Timely, quick, efficient, honest, professional- EVERYTHING you want in a moving company. Everyone in this company is phenomenal at every level- the owner, who came out to personally deliver an estimate, the moving crew, and Haley in the office who handles paperwork and scheduling. I hired them twice now, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

6/28/2015 we moved from a home to a temporary apt & storage unit, so items were marked clearly room by room in the home as to what was going to storage and what was going to the apartment, as well as I told them what was separate during the walk through. This is my first complaint because when we received items at the apartment, boxes that should have gone to storage were delivered to us,& items that we needed were delivered to the storage unit (and there was no way we could have accessed or found those items, i.e. home business items/kids' summer school homework books, shelving units). Also, we noticed when those boxes were delivered to us in the apartment, items were packed together that shouldn't have been and other boxes we found were marked incorrectly. I found kitchen cookware packed along with items such as mouse traps and things from "under the sink" that you wouldn't pack with baking pans/cookware. I also found the video gaming system packed along with items from our washer/dryer room, and this box was marked as going to 'utility room'. Items weren't packed correctly - I found our coffee maker, and other small appliances that weren't even wrapped in paper- simply thrown in a box, on top of my computer. Items rec'd were broken - ottoman base, bike pedal & bike brake line (and this was a new bike), crystal glass decorative bowl, an anniversary gift of a 12x12 handcrafted tile; collectible crystal from Brazil, as well as our book shelf - there may be more as we have finally moved into a home again, and we are still unpacking. They also didn't pack the items that were in my son's dresser, so when it was moved, things fell out and broke. Mixed boxes - my other son's bed items were packed with items from the garage, like a saw and other garage items. Boxes were marked misc. so we didn't have any clue as to where these boxes came from and where they were going to. We have an electric piano and a guitar - these were not packed carefully and the plug for the piano wasn't packed along with the piano. When they delivered items at the apartment, they didn't re-assemble the tv stand nor did they do the dining table. I had to call them back because they left their tool bag and I asked them to reassemble the table at that time. One of the movers was constantly on the phone texting; so I knew whatever rooms he did, I would find issues. One of the movers had forgotten to pack an entire closet in a room - so he had to go back to that room. I called the owner a few days afterwards and told him about all of these issues. He told me they would be coming to our city in a few weeks and they would straighten everything out. He said he wrote down everything I was saying and said he would talk to his people. I didn't hear from him again. When we moved from the apt/storage unit to our new home, the new movers had to repack boxes they found in the storage unit that weren't packed correctly. They also had to throw out 3 fully packed boxes due to broken items. The way they packed the storage unit was ridiculous - because these boxes weren't marked correctly to begin with, when they started stacking the boxes into the storage unit, they just basically stacked them in any which way, so we had heavy boxes of books sitting on top of fragile items and crushing them. Clothes were not all packed in wardrobe boxes. They were just thrown into boxes. The front foyer closet was just basically thrown into a box (coats, maps, books, baskets, etc). Also, my husband's wardrobe box didn't contain just his hanging clothes. There were clothes thrown & stuffed into the bottom of the box as well, and not just like a few articles that may have fallen off of the hanger; literally stuffed. They had such seemingly great reviews, I was thoroughly disappointed in their service and lack of follow up. Worst moving experience we've ever had. -- I have filed a complaint with the BBB.

I have used All About Moving twice - they unloaded my truck when I moved to Grand Forks and just last week they moved us from our rental to our house across town. The first time, the whole experience was great - movers and office staff. Which is why I chose them again. This past time has not been as great. I will say the movers themselves were awesome - polite, efficient and careful with moving our stuff. I've had a really hard time communicating with office staff. When I called to schedule a walk through, I left a voicemail that went unreturned and had to call back to schedule it. The owner didn't respond to my email when I tried to schedule the move and I had to call to verify. There is a billing issue that I have called 3 times about with no answer or returned called. I was charged more than I was quoted and just want answers. Sadly I probably won't use this company again even though the movers are great; its just too hard to get the office staff to communicate.

This company is very unprofessional and unreliable. I was given a delivery window and confirmed the morning of. The delivery never came and I was not contacted for cancellation or rescheduling. I attempted several times to call them but no one answered. I attempted again to call the next day and received no answer. The tracking number says it was delivered when it had not. Do not trust this company with your moving or delivery needs.

Assume that the people who move you are thieves. My cell phone was stolen, and the business owner just will not take responsibility. While moving, my couch got ripped, and i had to waste time sitting around while the person sent to fix it did his job. Also, I had more stuff than initially quoted, but the buys moving had no idea of how to perform calculations on additional work. Horrible!

Ordered from Wayfair. My order sat at their warehouse for 2 weeks and never received a call for it to be delivered. I should have been called 2 days after it arrived per Wayfair email. I finally called Wayfair and was told the warehouse lost a piece of the furniture and was currently trying to locate. Then I was told they would deliver the 2 pieces they found and would continue to look for the 3rd. Still no call for delivery 5 days later. Finally got fed up and called Wayfair and cancelled the order. Very unprofessional company

This comapny likes to push your scheduled delivery off without telling you and saying its your fault and you missed your shipment. They do not know how to handle customer concerns and questions, and apparently have no way to handle anything besides telling you its on a truck not in town.

Terrible. Just flat out terrible. I attempted to call them for a week, no answer. My order was originally from Wayfair, but Wayfair used them as a delivery source. They had my stuff for over a week and a half, and didn't deliver, then scheduled a deliver for Nov 2, then OUT OF NOWHERE, RESCHEDULED for Nov 7, then YET AGAIN RESCHEDULED for tues Oct 31 between 1130 and 330..... guess what.... not at all surprised that THEY DID NOT DELIVER..... and even a week and a half later..... still have not returned my phone call after I left a message.... now I'm letting Wayfair handle the rest since they still have my stuff.
