Our stuff was loaded onto a truck and promised by the 13th. I called them Friday and everything was still set to be delivered by the 13th. This morning I called to check in and they told me that it wouldn’t be delivered until the 19th and it wasn’t until my husband called two hours later that they actually had started working on the problem at hand.

This company was absolutely excellent. My move was a little tricky with about 75% to be put into storage, and the remaining 25% delivered out of state, to a temporary living location. The packers were excellent with keeping things separated. I liked that the person to be driving the truck, also worked with the team to load it up. Our truck driver maneuvered that huge truck to a location in the country, with very challenging roads. Also, there was a last minute delay for when I could move into the new location. Emrick's was very accommodating, by storing my loaded truck in a cool place for a few days. I would highly recommend this customer friendly and helpful company.

This is the 2nd time I have made an office move using Emrick's, they are amazing. They are so particular about details, you only need to tell them 1 time what you need to happen and it is accomplished to perfection. The teams they send out are great, they hit the ground running, everyone works together and they work extremely fast and very efficient. I highly recommend them and would not make a move with out Emrick's . They also provide other things, we had them hang our monitor arms on our cubes and hang the monitors, they sent in a team to disassemble our old cubicles and move them to a donation site and they were equally great to work with. If you need anything done for your home or business they should be your first and most likely only call!

I can't say enough what a great experience working with Emricks was from start to finish. Every experience I've had using movers has been frustrating and disappointing. I was dreading another move. Emricks crew was amazing! They were extremely courteous, professional and were happy to assist in any service we needed help with. On top of that, they did all of it way ahead of schedule and under the estimated cost. If you have used movers, you'll know that never happens. I personally hope I never have to do this again, but if so, Emricks will be the only call I have to make. Thank you so much!
