They exceeded every expectation. FIRST...They were early! They called ahead to confirm this was okay before arriving. I was ecstatic! Thought I'd be waiting around all day but nope. Then they carefully arranged my items in the truck. Nothing was damaged! When has that ever happened before?! Never! And I'm a pretty lousy packer to be honest. They came in under the budgeted time which meant they really broke a sweat and I was not billed for any additional time. Finally, everything to do with the bill was handled right then and there on an iPad. My kids help me find a company by looking at ratings over the internet. Once we found this group, we had the best service that I have ever had with moving companies. They were thorough, made sure we understood everything, called to verify information, were right on time and extremely professional, respectful and courteous. I had to store my belongings for about a month and they arrived in excellent condition, they helped not only with what they were responsible for but also with a couple of items that I could not move. They also followed up with a pricing item that we had forgotten about. I would recommend in a heart beat!!!

I had a difficult move from KY to OK without long distance movers. I hired 2 Fellas & A Big Vehicle Moving Company to unload the moving truck when I arrived in OK. They were terrific! They unloaded the items in various buildings and rooms as instructed. There was no damage. There was great comraderie. This included a baby grand piano. The truck was unloaded quicker than the estimate. I would hire them again.

We used Two Fellas on our recent move and had a good experience. There was an issue w the original truck they sent and it had a leak causing water to get on our boxes. The movers saw the leak, acted quickly, and requested a different truck that was delivered to our house within the hour. None of our boxes got wet or damaged. Also, they were careful w our belongings and nothing was broken or damaged (even my grandma's china!)

Wow! Where to begin... first they brought a massive truck, I’m sure our small little office barely took up any space in that truck but man these guys were efficient. We had everything packed and ready to go when they arrived and they wasted no time. Each item was carefully wrapped in moving blankets, which were then suran wrapped followed by tape if needed. There was no way any of our stuff was going to be damaged. Our move was a short 2.5 miles from a rented office space to a building we now own. The entire move took about 2 hours and 15 minutes. The team was extremely friendly, thorough, and careful. On top of that they were extremely efficient. I would 100% recommend 2 Fellas for any move.

They joke and fart around so that they can waste time so that your bill is higher. The two young men who moved us were goofing around whilst moving something and they knocked over a ceramic giraffe that my dead mother had made - the giraffe broke. The young man who knocked it over apologized to me, whilst the other young man laughed about it and kidded his coworker. They also knocked a small hole into the wall of our new house because clearly, the piece of furniture that this young man was trying to move was too heavy for him. Instead of going and getting his partner, (who was on the phone constantly), he tried to move it himself and he knocked a hole into the wall. The young man who was on the phone constantly: when he wasn’t talking on the phone abandoning his partner to do the work by himself, he was playing very loud and vulgar comedy on his phone. Also, I kindly asked the two young men if they could rearrange a dresser that they had set against the wall. One of the young men got really huffy and cranky because I had the audacity to ask them to move this piece of furniture - even though I had paid them each a $20 tip earlier before the job was done. They have a 3 hour minimum, even though the second day of moving, it did not take them 3 hours - it took them roughly 2 hours to move the remaining furniture. I don’t recommend these guys.

They wrap everything up and strap it to dollies to move it. Some pieces i would prefer they just hand carry. They left strap marks on a solid wood dresser and an old sewing machine was actually broken during the move. I'm not sure I would use them again.

We had a terrible experience with a joke/scam of moving company, they missed one day, and the next day they finally made it after 12 hours of waiting, when they arrived a guy laughing with the others standing from the door started pointing all the things they wouldn't take, even when they were just a few things and already on the list, they started behaving aggressively with me, fighting with their boss on the phones while my kid got nervous and my husband trying to calm me cause I started crying we had the next days schedule...and they just cancelled. I watched an employee drive a moving truck at full acceleration down our street to turn around and then full acceleration to come back the 75 yards from his turn-around point. I cannot verify his speed without a radar. He claims he did not exceed the speed limit (25mph), but did not know what the speed limit was when asked. There were 4 kids playing in front of my house and 3 playing in the area where he turned around, so it would have been inappropriate to be anywhere near the speed limit anyway. When asked to slow down due to the 7 kids outside playing, he became confrontational and refused to admit any wrongdoing. He said, "I didn't hit the speed limit so I wasn't breaking any laws." He told me to go ahead and call his company and complain if I want, but that I "don't need to lie about his actions". So, I am going to make sure I tell the truth about his actions everywhere online, before I call his office to discuss it with them. Driving fast is not cool around kids, but even less cool is bringing a poor attitude when asked to slow down by a homeowner. His supervisor, on the other hand, was very nice and apologetic.

YOU ONLY GET ONE CHANCE TO MAKE A GREAT FIRST IMPRESSION. That said, I called their office for pricing and the woman on the phone was very short with me. The stood to make almost $400 with me and she was a real JERK. Why would I ever give my hard earned money to a complete creep? I guess they do so much business that they do not need my money so great for them.

Two Fellas moving was a delight to work with! We made arrangements on a Monday and was able to move on a Thursday of the same week, the exact day we needed to move. Heidi is super sweet. The guys were efficient and had the moving done in a quick manner. Only thing is the forgot his folding chairs on porch and is kitchen trash can. But, not too big of a deal.

Out of several companies I called they were the friendliest and wanted to help in every way. The day of the move there was a hiccup w a mover but the owners and other team members stepped in and ensured we were taken care of and moved quickly. I believe it was Aaron that was our driver and not one time did he stop. He worked every minute and was very polite and courteous. I will definitely be using 2 Fellas and a BIG Vehicle again!! They do an excellent job! It was raining when they start, they wrapped everything in blanket and also plastic wraps so everything remained dry. They did everything to fill up any little space so they could load more of packs. Finally they work so organized; put and installed everything where they needed to be. We are really satisfied!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The owner of this company is rude, unprofessional, arrogant, and a lousy human being. His driver was negligent to not wrap one of my couches in the protective wrap that they wrapped everything else in and it ended up with having something spilled on it. The box that spilled had a bottle of pine sole in it and was marked “KITCHEN-CLEANING SUPPLIES” yet the driver continued to loaded the box, smashing it, causing the bottle to pour all over my stuff. Yet it is my responsibility because me writing on the box what was in the box was not enough information for the driver to be aware there was a chemical in the box and to inform us they could not transport the box. Had to spend $100 on just a box spring to be able to sleep after our move and will end up having to spend way more to replace the couch they destroyed. The owners poor attitude and lack of customer service I hope they go out of business and he ends up bankrupt. No way to treat someone who just spent $400+ on the move to have to turn around and spend another $500+ replacing the things your movers destroyed. Edit: the owners response shows just how big of an ass he is. I am very well aware of how to put a lid on a bottle of pine sole and very well aware of how to read a box which I would assume the drivers are too.

The day of the move was cold yet they will quick and efficient having to go up two sets of apartment stairs. They handle my items with care. Luckily I paid less than the original quote. From the Estimator, to the Packers, to the Actual Movers, everyone was so professional, caring, and they really cared that they were doing a good job and that we were happy.
