Zero stars. DO NOT USE! I echo Alex Kreps' review from a year ago. Owner Josh Holtan was communicative up until the day of our scheduled move, then didn't contact us and ignored all calls from us the day of, and no one showed up. Had to scramble immediately to rent a truck ourselves and coordinate with friends to help, which is exactly what we were wanting to avoid by paying professionals to handle the moving for us. Days later, still no callback and no explanation. Much stress, time, effort, lost sleep, and sore backs later, we're getting there (thanks to U-Haul on 13th Ave by the way for coming through in our time of need!)

I had a hired this moving company A couple of weeks ago to do my move today.. Last night Josh called me to let me know that they would be arriving earlier than expected. I waited until an hour after expected and they called and said that a truck was not working… and that they are trying to get ahold of their boss Josh, but Josh was nowhere to be found and was MIA. The guy who called me said at this point we will just have to cancel your move…I Tried multiple times to call Josh on the phone… but his phone Goes to voicemail right away saying his mailbox is full Very unreliable company!!!!

(Zero Stars) Super Pros Moving also d/b/a BEST FARGO MOVING — DO NOT USE EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES!! Same unprofessional guy (Josh) who will tell you he can do your move, collect payment information and then disappear—he will not take calls, will not return voicemails, will not show up. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Did great work, but when i found damaged items they stopped all communication and i have been trying to reach them for almost 2 weeks Update: Has almost been 2 months and still no reply.

If I could give them a 0 Star rating I would. We scheduled a move with them for this morning at 9AM and after confirming the time with them yesterday, they never showed up. It's been a stressful day due to them falling through on us. Thanks for nothing!

Josh and his guys were great. Wouldn't have my stuff down in Fargo from East Grand Forks without them. Rate is super good too compared to what I was quoted from other companies. Were very understanding when i couldn't be there for the load out due to work. Would highly recommend
