I didn't realize until they had already left that they did not hook my dryer back up and I also wish there had been a better payment invoice sent that broke down the time they worked and the payment. I had to just trust they did the math right while paying, they had given me two different prices while paying.

I’d never hired movers, but after my brother–my main source of help when moving had a stroke, I knew I would need help. I was stressed and exhausted and really worried my couch would get damaged. The crew showed up and were fun and efficient. They Tetris’d the heck out of my storage unit to fit everything in. I don’t think a single item even had a scratch!

This is the second time I've uses BBM and I highly recommend them. David and James moved us this morning and I honestly don't know how the move could have gone any smoother. They came in, introduced themselves, asked what all goes, started wrapping my tables and breakable and got stated loading. They were very polite and professional. Real disappointed in my experience with this company. The movers arrived with absolutely no tools to disassemble anything, not enough shrink wrap or furniture blankets either. Isn’t this why you hire movers? To top it off the manager wouldn’t return my phone call or speak to me while his worker was on the phone with him standing right in front of me. Cowardly way to run a business. The movers were polite but didn’t come prepared, didn’t do a complete move at all. Keep calling around and skip these folks, not a professional moving company at all, if I could give them zero stars I would.

They don't have anything together. Need better managers. My fiancee worked for this company and they wouldn't even give him the time of day to schedule a meeting to speak with a manager. On top of telling an employee one thing and going back on your word and docking pay is awful manager skills. Maybe take a course on how to treat employees.

Everything seemed to be going OK until the truck was full. Yes, they were a little late, but it had rained, so the beginning of the move had to be postponed, so I didn't worry about that too much. But when the truck was full, they just piled in and left, not telling any of us they were going. That was my first red flag. I went into the house and told everyone they were leaving, so we all piled in our cars and drove to the other place, and beat them there. We then waited about 20 minutes before they arrived. They never really explained where that 30ish minutes went. The next red flag was when we heard a massive crash, and we run out to see the bottom of our $4000 sleep number bed laying half on the truck and half on the driveway. (Later we find out that the air chamber in it was broken and it will cost us about $400 to fix.) As they bring in boxes, I see fragile boxes of collectibles being brought in under 3-4 boxes of heavy books on the dolly. Then they bring in my desk, in pieces! I mean, it is kindling! Finally, I can't find an essential box that has important papers. They were careless and left a bunch of equipment in the apartment, and it took me five days to get them to come to get them when I threatened to throw them away since I had to get them out of the apartment for move out. I have put in a request for them to pay for the repair of my bed, and I hope I can recoup that money. The whole experience was horrible!

Bigger Better Movers were recommended by my housing community and because they had great ratings online, I decided to try them out. I moved December 17, 2018. My disatisfaction however comes from my chair leg that the movers broke upon moving and, did not communicate that/or notify me about it. Instead I realized it when I was rearranging my couch to my liking well after the move was completed.

Had a great experience with this company. There was rain forecasted for our move date and they already had a contingency planned for moving us the next day of the rain happened. The morning of the move there was drizzle and we were contacted and advised they were going to delay our move by an hour to see if the rain cleared. The next call we got was letting us know they were on there way. The guys were very pleasant and professional. They worked quickly and efficiently. The wrapped our furniture with pads and plastic wrap. As they were being in the stuff to our new place, they asked us where they should put the furniture pieces. I highly recommend and will be using them again for any future moves.

They were the best! We hired them just to move our washer & dryer from our house to a storage unit. They had to lift them both over the bathroom sink and vanity to get them out, but they made it look easy! They were on time, and even text me to let me know they were 10 mins out. They communicated well and were both professional and friendly. We regret moving the rest of our stuff by ourselves when we could have hired these guys! Absolutely fantastic!!! We moved from a large house to a tiny apartment. I had everything color coded as boxes and furniture went to 3 different places. They were quick but careful. The day we were to move it was pouring down rain. David called and worked everything out so we got moved into our apartment and they came the following day to move the rest to storage. We had a wonderful experience with this company! The online booking and scheduling was a dream, and Daniel was great to work with on the front end. I asked if they would be able to make two additional stops to pick up a piano (yikes!) and a heavy china cabinet on the way to our new home. I thought this was a bit of an outrageous request and didn't expect them to agree, but Ontario and his movers were very accommodating. I had a horrible experience with BBM. They broke two of my expensive workshop items including a heavy duty Disk Sander and my tool chest. they wouldn't replace them or reimburse me for the damage. I lost over $1000 worth of equipment due to their bumbling ways. they repeatedly took chances moving my stuff carelessly by not using a cart to haul my equipment. They said it was my fault that they wouldnt reimburse me as I didnt take photos of all my stuff beforehand. they used two truckloads to move all me stuff. they said there is a disclaimer on their website. I never heard they even had a website, I scheduled them by phone using Angies List. Very poor people to deal with after the fact. Lousy!!!

They had it unloaded in about an hour, and they saved me major trouble from having to unload everything myself.
