This company is a joke! I have moved numerous times and never had issues like this. They lack of care for the customer. Online container pricing was not honored to start. It was only a $3 difference, so I thought nothing of it. Should have been my warning as it got worse from there! Ordered 2 containers, which were dropped off at the correct time, however, the customer service rep that scheduled my pickup, scheduled one for the wrong date. I was able to get that moved after 2 phone calls. It gets worse. I received a phone call at 5:40pm to say they could not deliver my full containers as promised and pushed the move back. I called to find out why and was told the truck was broke down. Not even an apology, much less any monetary compensation. In fact, I got an email to say there would be no compensation. When they did not call me day of delivery, I got a weird feeling they weren't coming. I called from about 12:30pm to 5pm trying to get someone on the phone. Finally I got a "manager" who said she would help me. She did not! She had someone else call me back to say they had to push out deliver again. Now my stuff is a week late getting to me. I managed to get the original driver on the phone and he gave me the local dispatch number, so in calling them several times, I was able to get them to deliver my containers a week late. I have movers empty them the next day and was expecting them picked up right after that. It has now been 12 DAYS and they still will not pick the containers up!! I called to get my money back again and got a rude "Manager" on the phone named Juanita who told me I was asking her to do something that could not be done and that "I had my opinion, and they had theirs" What? it is not my opinion that the containers are STILL taking up my entire driveway!! I should be charging them rent. They were nice enough to tell me they would not charge me another months rent for having the containers longer than one month, how nice. They give you the runaround and are horrible to deal with. Completely disappointing, horrible people work here with zero care for the customer. No one from Packrat should bother trying to contact me now as this is beyond repair. I hope no one else has to go through this and I will make sure anyone I know certainly doesn't.
