We recently moved from Charlotte, NC to Henderson, NV. We chose E.E. Ward because of the professionalism and excellent service of the representative who estimated the cost of moving our belongings. Chanda gave us an initial estimate and came back again to give us a final estimate. The driver who picked up our belongings was on time and he made sure our belongings were not damaged. Our belongings arrived on the date we agreed and were not damaged and nothing was lost. In short, everything went smoothly. When we had questions, Chanda promptly addressed them. I recommend EE Ward to move your belongings.

Tried for 2 weeks to get someone to come out and give a quote to move. Had three different appointments. Each time they would call and have to reschedule last minute. Can’t imagine what would happen on the day the movers where suppose to show up. Now I have lost a week of finding a mover because they can’t keep an appointment 3 times. —-Update—- Wanted to follow up with my experience with EE Ward. On the Monday after I posted the review the VP called like they reported they would. He was completely understanding and wanted to make sure this never happened again to anyone else. He did not try to make excuses and admitted they messed up and were very sorry. Asked for my suggestions to makes sure this would not happen to anyone else. Unfortunately I had to go with another company due to time constants but was totally impressed with the response from the VP. I honestly believe they will make sure what happened to me will not happen again.

As an employee at E.E. Ward, of course I am biased. That said, I have been in the industry for over 35 years and this type of work is all I’ve ever done in my working life. I can honestly say unequivocally that this is the best moving company I have worked for. A lot of moving companies say they stand for quality but this is the only place I have worked where there are weekly meetings and committees that focus entirely on the customer experience and “strive for 5” becomes the mindset with everyone who works here in every department.
