What a total joke this location is they are total rip off they wanted $500 to send a package for me I went to United States Postal Service it cost me $64 the package received in Pakistan and about the same time 2 days longer than DHL I'm not paying $400 extra for that . I checked around with some of the other DHL Outlets the prices were totally different from this location. I think they're just ripping people off here what a crazy place

DHL can get a package from LITERALLY half way around the world to a hub in Greensboro, NC by Thursday and somehow not make it the rest of the way until the following Tuesday. In a race to gather prototype components the Chinese postal service can tag team the USPS and move product quicker than this.

They are a joke. They don’t warn you that there might be difficulties on delivering your package that’s out of state. And the. They have the audacity to say well the completed there job so there might not be a refund! And they still want you to pay for your package to be returned!!! I had sent my package the begging of this month to my husband in Mexico and he still has not received it! They have been making me jump threw hoops to get it either returned with my money back or for it to be delivered it’s beyond ridiculous especially when I just sent clothes and shoes! I do not recommend them for nothing. I am still fighting with them about my package!!!! Not even worthy of a one star!
