Shop and fuel desk personnel are top notch. Very friendly and professional. THe company tries its best to be something its not. Its basically a puppy mill for drivers. At any day you can see drivers coming in the front door and others heading out the back door. You see them and feel sorry for them when you see them because you know their future. They will quit out of frustration and unreasonable standards Schneider has. Then owing the company money for training just to be underpaid and used afterwards. Shame. The lease drivers. SMH. Biggest scam out here. Overpriced company drivers. Take time off and end up in the hole. They tell you the trucks are from an outside entity. Lol Just business lingo to manipulate the contract. Like calling a dog a cat just for legal purposes. To sum up this company. It could be what it portrays but its not. They smile in your face while waiting to drop a shoe. Schneider isn't much more than a glorified CONCENTRATION CAMP.

drove for SNI from 2015 to 2019. Company has changed a lot. The good DBLs always leave for better and less stressful jobs. turnover inside the office is insane. Implementing forced dispatch to keep shareholders happy. Stay away.

Worse company to work for. After 2 years I departed. Terrible home time and dispatchers are rude and could care less! Worse then jb hunt. I switched to Service Transportstion in Wallace SC and I got better pay and home time. Atleast the dispatchers care about you! I give Schneider 1 because I can’t go less!

If you are a company driver who sucks up you will love it here. Managers & DBLs lie just like everywhere else. You gotta kiss butt to get good runs. Good place if you can get your own truck & pull their trailers. Rich Chandler is gone so no more loyalty & respect in the house...if you know what I mean.

don't like this OC. guy on desk (wallace) make me feel like trash unimportant trucker, i don't feel welcome here, i don't feel safe here. if he doesn't know to work with people he shouldn't be behind a desk, that's a serious job and i always thought so respectful for me for then, until i meet him. i just don't feel comfortable coming here anymore while he's around.

Driver services really sucks especially this dude Kent I was trying to the company car and just because I'm Hispanic he didn't want to give me the box code to get the car key he was racist to the point to let me know that I could lose my job if keep calling to get the company car....I was really upset hopefully somebody there have a little talk to that racist dude

I was hired as a lease operator back in April 2017. I put the down payment on a truck and everything was good. 1 month later I get a call from Steve in security. Steve inform me that I had issue on my application that I did not share with them in the hiring process. The issue was a dropped trailer I had on a work yard that happen in 2015. I did not put the dropped trailer on the application because honestly I forgot about it. Also the company I worked for at the time did not fire me and they excuse the incident. The only dis plenary action I receive was a warning and they let me continue to drive and work as an employee until I left and went to Schneider. Steve said well since you didn't tell us about this incident you may not be able to continue to drive for us. He said if you can get a written document from your previous employer agreeing to rehire you again then you can stay employed with Schneider. (What?) I informed him that the company kept me and I was not fired I left willingly to come work for Schneider. I told Steve shouldn't that qualify for approval to be rehired since the company kept me employed? Steve said no you will have to get a written statement. I then ask Steve why did Schneider approve for me to be hired? And why didn't you all see this in my background check? Didn't you all have to perform a tedious background check in order for me to be hired? He said yes but sometimes it takes weeks for certain information to come back. I then said why you didn't wait to you have all my information before you hired me? Steve says well we thought you would be honest and share all you had on your DAC report. He also says something to the effect of we didn't catch it because you didn't include the information on your application. I then made a call to my previous employer. Long story short I couldn't get the letter from my previous employer because one of the managers at the company did not like the fact that I left the company with only a days notice. I didn't tell my previous employer that I was going to be leaving soon because its a temporary staffing company and they deal primarily with temp drivers. I was a very dependable employee and the manager and I had a very harmonious relationship that felt more like a friendship. I felt the manager with the previous company didn't want to see me leave and she let it be known. She would not provide the letter of rehire. She immediately showed resistance and adversity to my proposition. About a week later I was released from Schneider.

Run quasi military with too many recruits and long line waiting around doing nothing. More of a puppy mill for driver recruits. You really are just a number there. Look elsewhere or beware!

So far so good! I'm a new bulk driver. Graduated outta Pittsburgh. Got my truck here in Charlotte at the OC. Everybody seems ok. Havnet ran into in body who dosent seem to care. Good food great prices. Nice size lot and good maintenance staff.

A safe place to park in Charlotte. Food and showers are available to drivers. I've been here many times. The staff are usually pleasant, and the services are helpful to a driver. Parking can be tight though, be careful.

It's really bad bad place 2 work for .,I felt big time discrimination there cus am Muslim ,my dbl was always rude and try 2 run me from working there ,he even put crap on my dac ...be careful when you work there ...it's a good company for fresh driver but if you have 3 month or more it's not for you ...they lie about the mile the pay the running area ...i signed south east (they were running me New Jersey local) 35 mile and pay mile plus 15 $ for short run ....I average 350-450 a week ,running north east ..they pay you zip 2 zip (you will drive 200 mile but on your pay check it will 150 mile and so on ...they will run you New York ,band you can't refuse that ,or you gonna spend couple days in a truck stop ...it was really bad horrible for me ...mechanic shop people ..lazy won't do anything ...Charlotte terminal ...and if you wanna drive for Schneider fight hard 2 not get lee Sacco as your dbl ...he is rude .nasty ...he will talk 2 you as you are a low life Crap...
