No customer service. Trucks driven by rude, trailer trash men that use their size and loud voice to try and intimidate women to cowed down. If you are moving a customer into an apartment complex you must make way for necessary daily duties implemented by city code for the health and well being of the residents, like the garage truck. What could have been an easy 5 minute pause to allow the city trash disposal workers to do their job turned into a 37 minute rant from the mover about how there isn't enough trash to dump. Do Not take out your self loathing on the female who is tasked to confront your stupidity. This type of behavior is unacceptable!

Scheduled delivery between 7:00am - 10:00am driver showed at 6:30 leaving the trailer attached to delivery dock ,? 25ft poles not easy to unload inside de building, called to get driver back to move trailer to be able to unload pole lights but never get a driver looks like is very hard for them to get a driver back we have to unload poles inside the building what cost waste of time , notice a driver around 6:00pm

Terrible customer service. The shipment was delayed and then they didnt deliver both boxes of our shipment. Have to wait two extra days to recieve it. Called customer service for a solution she said they just forgot to load the second box? She said she would call back and I had to call back 2 hours later to get an update. Drivers were rude to my wife as well. They wanted her to sign off on the delivery when the form said 2 boxes and we only received one.

Gary, the ABF Freight delivery man, Gary, just dropped off 2200 pounds of product. The drop off area we had available was terrible, very steep decline, un-level, etc. Gary proceeded to do his job unloading the pallets without complaint. He was enthusiastic, upbeat, kind, professional, attention to detail, was great, and on top of all that he had to work like a bulldog to get those pallets where I needed them. Thanks so much Gary!

If you're getting a home delivery from ABF - be advised - make sure you understand that this is a freight company making residential deliveries, and they're going to drop the freight at your curb, (if they can get the 45 foot truck into your neighborhood) and you're going to have to get it into your home yourself unless you have arranged and paid for in-home delivery. All-in-all it was a successful delivery because the driver on Edmond route on 1/2/2019 was awesome! He helped me get my Sole Treadmill home even though the truck would't fit through my neighborhood entrance. I would give 5 stars except for the fact ABF management sends a 45' foot tractor trailer to a residential neighborhood for a consumer retail delivery. These deliveries should be made with a 28' lift-gate truck. I had to take an entire day off work for this freight delivery, and would have been extremely unhappy had I not been able to get my delivery that day, especially after waiting from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM. Lucky for me I own a small tractor with a fork attachment and was able to meet the driver at the gate and haul the 300# package back to my house. If ABF is going to be in the business of retail delivery, they should have a vehicle fleet readily available to serve the residential delivery market. All's well that ends well, and I did receive my treadmill undamaged, and that's what matters.

Package tracker on their website notified me to call them on the day of delivery and was told they attempted to schedule a drop off time the day before. However, I NEVER received a call from them. So now I’m stuck with having it delivered at a later time because of their incompetence. Even worse, my package was time-sensitive. Don’t even bother with them unless you want something delivered late.

I had a delivery scheduled for today, and the driver would not deliver it. We have a long flat driveway and they claimed they could not deliver because of ice. There is no ice, as it has been well above freezing for a few days so most of the snow and ice has melted. It is not perfectly clear, but it posses no threat and would have been completely possible to drive on. The dispatch called to ask me to meet the driver at the end of our driveway, which I explained I couldn’t because I only have a car and the delivery contained 2 very large boxes, and they wouldn’t fit in my vehicle. The guy I spoke with abruptly hung up on my after being extremely rude. He wouldn’t answer me about when it will be rescheduled for delivery, when I asked. I have never been spoken to so rudely by someone supposedly trying to help. I have never had a package shipped with ABF Freight before, and I hope that if I do again the service is much better. I hope to get my delivery soon but it is hard to tell by the way I was treated.

Received a broker load from them, after a 974 mile drive, I was told there was no appointment set. Second time in 2 weeks. I've sat in their docks for 7 hour's waiting on 4 pallets to be unloaded. Being told by the dock foreman, well I could unload you, but I'm in a supervisor position and not allowed by the union.

I bought a piece of machinery from a company up North. ABF delivered it to me a few days later but after we removed the packing from this new piece of machinery we noticed the top of the machine was smashed. Just paid over $7K for this thing so I was completely disappointed since I had jobs sold that I needed this machinery for to complete the installs. ABF sent out an investigator to look at the machinery and agreed they damaged it during delivery. Now, they have completely stopped communicating with us. The machinery had insurance on it too which baffles me with these people. These guys are crooks and will rip you off if there is a problem with the delivery. When the machine was being delivered the driver acted like he was in a huge hurry and asked me to sign his electronic delivery ticket. I asked him what it was that I was signing and he stated that it was to sign that the delivery was made and that's it. It did not have any verbage on the screen just an "X" and an underscore to sign on. They argued that I signed a damage release which wasn't the case. They are liars, crooks and completely out for only themselves. This was months ago and still not a peep. I'll see you guys in court
