CVS in OKC was the loading crew for a cross country move. Even before loading was complete, The glass top of an office desk was shattered and most large bulky items (desks x2, a wooden coffee table, dinning table top) all were stood on end directly on the concrete during loading. One coffee table must have been pivoted on a corner as the veneer was torn away and the underlying MDF was ground down. Finesse in taking a complex piece of furniture apart was not a strong suit and I intervened twice to take pieces apart where someone was heading to brute force. The manager felt poorly about the experience and stated that a debrief and practice changes were made, but I was still left with a foul taste in my mouth, when at the end of the load, I was propositioned for tips by the head loader despite issues experienced. If working with them in the future, watch the process carefully at the pick up and truck loading. Use your camera to document each items condition. My reference point for comparison moves are ones I've done the packing and loading myself with local contractors through PODS network and ended up with much less problems and damage.

I was very impressed with Fletcher Moving and Storage. The whole crew was great on both ends of our move. I had Larry's crew on the pick up and Dean was the driver. Dean is a kick. I enjoyed his humor. I was very impressed with the way they took care of our belongings and wrapped them up in the moving blankets. I wasn't expecting it. They took great care wrapping them and carrying them to the truck. And the same on the unloading. I wish I could remember all the names because I would let you know all of their names. In the business of moving I've lost the paper with all their names but they are a bunch of good guys. Everything arrived safe, nothing was broken or missing. Miss Ashleigh was fantastic with out bill and adjusted it for us at the last minute, helping us greatly. If I needed to move again, I will call them again. I felt like family with the Lawton, Ok crew. Our belongings arrived on time. Good people I highly recommend them for your next move.
