Over Promised - Under Delivered NL moved us from Edmond to Grove in January. Dropped and broke our Big Green Egg smoker. Severely damaged a leather ottoman. Nick said they would find a company to repair the ottoman. They never did. I found a place in Tulsa, took it, repaired the best they could. Nick has stated numerous times he would reimburse me for the cost to repair. NEVER HAS. It has been over 6 months now, and I have given up on NL honoring their word. I have to question their integrity and honesty. If you like your furniture, want someone who does what they say they are going to do - DON'T USE NL MOVING.

I contacted NL moving Services in a panic 5 days before my move because the movers I initially selected began to change the rate and add additional fees. They quickly responded to my request and clearly communicated the rate along with the service fees. The day of the move they were delayed but they kept me updated throughout the process. NL moving services are wonderful! We used them on two separate occasions. Once to move from our rent house into our home. This experience was wonderful, with reasonable prices, and movers that worked quickly and efficiently while paying special attention to handeling our stuff with care. The second time, I needed help moving items up to the attic. Armando, Gustavo, and Roger were wonderful! They worked quickly and did such a good job. They even organized the attic space! Awesome movers, and affordable prices. $50 discount for Military on the truck fee (orig. $100) and no stairs fees. Moved us on very short notice. 3 movers/26 ft box truck at an affordable price, took roughly 2hrs , worked really quickly to get the job done, wrapped and padded all our furniture and carefully handled our fragiles that were annotated. Would highly recommend and contact them again in the future!

These guys are extremely unprofessional, and untrustworthy. They gave me an appointment on Wednesday morning before sending me back a couple of days later on a Monday 2 days before the move and saying we could not accommodate you on wednesday. could you do on tuesday as we are busy??!! When I said I could not as I am busy, they said alright we can come Wednesday evening. Guess what? We had an appointment at 5pm, when I was waiting for them to come, and I texted them when no-one showed up to find out that they went on another job, and they are telling me, we would be there in a couple of hours Bottom line, if you don’t care about your time, you can give it a try!!

I have not used the services. However, a couple of my friends (girls) and my sister have but I have been quoted by this guy more than 2 times now in the past year. He has alway gave me a price much much higher than the girls that have used him. My past roommate used him from the move out of our place together he charged them $150 to go to 3 locations both further than where I was moving to which would have only been 2 location and quoted me $225. I have again set up a project on thumbtack and now he is quoting me $275 just to load my rental truck with a few items!!! The last quote was for using his truck and moving everything and unloading, which is what my friends had done for $150! And like I said them traveling to 3 locations!! I mean really!? Why would I be quoted so much more for less travel and items (my move was 1 Bedroom apartment 1 person, friends was 2 Bedroom 2 people). Seems kind of sick to charge less wages to cute girls in my opinion and I do not recommend young single women use his services. Also all the good reviews are women?!

I highly recommend this company! The movers were punctual, courteous and respectful (to us and to each other). They handled all of our furniture with care and worked very efficiently. There were some unexpected issues with our new location, and we had to improvise where to place a lot of our items as a result. The movers were very patient in working with us during the confusion and still managed to finish their work in an efficient manner. With so many details to worry about during a move, having reliable and professional movers is essential, and NL Moving certainly did their part to make our move go smoothly.

I contacted this company through Thumbtack, and everything was going great. Then 24 hours before my move, they showed up with movers and started wrapping my furniture - I had to work that day. Then 30 minutes after they showed up, they left, I had to scramble to be out of my house, as I was closing within 24 hours. They did refund my deposit - but I would be careful when choosing a moving company - I would hate to have you experience what I went through on that day. I used 2 men and a truck, the movers who care - and they were great.
