I doubt they will. Update: the woman told us she called and told the moving team that they needed to try to make it tonight or else a pregnant lady wouldn't have a bed. I wonder if she would do nothing but make a phone call and just tell them to try if it was her furniture being delivered. This company is beyond shady and dishonest with everything they do.

I have to admit, I was skeptical to hire this company after reading the recent negative reviews, but I chose them anyway because I needed to save money and they were the most inexpensive company I could find. The woman who answered the phone (I forgot her name) was very nice, helpful, and answered all my questions. The movers (Hector and Hans) showed up earlier than originally scheduled (and this worked for me) and made sure to contact me and give me a heads up on ETA. They were very nice and professional, respectful, careful, got right to work, didn't take a break, and answered every single question I had during the whole process. As for the reviews that say things like "mattress or other items thrown into truck...", I was not out there when they put my mattress or other belongings into the truck so I cannot say whether or not anything was "thrown". But I can say that my mattress, and the rest of my belongings, are undamaged and in the same condition as they were before the move. I would definitely recommend All America Moving and they will be the ones I call the next time I move.

I have had some terrible moving experiences with other companies in the past, so I am generally wary of movers, but these guys were fantastic. My husband and I used them to pack and move us - they were wonderful. They showed up promptly at 9am each morning and worked non-stop until the job was done. They were really friendly, professional, considerate and careful. We have a lot of antiques so we got the extra insurance, but there was no need because they handled everything so carefully. Even though the move took longer than we had expected (as moves always do), they were happy to keep working until the job was completely finished. They also de-assembled and re-assembled all our large furniture pieces such as the beds. Great experience and would highly recommend to anyone!

The lowest most unprofessional people Ever! They were scheduled at three. Called at ten thirty and said they were on their way. I said I could move it up to two. Rudely said I'll get back to you.waited a half hour. Called and the owner Charity was out. She told me that when I scheduled the move. Her dad answered and said he owned it and was so much more rude then their driver. You can't expect me to sent them home and back! I hung up. Cost me over three hundred dollars and canceled a very important appointment tomorrow. The BBB and the city or state will hear of this. The worst nightmare you will have if you use these flakes.

I just saw one of their employees verbally attack a homeless person as they drove by in their moving van, yelling at him to "PULL UP YOUR PANTS!" When I called to report the employee, whose name is Jesus, ironically, the dispatcher called me a liar and said, "No, there's another side of the story. I can't believe he'd do that! His name is Jesus!" I shamed him and hung up, but the dispatcher called me back and cussed me out, claiming that his employee was right to do what he did since "that man's pants were down!" I believe that the homeless man who was attacked was mentally ill, and even though his pants were sagging, he wasn't exposing himself...every inch of his lower body was covered in fabric. That employee, Jesus, was just wrong for what he did! And that horrible dispatcher should be fired for what he did, harassing the person who reported his employee's horrific behavior. SHAME ON YOU, ALL AMERICA MOVING COMPANY!!! You're a Christian company?!?! You really should be ashamed! That terrible employee only attacked because he saw a soft target, someone who wouldn't be able to fight back...that is incredibly shameful behavior! This happened at the corner of 17th and Tacoma, right beside the 7-11 convenience store at 4:45 pm on Wednesday, July 3, 2019.
