Absolutely wonderful from start to finish! Great communication, always kept me informed. Well constructed pods, insulated even.Very easy to load/unload which is why I went this way. Only downside is that you need to secure items in pod or pack tight. They pick these up to approx 35-40 degree angle which causes the items inside to shift. I expect they will upgrade to trucks that can lift straight up while loading/unloading. Their customer performance will get them there. The driver was awesome as well.
