Drivers are very unsafe driving in left lane doing 40mph when the speed limit is 70 and wouldn't get over out of the fast lane. There were also signs that say no trucks left lane. This driver on interstate 45 north will hopefully get a fist full of tickets, impeding traffic, not obeying state law (signs) and driving below the minimum speed limit . this driver was a danger to everyone on the interstate . I would never recommend them for anything.

No miles expect you to sit at truck stops for days waiting on a load with no detention pay missing hours a bunch if thieves in my opinion

No place to work they use the driver and owner operators first you go everything look fine when is Friday the know you want to make money they hurry you to go to Driver Manager to them to you put all your stuff in the truck you already want to hurry to make money and then make you sign the contract $1.03 you think this is money nope $1.03 -0.02dealer fee - truck payment and refer fuel - 298 four times for physical damages etc You finish with minimal $800-$300 a week that's no money I make running 3500-3200 miles a week $247-$500 for 2 weeks Because i start to get mad to them they told me go to company is better $0.37 a mile is stupid pay too finish quiting and when i wait to my last check they sent it in45 days with the pay of $1.85 they said because of the contract I sign they have the right to take the money . I tell every driver go to small company they pay better and no have to have bad days like mine . I moved back to chicago to small company that I work before and everything back to normal check of $2900-$2400 with no problem . Never Trust a company like FREYMILLER never again.

Good equipment: trucks and trailers. Nice apu's, don't have to worry about over idling issues. Disappointed with the miles though. My team driver and I had terrible miles: loads had too many drops, receivers would not take us earlier than our apt, and the miles were terrible in between stops. We did alot of repowering after the time we took sitting to wait in line to be loaded and the time loading took; then we would go apx 400 mi down our route for example and then have to rescue a load from a solo driver who had maybe 200 mi left on their run because they were out of hrs. Then we got stuck with the load overnight because receiver would not take us earlier, and after sitting that previous night we were sitting the next morning for the time unloading would take. After all that, then we have to go to next shipper and sit in line to be loaded and it took time sitting to be loaded at shipper once backed into a dock. Those were examples how our miles were overall terrible except for the last month we helped UPS for the Christmas holiday and then we quit, it wasn't worth our time and financially we were not doing good to go back to refer with Freymiller. Team drivers will get sometimes 3 34 hr resets a wk, will have to constantly save loads from solo drivers, and will be disappointed. We constantly complained to our dispatcher but nothing would change for long, always goes back to bad miles. We were told 6,000 mi a wk by our recruiter and we never saw that with refer just UPS. We averaged 2,000-4,000 team mi/wk with refer and that was not good money.

I pay 125 a month for parking my rig. Nice, well lit lot with cameras and a 24/7 guard. Smooth ground with good drainage. Cant beat it.

Very unsafe drivers. Always like bein in the left lane when speed limit in Texas is 75. Learn common sense and stay in the right lane if you can't run the speed limit.

My husband worked for this company ran his but off for this company for 6 weeks. The entire time he worked there in that 6 week period he only made $1,000.00. This is the most horrible company he has ever worked for. I would never recommend this company to anyone I know or didn't know. Their settlement sheets that you get weekly they make sure you can't understand them. We had an accountant sit down with us and try and explain step by step and they had a difficult time explaining. They seem like very nice people and don't get me wrong they are. In the end you're just a number to them. My husband was doing the lease purchase program and we have never had a company take out huge deposits first 2 checks for physical damage and bobtail insurance. Also while my husband was there one of the safety guys told him not to stand around liar table. Well hate to say those guys sitting at that table was telling the truth the whole time. There have been drivers working here for years (talking 10 to 15 years) they are walking away because this company the biggest rip off in the industry I believe. So if you think you may want to try Freymiller out please do your research and do it carefully. They don't care about you nor your family.

Ok, so I'm about 2 months in, freymiller not bad, I gotta say....ain't really been done wrong yet....Nancy g. Shes a pretty good dm! The loads I get seem to match very closely to recap hrs I have.... If your a driver (by this , I mean you dont need nobody to hold your hand) by driver, I mean someone who's in it to the FULLEST 100% you about this life of ours, then this company will work for ya.... U dont stop cuzz u see something cool on road, you GO till your within 20 or so miles.....now you can p.c. to wallmart if need be or whatever.....

Good miles but have to keep the fire lit under dispatch to make sure they don't slow down my trips. I feel that they need to change their layover policy to 24 hours like they're breakdown policy which I like because unfortunately Peterbilts aren't built that great. Hate going to the shop because they take forever to get anything done, I sit for multiple days and any time I question anything about my truck the shop crew gives me attitude. If you try to bring it up with their supervisor he also gives attitude. I wish they would increase pay for detention and have an area with temperature control that allows you with your pets when your truck is being worked on in the shop. Really good benefits even though I don't use any of them and friendly pet policy even though it's a bit expensive.

Werner now drops at the lot next to the RV place. I bet the yard managers in Freymiller are relieved to have that congestion reduced. But during the time I did drop here, the drivers and staff there are very friendly. If I lived in the area, I would've asked if they needed another driver, since the big W took APU's off their trucks a couple years ago. Generator really contributes to a driver's overall happiness, health and well being and it's apparent that Freymiller cares for their drivers instead of just their bottom line.

No stars! Don't care about the drivers whatsoever. Low miles disrespectful deduction s change all the time. Detention pay is a total joke.

Mark Curry

After 15 years driving experience I earn 43 cents per mile the pay you a per diem which is nice now but comes out of your social security when your too old to work and can't suppliument your income they guanrtee 2500 to 2700 miles per week which happens if you can. Get pay roll to push thru a extra trip outher wise you will only get 17000 to 1800 miles per week and like this week I get paid for 1000 miles which means I won't see a dime because I needed cash advances to buy food so I could sustain my life so I could live anouther week to drive 1800 miles and after being out 4 weeks you can expect to be home for four days

Nice long trips, excellent shop, my truck was great. Unlike other places, your operations people seem to stick around unlike other places where you get many dispatchers a year. The only downsides are just those inherit to OTR driving. Least stressful trucking job I've ever had. I will be back if my new career path doesn't take off. Thank you everyone. Drivers don't wast your time working for freymiller. You won't make money here. This is why the pay is not listed on the website. Very low pay, even with years of experience. Dispatchers constantly calling drivers, worry about your eta. Nobody don't need that. Find a higher paying company where you can make money. This is why this company is hiring now because of the pay.

This was the last company I worked for before leaving trucking and changing careers. There just isn’t any money in it and I was home less than when I was a contractor in Afghanistan. But, if this is the life for you, this company was great. The equipment was outstanding and having an APU is an awesome thing during all weather conditions. The dispatchers were good and did a very good job with working the balance between your needs and theirs/customer needs. I’ve seen some bad reviews about them and the mechanics here but had the opposite experience than those poor people. From getting flown down there and getting my own room during orientation as an experienced driver to getting a truck right away and being put to work immediately was a great thing. If I had to go back to trucking, I would go back to Freymiller.

Valentina Dawn

My old man drives for the company, and they truly care about drivers and certainly go the extra mile if at all possible for drivers. They have a wonderful drivers lounge and the staff are great people! Thanks Freymiller!

I pick up trailers from their drop yard down the block, its pretty snug and the security guard is mad annoying.. he means well, but he talks hella too much .. he literally spoke to me for what felt like 20 mins, about how to back the trailer into a parking spot the correct way.. as if he has his CDL ... all I could do is laugh, and nod my head..

Negative attitudes yields bad experiences... I find that a positive attitude goes along way. April 9,2019 will be my five year anniversary,I look forward to five plus more years THAT speaks volumes, but I would like to also say that if Freymiller is such a “bad company” as many of you alleged then why do drivers quit multiple times and keep returning! Great company to drive for, family atmosphere most of the time and very knowledgeable people. I don't make it a habit to challenge a review, but to the guy complaining about the lease. Let's do the math, at your 3200 miles you said you got. 3200 x 1.04 which is the 1.03 plus the reefer fuel rebate. Which by the way its $1.06 now but anyhow. 3200 x 1.04 = $3328.00 now you have the payments and deposits you were clearly told about and which are clearly spelled out in the contract. $1309.21 so $3328 - 1309.21= 2018.71. Now fuel figured at 6 mpg. And an average of $2.70 which with our discount is actually high and probably way higher than you were paying when you drove. That's roughly 500 gal x 2.70= that's $1350 in fuel - a fsc of .27 which is $864 so 1350-864 = $486 in fuel. 2018.71 - 486= $ 1532.71. So my question is if you only got at most $500 on your check, then how many advances came out of that and what else like a fridge or inverter or things from the company store did you buy that was deducted. They didn't just steal a thousand bucks. As for your final check, the contract clearly states that there is a penalty for quitting before your first 6 months and it also states they charge your final check for repairs and detailing the truck. My apologies to Google and anyone wading through this but this needed laid out.

Respects family my foot! My husband has been with them for a little over a year. Everytime he puts in for home time his lazy dispatch says she forgot, or was gone that day, or it got taken off her board. When he is home she schedules truck maintenance on his time, so he has to spend home time on the yard. She sends his loads out early so he gets cut from his home time! Then tells him if he says no he won't have another load for a week to punish him. In the time he has been there we have been told he would get regional 5 days on 2 day off, no that was a lie. Then we were told 1 day off day every 7 worked no more than 5 weeks but 4 was what they said they keep it at. So 5 weeks on 5 days home or 4 weeks on 4 days home again no! He has been out 6 to 7 weeks home 3 days everytime, because he spends at least 2 days on the yard. His dispatch is never there, when there is a problem no one ever knows what is going on. Everytime it is time for him to come home suddenly she is unavailable. 5 days later she pops up with an excuse. Yes he gets miles, yes he makes good money. What is the point if he doesn't get to enjoy it EVER! We would like to spend time with him too he is a husband and dad. We missed every holiday, we cannot get this woman to do anything. It is sickening. So the truth is they are not family oriented, they do not care if their drivers get home, they do not care if your family misses out. If you complain they cut your loads and you get punished for not wanting to be out longer than 6 weeks. The dispatch has so many personal problems she can't be bothered with her job. So my point is do not market yourself as a family oriented company when you could careless about your drivers going home! Real simple tell the truth so people can make choices up front. Your claims and promises are not your realities! If your wondering yes he can quit just as easy as you can stick to your promises! You are a good company when it comes to miles and pay. But he signed to work for a company that understands his family has needs to. He didn't sign up to work 24/7 and you claim to understand that. So start upholding all your promises not just the ones that line your pockets! The female dispatchers are nasty! They flirt with your husbands. They inappropriately text your husbands. They think because they talk to them they should be with them. My husband showed me inappropriate texts to his phone. Calling him sweetie, hunny, baby, love! No that is not ok at all! When she was asked to stop she she replied " why, is your wife jealous you spend more time with me?" Wait to go Freymiller how many families have you destroyed by not have a code of conduct??? Disgusting!!

Joshua C.

I just like to be contractor out to thm

Michael Cannon

Worked for them for 2 years as a technician, 6 months after started working there, the foreman started treating me like crap, and was letting other techs play with their phones, and set around. Spoke my mind about unsafe working conditions, and practicies he had other techs and himself do, but i would not, so i got treated worse, and got jipped on raises. Brought to supervisors attention, he treated me like crap, and was called everything but a man. Had a family member work there to, and when they fired me, they fired him too just because he was related. Very unprofessional place. Just a good ole boys club. And i have a friend that works in the offices, and she has been treated very unprofessionally by the othe office staff. Suppose to be a family, friendly atmosphere, but if your honest, and have morals and values, youll be shown the door.

Amazing Me

If I could give less than a star I would. If you like sitting not getting paid a lot of deductions out your pay this is the company for you! If your a break room person a person who doesn’t want to work this is the company for you. Need employment just to say you have a job.. this is the place for you! If you love lies broken promises FreyMiller is it. My husband has been driving with company can’t even clear a hundred in a week. They a piss poor sorry a.. company. Sends drivers out and leaves them stranded. Play favorites give loads then lie and say it’s cancelled but gives to someone else. How can a company send out driver for a week and pay them 100. I would never mention this company with any thing positive attached to the name. Anytime I hear see a truck it leaves a nasty taste in my mouth and the thought of debt. There are many companies to drive for hell Swift was better then this. Shame on you FreyMiller for how you treat and pay your drivers.

Alice Coates

I been with Freymiller for over three years. As much as I dislike the low miles right now. I do believe it will get better. There is good and bad drivers, dispatchers and planners in all trucking companies. If you only find the bad in someone...then you never find the good. Freymiller has had their up and downs. And you can't make everyone happy all the time. I can pay my bills and have my home time too. So for that I'm greatful...

We are parked in flagstaff arizona truck 8418 has a dog in the passenger seat and he hit the dog and didnt even take him out. The dog wont even look at him the dog is scared of him. He is lucky i dont call the police on him for animal abuse. The dog is so skinny. The driver is just seating there and playing on his phone. I took my dogs out on a lease and he decided to take his dog out by carrying it and than put it the ground with no lease. Inconsiderate. And he looked at me when i said something. Most places have a lease law. Besides what if there was a aggersive lose dog. Common sense.

Not one of the worst companies to work for but defiantly Isn't 1 of the best. If your company you may see a check and you may not, o/o don't count on a consistent pay check and as an o/a if you didn't bring your own truck you will be lucky to See a pay check. If you like gambling you will be taking a big gamble with this company! Your paychecks defiantly aren't consistent. Home time isn't promised or guaranteed ( dont ever count on going home if you do , youe miles will be cut and youll be on punishmsnt)when we was there as company , o/o, and o/a home time was always an issue, and we live in Missouri. ( we stayed out 5 months and took home time and was told the first sentence by the DM, and on top of it we had to dead head home 400 miles all because the DM refused to do his job so as o/a we had to go home 3 days earlier then expected and went far into the hole and we had given them our request off 2 months in advance) We did each of the things offers to try to make a pay check and barely seen one, always kept hearing It will get better as it never did. Their DM are only out there to make you run , they don't care about you as a driver but only if you making them money. Your 10 hour is up, your DM is on you telling you go roll and etc, that as company an o/o an company as 39 which means you run on paper they are hounding you and making you run illegal, you never see sleep! Your constantly bailing the company out of their binds and see nothing for It. They do not care about the driver's just their daily revenue the money their making. We fell into a bind bc of our old DM, we had made the descion to quit bc we couldn't go another month with out a pay check so we was gong to quit , well we was begged to Say see if they could do something , bc we needed a bigger truck , a truck that didn't eat fuel or oil. We got nothing we then asked 1 week truck deferment of 650 so we. Could catch up and etc it was denied. We had Been there since last August. Extremely discouraging an helped with our descion to leave. Another thing if you do go to freymiller, all he office personal suck, their very rude and only seem to care about them selves that in the actual office building. Also watch your pay checks closely bc you will see money is coming up missing and etc when you call payroll they refuse to help, they make a mistake you have to wait until next pay.check to recieved your pay and we'll if your negative bc your DM didn't run you, well you NEVER see your money it's how the company gets all their money by screwing their employees. The only decent people are the ones in recruiting an in safety, that's it, but even then they tell you what you want to hear to get you in the door then that's it, then you just become another face.

Ryno Xpress

They've replaced good dispatchers and safety personell with a bunch of unqualified/ rude bums that encourage illegal driving on the daily. Freymiller sure taught me about the sorry side of trucking.. What a sham company, what a waste of my time.
