I just looked at your driver pay and it seems like bottom end of the spectrum for pay at 44 cents per mile. Reminds me of the ole paper log days when I could make a living at 44 cents per mile if I were dispatched 4,200 miles per week. Pay just seems disappointing. I am not applying.

I couldn't ask for a better company to call home or a better team to work with. Around here your part of something special, never referred to as a number or a load. Big enough to run you hard and small enough to honestly care about you as a person. Feels like family here and the drivers have a lot of pride in that. Your never alone or stranded. Drivers help drivers and the company will bend over backwards to help anyone willing to help themselves. Equipment is kept in great condition. I love my truck an conestoga and couldn't be happier being part of what makes CMT great.
