Let me start by saying the gentleman that actually moved our furniture were great! However, that is where the good ends. The owner does not return phone calls, show up on time and lacks basic communications skills. When it came time to move, Brian did not have a truck for us (even though we booked two months in advance and we're told we were the only ones on the calandar). When he came to do our final walk though and give us a final estimate he was suprised by the amount of stuff we had despite having been to our house two other times.Brian never even would have shown up for our final walk through if I would not have called him to inquire. In the end he did not have the man power or trucks to move our stuff we had to rent a uhaul for all of our boxes, and load and unload all of it. When the movers showed up much to our suprise they also had a uhaul. We relocated to a different state, the plan was for the movers to show up one day and drive our belongings down in two days to unload, we found out the day we moved that they were not going to be down for three days. A week after it was all said and done he called and said their was a billing mistake and we owed an extra 300.00 for having our furniture in their truck so it could not be rented out....this did not make sense to us since they had to rent a uhaul to move our stuff because they did not save a truck for us! Brian was extremely unprofessional and always gave us an excuse for everything, he blamed everything from his vacation, to his secretaries vacation and even my husband for the miscommunication. To summarize there was no communication, no accountability, no clear plan and he still has not cashed the checks we gave them over a month ago.
