We had a wonderful packing / loading experience yesterday with Affiliated Movers. The guys, lead by Jose, called me before arrival and then arrived promptly at 8am to begin. They were kind, courteous, and extremely flexible, and after a walk through of our house they started wrapping everything with care. The whole crew - Jose, Tim, Diava, and Salas - worked hard, kept checking in to make sure they were taking the right items (and leaving the right ones), and then packed our moving truck with precision. We are very pleased with their hard work, and would definitely recommend their services!! Thank you!!

The movers were on time and were clean cut. They did not take smoke breaks during their move. They were careful and did not damage anything. However, my move cost 30% more than estimated. I think this is largely due to the part that they sent two movers, not three as we had initially discussed. Smaller hourly rate (by a nominal fee), but several more hours. I was also told the day before that I need not worry about the rain, that they would bring runners for the new carpet. This was not done, and they didn't even have any on the truck when I asked about them. I emailed the company with my concerns, and received a reply from a manager named Nathan that he would review it and be in touch. It's been over a week without a word. In today's world of lack luster customer service I suppose this would be considered an average transaction, but overall, it was very disappointing considering I chose this company due to their glowing testimonials listed on the website and the high google + review.

Large, complicated, four-day residential move, which was handled by the company with excellence and professionalism. This began with Nathan, who was our sales rep, but remained involved throughout the move, acting as a liaison between us and the operations side of the company; without Nathan's active and continuing involvement, this move would not have gone nearly as well as it did. The moving crew themselves--Juan, Rolando, Martin, Bill, Jacob, Salvador and Chuck--were not only professional, but were also personable and accommodating with my wife and me, traits that are particularly welcome in a high-stress situation like moving. They showed up on time each day, worked very, very hard, moved everything very quickly and very carefully, and met the schedule perfectly. I suppose it goes without saying that nothing was lost or damaged. I have used Affiliated in the past, and so had high expectations with respect to their performance; I must confess, however, that my expectations in this particular case were actually exceeded, principally by the excellent demeanor and work output of everyone involved.

Not the best movers that I've ever hired. The final cost was well over the original estimate. The moving crew worked at a slow pace and used way too much packing material, which all added to the final bill. The crew were courteous and on time.

We heard of this company through our realtor (who is also amazing) and went ahead and contacted them for a free estimate. The walk-through for the estimate was very easy as the gentleman who came out to give it was punctual and very professional. We booked the move the next day and that was a very quick and painless process as well. The crew showed up promptly at 8 on the morning of the move- they even waited politely while I returned from boarding the dog. The three man team who loaded our furniture (Jacob, Daxron and Martez) were all very professional and courteous. We stored our furniture with Affiliated Movers overnight and then they delivered the truck the next day after we closed on our new house. The closing ran long but the team was very patient with us as we raced back to the house. The crew proceeded to unload the truck and arrange the furniture as my wife specified. The entire move from start-to-finish was easy and we truly believe that it would have been otherwise if it were not for Affiliated Movers. 5/5 stars- would strongly recommend them to any friends/co-workers in the future.

We chose Affiliated Movers because they are a veteran owned company that uses professional movers rather than contracting day employees. From the phone call to get a quote, to the packing of my belongings, and finally the unloading and arranging in my new home, Affiliated Movers were extremely professional. Phenomenal work done by Affiliated Movers this November for me during an interstate move. My family has moved across the country a half-dozen times - every time SOMETHING BIG went horribly wrong. Nothing remotely bad happened with Affiliated. I worked with Chuck and Martin ...both were extremely professional, diligent, and very polite. They were absolute hard workers, and yet packed everything wonderfully well. I never felt like anything got compromised in the move. They accommodated every concern. I just finished unpacking at my new home ...and everything is as it was in my previous home. Chuck and Martin made this experience stress free. Most traumatic experience. Very nice on the front end, but not interested in taking responsibility for the moving crew who removed valuable items from my house that weren't packed or designated to move. Extremely rude and personally derogatory over the phone when I tried to express my concern, and I ended up having to hire someone else for the final delivery. They were upset that I asked them to mail one of the items to me in another state (taken from my home without permission- it was less than 18" square) and continue to be untruthful about the events on the day of the move. Don't trust them, and don't try to deal with them.

My Mom died on Thanksgiving morning. She was living in a two bedroom apartment in an assisted living facility that gave us only 5 days to move out. Needless to say the family did not have time to think through the move. Affiliated Moves were VERY helpful throughout the process. They sent us movers (Manuel, Riley, and Rolando) who were fast and courteous. Because of the chaotic nature of the move, they also had to be problem solvers all through the move and were GREAT. These movers were professional and worked efficiently, and showed care for my belongings when loading and unloading; nothing was damaged. I didn't have any packing service done. They had all the proper moving equipment/blankets I would expect and everything seemed to be loaded better than I would have myself. The men got to the house about an hour later than scheduled which didn't thrill me (it was around lunch time to be fair), but once they arrived my overall impressions from start to finish were all positive. There are cheaper moving services when priced by the hour that I was considering, but I went with Affiliated because they were recommended and I didn't want headache....with my personal experience I would say this company is a good value and a choice you can have a little peace of mind over. Can' t comment tremendously on customer service as I did not have any problems, which is even better, but everyone seemed friendly. Would use again.

They came in and boxed up all our items, loaded them, drove them to our new home and unloaded everything, putting it in the correct rooms and placing the furniture right where we wanted it in the process as well. Affiliated Movers of Oklahoma City did a wonderful job moving us. They showed up on time and were ready to work. We would often ask if they needed water and would tell them to take a little break. (It was making us tired just watching them.) They would kindly tell us no thank you, and that they were fine. We saw them move our furniture with care. Devin, Chuck, Jose and Tim all seemed to really know what they were doing, working together well to load and unload our things very professionally. Closing on one house, having to be out that afternoon, and moving into the other all in the same day is not fun or easy but they really helped the process go as seamlessly as it possibly could have.They worked tirelessly into the late hours of the evening to make sure everything was completed.Their pricing is unbelievably fair, especially considering the type of service you get. I greatly appreciate how we were treated by all staff, even during the billing process and will definitely use them again in the future!

I was very impressed when Kevin and Bill helped my boyfriend move out of his apartment and into my house. They were very fast and very friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needed help moving.

We had a great experience. This was our second move in 3 yrs and the first one with a different company took over 2 days with 3 guys and 2 trucks. This company gets it done right. They sent 4 guys and a semi and finished in 9 hrs. 3,000 sq ft house plus 3 car garage. The crew of Chuck, Bill, Diego and Aurelio was top notch across the board from the time they arrived to when the finished. Very detailed and were very careful. I will call on our next move!

I received the best service. I have used other moving companies and have not received the same quality of service. From start to finish, I received professional service. My movers were very hard working men. They were fast but also very careful when handling/moving my belongings. These are two of the main things I look for in a moving company. I have felt with other company the movers are lazy or trying to prolonging the time so I end up paying more. I will definitely recommend Affiliated Movers to my friends and family.

Attention military. This company will not work with you IF YOU WORK MONDAY-FRIDAY!!!' The office personnel...... Really Un professional, hateful, and rude. The only reason I'm giving the three stars is because of the movers. The group of ladies and gentlemen that packed our house did a great job packing everything. The office personnel need to take a step back and learn from the people that actually do the job how to work with other people, how to treat other people. I would not hire the office personnel at this facility. I would fire them and hire professionals.

I solicited a few different companies for moving quotes and ultimately selected Affiliated Movers based on a friend's recommendation. I spoke with Cindy a few times, who was extremely helpful and always pleasant. We were not ready to move on the original move date and Cindy quickly addressed, pushing the date out a few days without complication. On the day of the Move, I received a call from Kevin, advising he and his colleague Bill were on their way and would be at my home as soon as possible. They arrived right at 8am and went right to work. These guys were driven and focused and got everything loaded onto the truck faster than I had expected. We arrived at the new house and the same level of effort was expressed while they unloaded. All the while, their demeanor was pleasant and upbeat. I can't say enough times how much I truly enjoyed this experience!

Stay away from these guys, the stole quite a bit of our stuff. We have a police report which was filed with Edmond Polive Dept. yesterday, 15 Oct. Additionally, they've tried to manipulate their reviews by refusing to resolve our situation because of our Yelp reviews. They took one of our televisions, a Beats Pill and my wife's Nintendo Wii, not to mention other things totaling over $900. Make sure you walk with these guys and inventory every single thing!
