This company has no respect for other drivers and whoever is in the claim department doesn’t know how to treat a lady. One of their trucks broke my fiancé’s windshield and he literally told her “too bad for you” and it wasn’t their fault. I honestly am more upset with the guy on the phone more than the lazy driver who can’t clean loose stones off the back of their truck. It is a company’s responsibility to fix things they damage. Even if it is a small claim, they should have been more courteous to her. The guy made her feel horrible like it was her fault the windshield was cracked. This company is lucky you can’t put a zero in for a review.
