Michael Sosa and Justin O. did an excellent job and were very careful with moving my items. Simi was a pleasure to meet as well. I was, however, given a quote of $545 and the actual cost ended up being $730.50. That is quite a far ways off from the quoted price.

I have to say that the thought of hiring a moving company is one of the most stressful experiences, but I was lucky enough to have made the right choice by choosing Santini Moving and Storage!! Super Mario and his crew were so great!! I have to say, it was really nice for me (in my stressed state) to see them smiling as they worked diligently and fast!! I couldn't believe how they were able to be so careful and so fast all at the same time! They took such extra special care with my items and that really calmed my nerves!! Everything made it to my new apartment in the same condition it left! Super Mario was so incredibly nice and sweet...and runs an efficient team! Thank you Santini for everything!

This company was great! We had considered trying to save money by finding the cheapest movers we could find, but we're so glad we spent a little extra for this kind of quality. We were moving from Brooklyn to a town upstate, around three hours away, and they helped us plan the packing process and sent a crew out to load some things in the truck the day before so that moving day wasn't unreasonably long. They were fast and pleasant the whole time.

We had a great experience from the beginning when I called to ask about pricing to the end. I spoke with Simi, the moving consultant, and he always promptly returned my calls and emails. He had me email him a detailed list of what we were moving and discarding and he explained the price quote he gave. He had quoted for 4 men for 7 1/2 hours, (plus an hour of travel time), and on the actual moving day we had 3 men and it took 6 hours, so we paid less than the price quote. (Just remember that the total hours are from start to finish which includes the traveling from old place to the new place and the additional hour is for the men to get back to their office.) We did price another company which gave a lower flat rate price but we would be charged for extra furniture pieces and for each extra box over what was quoted. We decided to go with U. Santini because of Simi's professionalism and the fact he wasn't pushy for a sale, (unlike the other company- which I used 12 1/2 years ago when I moved- and the representative kept saying I have only one spot left for your day, etc). The movers came on time and were very nice and careful with everything. The head guy, (I apologized for not remembering their names), was polite and asked questions regarding our furniture in which we were keeping or throwing out. They took all our boxes and things. They worked fast but not rushed where it would be sloppy. They wrapped up the mattresses, mirror and passed the furniture. In our new place they put the furniture exactly where we had wanted and even waited while I quickly dusted the backs of them. They removed a large bulky heavy tv and they took it with them to be legally disposed for an additional fee. They cleaned up all their garbage from the paddings and tapes. Overall, we had a great experience with this moving company and will use them and recommend them to others.

Santini moves my furniture from my home into storage. All the pieces of my furniture where there ! When my furniture needed to be moved from the storage facility to my new home about 90% of all the screws to the bedrooms sets two bedroom sets to be exact where missing! They tried to hide it broke two of my bedroom lamps put them on my end tables and tryed to hid it also until till my cleaning lady lifted up the lamps and all sand came out of the bottoms of both , they where cracked ! They tried to be sneaky about it so I wouldn’t notice and put the lamps on my dresser knowing that they were cracked and damaged . This to me is unacceptable and very sneaky . They sent two gentlemen back the next day one gentleman was there on the move trying to avoid me the whole time because he knew I was upset about a picture frame my wedding picture frame to be exact that they broke and they turned it around so I would not see it and say that it was broken my cleaning lady noticed it brought to my attention and I therefore brought it to their attention . my bedroom drawers were all cracked and chipped and the bushings were all missing and destroyed I’m waiting over a month and a half to get my two dresser draws back that they took to repair not knowing after they left that the third draw was broken and they put it back once again after damaging it and being sneaky in hopes that I wouldn’t notice . After a month of me sleeping in my master bedroom set the bedroom set collapsed in the middle of the night why because the screws were not put in the panels to support the boards there where supports missing in the middle of my king size bed which needed to hold those supports up and whatever screw they did have that they use they stripped the wood and the furniture and attached you will see pictures to show what happened to my furniture once again when they took this furniture apart it was not damaged it was bought directly from the furniture company brand new Santini Movers Guy the only movers that touch this furniture and they destroyed it !!! attached you will see pictures to show what happened to my furniture! I am beyond upset and disappointed and would not recommend Santini Moversat all ! I called up the owner of Santini Movers and he had sent me a claim form which looks like a bogus claim form and has their names on it !! Usually an insurance claim form has the insurance companies information on it. DO NOT USE THEM !!

We had investigated two companies before finally deciding to go with U. Santini Inc and I couldn't be more pleased. The guys were on time, professional and exceptionally helpful. Moving is stressful, and they made life so much easier. We had an estimate done prior to our move, my husband met with Simi (Simeon) and had nothing but wonderful things to say about his extreme professionalism, honestly and up front attitude. Super Mario, Oscar, John and Edwin were the perfect fit for our move. They took apart some of our larger furniture and packed some things that I ran out of boxes for. They loaded the truck with a smile, and had a wonderful sense of humor. We look forward to finding our home to have them move our items out of storage and into our new place. Thank you gentlemen.

I cannot recommend this moving company strongly enough. This is the third moving company I have hired and they are by far the most professional, prompt & careful with your possessions. Not only was the move absolutely flawless, but they carefully put our furniture back together and were troopers as they went up and down the stairs without complaint in our new home which didn't yet have AC. Above all this, we actually lived above Santini for 9 years until our recent move and have never, ever had an issue with any of their staff. I'd walked by Santini whenever I went the a gym nearby. Due to the high rating this firm received online, I decided to speak to Santini for my apt relocation. Simi did a great job as a sales person for a moving firm - he gave me a quote after he visited my place and adequately followed up with me a few times prior to move day. I picked Santini over other movers such as Flatrate because of Simi's salesmanship. I lived on a 3 fl walk up and required relocation to a new apt in NJ. I also required assistance to move my stuff from a Manhattan storage facility to one in NJ. On move day, Santini movers Patrick, Akeem, and Edwin arrived 30 mins early. The move went smoothly and efficiently. Edwin was very careful with protecting anything that I did not adequately cushioned due my lack of experience with moving. Although I self packed everything, there were no major damages to my properties, my apts, and the condo corridors. At the end of the day, Santini fully honored its quote to me with no surprise charges. I was so pleased (and surprised - due to my experience with other moving firms) with the entire move experience that I gave the movers a generous (I hope) tip. I highly recommend Santini and especially Edwin, Patrick, and Akeem.
