Great moving company! Everyone I dealt with from the owner to the office staff were friendly and professional. They did a great job & I will definitely hire them again the next time I move.

I was recommended to A-1 by a friend. Life was hectic due to a heath scare of family member. A-1 worked with me patiently by answering questions and changing dates with me on a short notice. The manager called me after hours to confirm day and time with me after I forgot to call him earlier in the day. The two gentlemen that helped my mother into her new house were fantastic! They were on time and very polite. They had a great work ethic. They took the stress out of the moving. I will hire them again and will recommend them to friends and family.

Break your thing and then denies it at least 2 things were broken a dresser and a microwave and they are very pushy people that was one way the other way they broke lamps fans and other stuff if I had my way they wouldn't even get one star instead of calling a 1 they should be rated F 3 very pore addatud do they move there own stuff like this no respect

Let me start by saying the gentleman that actually moved our furniture were great! However, that is where the good ends. The owner does not return phone calls, show up on time and lacks basic communications skills. When it came time to move, Brian did not have a truck for us (even though we booked two months in advance and we're told we were the only ones on the calandar). When he came to do our final walk though and give us a final estimate he was suprised by the amount of stuff we had despite having been to our house two other times.Brian never even would have shown up for our final walk through if I would not have called him to inquire. In the end he did not have the man power or trucks to move our stuff we had to rent a uhaul for all of our boxes, and load and unload all of it. When the movers showed up much to our suprise they also had a uhaul. We relocated to a different state, the plan was for the movers to show up one day and drive our belongings down in two days to unload, we found out the day we moved that they were not going to be down for three days. A week after it was all said and done he called and said their was a billing mistake and we owed an extra 300.00 for having our furniture in their truck so it could not be rented out....this did not make sense to us since they had to rent a uhaul to move our stuff because they did not save a truck for us! Brian was extremely unprofessional and always gave us an excuse for everything, he blamed everything from his vacation, to his secretaries vacation and even my husband for the miscommunication. To summarize there was no communication, no accountability, no clear plan and he still has not cashed the checks we gave them over a month ago.

The worst moving company I have ever dealt with. Gave me the run around for a week, and Bryan would never give concrete answers. Told me to find somebody else 2 days before the move. How disloyal and lack of good business conduct is that!

The people were friendly and personable. Fast turn around to get estimates (yes plural, I have hired them for a second job after the first went so well) They were very accommodating of my schedule and I highly recommend them.
