We recently used Ace Movers for an in state relocation. Our home was 2800 square feet and my wife and I did 80% of the packing. We also required 2 weeks of storage. Ace was awesome. They delivered top notch performance in every way. Their people are respectful, caring and work amazingly hard. Never did I question anyone's commitment. And pricing was very competitive. Did we have any issues? A few broken glasses from our packing and a few scuffs on on the walls of our new home. Typical of a move like ours. Very professional, patient and polite and totally prepared to move my new baby grand piano. It was a challenging move because the piano had to be brought up a flight of stairs that had a sharp turn. They actually did a couple of dry runs to practice their approach to successfully move it before actually bringing it up! Great guys!

In my Honest Opinion

Ace Movers rock!!! I've used them several times for different projects and they are always on time and fast!!! Staff is great and we have never had anything damaged or lost. It is tough to find a moving company that you trust with your valued belongings but trust me when I say these guys are as good as it gets!

I have moved over 11 times and this was the best moving company EVER! Two guys came to my apartment on the 3rd floor and loaded everything up into a truck for me. They did this in less than 3 hours, while doing an amazing job! All of my furniture was wrapped as if brand new and loaded carefully. Nothing was scratched or damaged. They did an amazing job!!!! Lastly, they charged me the amount I was quoted for when I made the arrangements. This company made moving so much easier and less stress than I have ever experienced!

ACE Movers is by far the most credible moving company I've ever dealt with. Most people dont use moving companies frequently, but I handle personal and business moves at my job and they are the ONLY company I will use. All the guys are respectful, the owner is a great guy, and nothing has ever been damaged or gone missing. If you are looking for a moving company, you do not need to look any further.

Gary Ellison picked up a king size bedroom set for me, that was purchased from Craigslist. I called them the day before Thanksgiving to schedule a pick-up on Black Friday. They were punctual, professional and very accommodating. This was a great, wonderful, excellent moving experience!!!!

We were told it would take 2.5 hours to move our 2BR apartment by Ace's management, but somehow it took them 8 hours; and they didn't move everything! We received confirmation of services via email which included wardrobe load/unload, however the truck came without the necessary equipment. They were undermanned and unprepared. We took up our displeasure with Chad, the owner, who's offer to resolve the issue was to tell us to file a complaint with the NC mover's commission. Classless and rude was our experience with ownership as we sought resolution. I'm glad we planned ahead so we have time to move what they didn't, ourselves. Absolutely would not recommend and absolutely will not do business with them in the future.

We used Ace Movers in Charlotte, NC for our daughter and that was a very bad experience! On top of that the 2 guys argued the entire time and we ended up moving her things with them ourselves to get things moving along because of their delays. Their drivers drove the longest way to take up time? What should have taken 3 hours with other movers with the same items took 5 hours with this company! We called the Owner and spoke with him directly and he in NO WAY sympathetic or willing to work with us after learning of the challenges we had that day! They were very disappointing to use! Custoner Sevice is very-very poor! We could not recommend these people to anyone in good faith because it was not just the workers but the Owner himself? The only person that was professional was the lady who made the appointment.
