As a professional driver, I am regularly shocked at the way I see your trucks weaving through traffic and driving dangerously. It makes us all look bad. Either you’re forcing your drivers to try and make ridiculous trip times, or you’re hiring the bottom of the barrel.

I will come back and re-rate once I receive my furniture. It has been sitting on their loading dock since November 22nd and the customer service rep today told me I will not have it until December 11th or 12th. This is only a 350 mile delivery on major interstates. I can receive furniture from California in 5 days.

I have not dealt with this company as a whole for business, but I was run off of I-81 South by a truck. His trailer number was 53935. Thankfully, we were able to move off into grass. Had this occurred on a bridge, mountain, or even blocked by a guardrail, the outcome may be much different. Not sure how the company handles incidents of their drivers nearly killing other drivers, but thus far I’m not impressed.

Horrible customer service. This is the company that Troutman Chairs uses to deliver their products. They do not return calls. They are unpleasant on the phone with the attitude that you are bothering them. Just was hung up on when I said the service was not good after my chairs were being delivered September 12. No delivery and no call. When I called Monday September 18 to find out what happened that told me it was misrouted. They were supposed to call back with a delivery date . No call so I called today and was told that the chairs are coming today. When I questioned why no call again an attitude and the hang up.

Called in to report a incident that occurred on 68 on a driver that was driving aggressively. Had all the information, pictures. Wanted to report the incident due to being ran off the road. Along with several people pulling up to askinget was I OK, and to make sure I had the information off the truck to report. I called and the gentleman made me feel like I had done something wrong instead of listening, so now I will be following up with another party to contact them.

Traveling southbound on 81, had one of your drivers passed us from the right lane doing well over 80mph. He proceeded to speed down the highway passing other drivers all while staying in the right lane. Unbelievable.

I was driving down the road on Sunday, June 14th at around 12:30pm when truck 590 whipped over in front of me, not watching where he was going because he was on his phone, and before I was able to get out from behind him a rock shot out from behind onto my windshield chipping it!
