Great experience. Quick availability times and Cameron and his crew were amazing! They came and moved everything in our office building we wanted (multiple offices trading back and forth and upstairs) and then took stuff to 2 other locations that we needed moved around the city. He also took apart a treadmill to move since it wouldn't fit down our stairs and then put it back together at the next location. All of this only took them 3.5 hours! They also came with all the equipment and supplies they would need to move everything. Love that you only pay the flat hourly fee which starts when they arrive not for their drive to you as with other places and no additional mileage or fees or surcharges. Very simple and clear. Would definitely recommend.

I recently used On Call for a move. The price was one of the best and it was all inclusive. Charles and Josh were great. They handled my items with care and were quick. I received a call from Charles that morning, to confirm the address and was given an estimated arrival time, and they showed up on time. Called at the beginning of the week to set up a short notice move (that Thursday or Friday). Scheduling was so polite and helpful! The day of the move they called me that morning letting me know they arrived to a job larger than expected and may be late or need to reschedule. This was absolutely not a problem as how much notice they gave me and how polite and accommodating they were to all of their customers! I met their employees at my storage unit, they loaded and even cleaned it out quickly, went to pick up items from the house I was staying, and then unloaded it all at my house! Nothing short of AMAZING employees. They had great communication and were super fast! Also, I was charged by the exact amount of time they spent on my job no rounding up or hidden fees! 3 gentleman worked on my job - Anthony was the lead and he was AMAZING! Great communication skills, awesome team leader, friendly, and polite! This company will for sure be our go to for our needs! We will definatly be recommending them to others as well!

This was a residential move, 3 bedroom house with an average amount of furniture. They were not prepared and not experienced to handle it. Not sure if they are better at hauling “junk”, but I would not recommend them for residential move and not sure why all there reviews are positive. Here are some of the reasons for the 1 star: - 15 mins late to job - truck barely worked. Smelled terrible and would not start (did drive) - inexperienced movers, slammed down service appliances - blamed customer for having to do two trips, even though mover said that everything would NOT fit in one trip - scratched TV and chipped side table

I called junk haul basically because I wanted no surprises and junk haul had very good reviews, that was my main reason for selecting them. Two young men showed up on the day of my moving and were very fast and professional. They moved everything in exactly 1 hour. If I ever need to move again I will definitely use them. They are a little expensive compared to other movers but I loved the service.

They were fast and friendly. My only complaint was that since they brought a pickup to move my $5000 massage recliner they did not have the proper supplies to move it, ie a flat dolly. They had my permission to use a pickup but I did not realize they would not even wrap it in blankets to transport. Since they didnt have a flat dolly they used the built on back wheels and wheeled it through grass and mud. I ended up having to clean the mud out after it was wheeled onto my hardwood floor living room. Reply: If the chair rolled through the mud on tiny wheels then a dolly that has bigger wheels for moving heavy furniture would have rolled through the mud instead of getting a customers furniture dirty. I did not realize until later that not all the mud had dropped off onto my sidewalk and most of it had stuck to the underneath side of the chair. I said I would use their service again before I realized the mess. It also sounds like from your reply that you knew you wheeled through the mud. If that was the case then you should have cleaned it off before wheeling it onto my clean floors. I was also told by the lady on the phone that their would probably be three guys and she might be helping as well. I said it was a very large massage chair on the initial phone call and I never said two guys could lift it because nobody asked. Nobody asked how heavy it was either.

We hired this company for moving and junk hauling in May. This is not a moving company. They were ok on the junk hauling because that is their specialty. Do not believe the reviews you read online about their moving services. Please do NOT hire this company for your moving needs. They will destroy your things. Our fridge freezer door and fridge handles were damaged and they did not tell us about this. Our exercise machine was not put back together and the screws were damaged to the point of being broken. The machine handle was part was broken and they had to tape it back. They did not have the proper tools to take things apart because the managers did not trust the movers with the tools. This itself would tell you a lot about the caliber and trustworthiness of the movers who are being employed. They overcharged because they took too long to load the things into the truck. They claimed that it was because of 1 flight of steps to the basement. They did not finish the job in 1 day. We had our closing in 3 days and I asked them to return the next day to finish. The owner promised in the morning that they would be our first priority but the manager called later in the afternoon to say that they would not be coming. I begged them to come the next day and they finally did but had the audacity to want to bill be for coming out to finish the job. The owner promised that he would not charge for coming out again but again, the manager tried to get us to pay. We asked them to pay for the damages but they just ignored our texts and messages. This is not a reputable company. This company has no integrity. They will destroy your things and they will overcharge you. Please do not give them a chance.

Extremely expensive for what was received. I made sure to tell Blake that we had irreplaceable antique furniture from the 1950's and that it had to be wrapped and carefully handled. 3 guys showed up in an old truck with no packing supplies other than some old nasty moving blankets. They moved extremely slow and had to be told how to wrap and handle the furniture. One guy smelled like alcohol and this was 8 in the morning. It's about what I would expect from a $75 per hour 2 men and a truck type operation, but they charged us $220 per hour. Based on the reviews and what they charged my expectations were much higher than the service we received.

Had a great experience with On Call Junk Haul. Called on a Friday morning, and the in office staff were extremely nice and very helpful in answering questions regarding my needs. Promptly delivered the dumpster on a Saturday no less and placed the dumpster exactly where I needed it for ease in loading. Was great to explain how to open the door for larger heavier items. Schedule for the dumpster was for 10 days and made a call myself regarding the pick up just to confirm the actual pick up day. Was appreciative of my call and was actually working on pick up schedules as we spoke. No problem with pick and the gentlemen was very nice to help with a larger piece we loaded last minute that was above the "fill line". Would highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future if the need arises.

Overall my experience was good. I scheduled my furniture move well in advance for my flooring remodel. They where very accommodating when I needed the furniture moved back after my flooring was completed as well. I had also rented a haul away dumpster for my renovation. Their pricing is more than fair, and I was offered a discount because I was also hiring them for moving. My only compliant is that one of pieces of furniture was damaged during the initial move. I understand this can happen, however after I was told they would come out to get a claim twice, no one came by.

Charles, Dion, and Chance arrived at our home at 815am. They loaded two trucks, a 26 foot and a 17 foot. 26 footer was loaded front to back floor to ceiling. 17 footer was loaded front to back and as high as they could get it. This truck was full of odds and ends that were heavy but could not hold more than their own weight. Loading was done and we were at the new house by about 1230, just in time to have pizza for lunch. The guys were professional hard working and made a great team. All of the unloading was completed and items where we wanted by 150pm. An awesome job guys, thank very much!!!

The appointment was made for 10AM-12PM, I called them at 12PM asking if they were still showing up. I was told they would call if there was a delay and they did not call me until after 12PM to tell me they were running late. When they arrived at 12:45PM they told me that their boss didn't tell them about the job. Regardless of whose fault it is/was they wasted my time. Outside of the time issue the guys were fast and polite.

Dropped dumpster right in middle of driveway, couldn't park next to it, luckily I have a small car and could (barely) park in front of it as to not block the street. When asked to move, nobody came at all, when I called again, they said someone would call to arrange to move the dumpster, but they just showed up and called while I was away from the house and said they'd come back the next day: they didn't. I had to call half a dozen times to schedule a pickup.

They say on their website they charge for cancelations. We scheduled 2-4pm. At 3:30pm they cancelled on us with all our stuff we worked hard to get out in the driveway. Untrustworthy and don't do what they say. We should get the charge from them for their cancelation! EDIT: Their reply is a lie. The worst I said was that when they confirmed the appointment (which was available on their website and they sent a confirmation that they would be there via text with the name of the person in charge) and called me afterwards I said "My wife and I worked our butts off". Hardly cursing them out. Image is everything, and they are obviously attempting to protect their image. However, they showed the time available. They confirmed that they would arrive. They cancelled near the end of their time for arrival. Hardly "bending over backwards". If you are unwilling to provide same day service, then do not offer it. That seems to be a reasonable position. Additionally, you might want to change the name of your company, if when you fail to deliver you complain that it was same day. Guess why I initially tried "On Call" before we started collecting together our junk?
