I ordered a mattress online and the price included white glove delivery. They chose to use E.E. Ward as the delivery service. The coordinator at E.E. Ward was very polite and communicative at all stages, and apologetic when the delivery was delayed by a day. The two men who delivered the mattress arrived at the scheduled time, and although it was a challenge getting a king-sized mattress up a tight stairway they managed it. Thank you! We used them for a lead program to get our thing removed. From our home. When we ended up getting. Back to our home and had our belongings delivered. Back to us we received the boxes smashed and inside the boxes wedding. Pictures. Where messed up and frames. Where shattered. Our tv had fell and the screen was crack. We had call and not even a few hours later hal had gave us a call and let us know that he would make everything. Right they got the pictures. Restored. And replaced everything. Within a few days after it all happened. They were very understanding. On me being upset about the damages.

Our office just moved and EE Ward handled the move for us. They were wonderful!! They got the job done quickly and very professionally. Considering we had some unforeseen issues arise, like desks that couldn't fit in the door of the new office and had to be completely disassembled to one having to be brought through a patio style window, they handled every issue with grace. The attitudes were upbeat and fun. 3 of the gentlemen had to return the following Monday to finish assembling some items and hang some pictures for us and they were the best! This was our first interstate move and the EE Ward team did and outstanding job from start to finish. It started with the estimate with Abby in our home. She was incredibly thorough and very personable. She put us at ease right away. Sarah then flawlessly coordinated everything and continued to follow up each step of the way. Gino and his crew loaded us on time, took great care with our belongings and were very accommodating. The only issues we had were created by us. We packed on our own and I will NEVER do this again. It was very stressful and caused some issues with loading and unloading. Pay the professionals to do this. I wish I had. The delivery was great too. Kevin and his wife Tina were amazing too. Everything was loaded into our new condo with care. By the end of the day we felt like we had made new friends. Thank you EE Ward for making this stressful time a lot easier.

We needed movers for a special Holiday Cheer project KidSMILES Pediatric Dental Clinic and the Lady Jackets were working on for the Salvation Army. The staff at E.E. Ward worked with us to coordinate boxes, movers and a truck to get our items to the Salvation Army in time for their holiday event. The movers were professional, friendly and great at their job. In talking with the movers, I learned about how giving back to the community is part of the company philosophy. We are so pleased to work with such a great local company on a great cause. I hate to move and as a result of past moving traumas, I had stayed in a rented townhouse for 28 years. As the neighborhood changed, I knew I had to move and I needed help. A friend recommended E.E. Ward. Cole came to visit a few weeks before my planned move to assess what would be needed and made a few recommendations that helped me better organize my numerous treasures. I was amazed that on the day of the move, the movers worked like a well-oiled machine and were able to empty my old townhouse and move everything into my new condo under 5 hours. Two small trucks...two teams...one trip. It was a seamless effort. I did not suffer the usual trauma of moving. The guys placed my boxes and furniture in places as I had tagged them. I don't plan to move again but I recommend E.E. Ward for anyone who is facing a move. If you organize yourself, they will follow your instructions. Best move ever.

We were very excited to have our new mattress delivered today. Jason and Nate called ahead of time to let us know they were on their way. I was particularly impressed by the great care and pride they took in protecting our home as well as our new bed during the delivery. Our home is 120 years old and has much of the original (and irreplaceable) carved wood “fretwork” and stained glass. They took notice and worked around it very carefully The whole delivery and setup process was complete in less than 30 minutes which included the removal of an impossibly difficult TempurPedic king mattress. Despite the fact that I’m sure there are time parameters assigned to specific jobs, I didn’t feel rushed and I didn’t feel like they were rushing. All debris and packing materials were removed by the crew and they made a specific effort to let me know they appreciated our business. We will be relocating a business in the next several months and I intend to see if we can again work with EE Ward for that job as well. Thank you, Jason and Nate, for your prompt and professional service. I will also be notifying the manufacturer of our mattress of our high level of satisfaction with the delivery service since I’m sure it is important to them to know how their brand is being represented. I just wanted to say thank you to James and Eric at EEWard for the smooth job they did with my mattress delivery. I have a small home, so it was a tight squeeze to get the new mattress set in and the old mattress set out. It was apparent that they were trying to be careful. My ceiling light is original to the house (1940's) and I forgot to take it down so it wouldn't get hurt, but there was no need to do that. Eric (if I mixed up the names, I apologize) carefully maneuvered around it without my saying anything. I really appreciated it! Thank you Eric and James.

Moved from Ohio to Tennessee. Cole was fantastic to work with and provided a fast estimate. This is what led to my family choosing EE Ward. Other companies literally took a week. Moving group showed up early and packed efficiently throughout the day. They were friendly and careful. During loading, they laid traffic mats down and put padding on the doors. They moved my household items down to the new location in one day following complete packing and loading. They showed up early to unload and were finished by early afternoon. They showed the same care to the home during unloading with the mats and doorways. They asked where I wanted items to go and were polite during the whole process. No items were lost. One item was broken in a box, but was not a major issue for my home. Packing was done well. Boxes could use a little more detail with labeling (my only minor suggetion). I would definitely recommend EE Ward!!!

Jason and James were very professional and courteous. They called 10 min prior to their arrival and then introduced themselves and asked if it was ok to have shoes on(it was). Quickly got the mattress set. Outstanding experience!

Unbelievable move. I know how difficult it is to run a solid full service moving company, and the discipline and training it takes. When we hired EE Ward to move my 70+ year old in-laws across country, I didn't realize the game of Russian Routlette I might be playing in choosing a mover for the in-laws. But they came through in a big way. Price was right, they were on time, packed up the house really efficiently, and then drove cross country with their truck full-to-the-brim. My in-laws have some really great pieces, and somewhat to my surprise, not a thing was damaged. Obviously these guys know what they are doing. EE Ward is highly recommended.

Update: I have spend at least twenty hours calling manufacturers trying to get replacement parts. My hardware box was not located and is not in my storage and now I am burdened with trying to hunt down all these parts so our furniture and storage racks are still viable. This is a headache and I’m taking back the “least stressful move” comment. It had now indefinitely became the most stressful. I have spoke to Qualie and Lisa was to call me back about EE Ward claims process but has yet to do so. James and Keith assures me that they would find my box and do all the leg work to find the parts but alas, here I am. Waiting on hold calling stores, finding out manufacturers, calling them, getting part replacement quotes and shipping to replace furniture legs, bolts, fasteners, castors, etc. James & his moving crew went above and beyond, I have moved 8 times cross country in recent years and this was the least stressful. Not only did they take care of my stuff, they carefully unloaded my 4/3 household - to include two motorcycles and got it all to fit in my storage shed. Dan is a magician, I don’t know how he did it! They called in advance, were on time, professional and pleasant and flexible when I had to change units and cleaned up any trash that accumulated. I plan on using them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

If I could give 0 stars I would They were hired to deliver a bed and take and return a broken one under warranty. Refused to carry it upstairs because it was too heavy. We have the exact same bed upstairs. They bed company had no problems delivering it! We ended up rescheduling delivery. Called us a 4:55 the night before cancelled our delivery because they “lost” our bed. We tried to call them back they didn’t answer phone. Called the next day they said they got rid of it because it was “damaged”. They never told us any of this. We have been trying to get our bed from them for over 2 months.

I wish there were six stars. I have had many deliveries and moves in my life. This one stands out above the rest. A representative named Rhonda set up the delivery and was able to help solve some additional problems with the set up in my house. She sent Jason and Pedro (after speaking so highly of their customer service) and she was so right! These two guys were so friendly, careful, professional and they volunteered the extra touches to make this a great experience! I highly recommend them.

I was first very skeptical of using this company as someone in my neighborhood used them and said nothing nice about them. My move was from Columbus, Ohio to Lake Wylie, South Carolina. Speaking with Shanna and asking for her assurance that it would all go well, gave me the confidence in moving forward with EE Ward Moving. Our team lead by the operator (Gene Willis) was absolutely amazing. Very friendly, careful and experienced. He made sure my spouse and I were comfortable with everything that was going on during the move. We were informed either by Shanna (sales) Sarah (move coordinator) or Gene (van operator) of how the process worked and all were consistent in their information. The truck and loaders/packers showed up when they said they would and both loading and unloading went very smooth. Best of all- Nothing broke or missing!! They even helped us build our beds back and move furniture several times to get it in the desired space. If I picked up a box, someone was right there to get it out of my hands. I highly recommend EE Ward and their team of movers.

Only thing I would suggest is to confirm what phone number is best to reach you at. The office called my cellphone and the delivery people called my home landline. Fortunately worked out that I got the message from landline to my email. Otherwise...everything went great. Very professional and on time.

This was my second time using EE ward to move and they did an amazing job! Gene, Jesse, Josh and Dan did a fantastic job moving the furniture out of my house and went above and beyond by helping me box a few small items that I had missed. Most importantly, they were very careful with all of my mirrors and other fragile items and even covered the walls and floors of my new home to make sure nothing was damaged. They were able to move all of my furniture into my new home very quickly and this made our move a lot less stressful! All four men were very friendly and I would recommend this company to anyone needing to move.

This is the company that was assigned to deliver our new mattress. The drivers reeked of cigarette smoke and were rude. We had paid extra for our old mattress to be taken down to our garage. The mover claimed not to have record of this and clearly did not want to do the work. He finally relented and did it. The next time I need to have something delivered, if I have a choice of company to use, I would not use this one.
