Stephen , Darlene, and Janice are moving fairy god parents! They have helped me with two moves and about to help me with my 3rd! Their team is responsive, professional, efficient, and completely make moving an absolute pleasure. They are communicative before and answer all of your questions. They teams show up on time or early (this is for morning spots, for afternoon slots it depends on the move before but they advise of timings). I am now in elevator buildings but they helped me move out of and into 4th and 5th floor walk ups - with a smile and so fast. I have heirloom china that is of extremely high sentimental value for me and their team wraps it beautifully with great care for every move. I am so thankful for the care they take of something that special to me. I do not have enough kind words to say about them. They help our company with staff moving domestically and internationally for work, one colleague has been moved many times over 17 years by Liberty and swears by their work. Choose them and your moving is as good as done!

Moving 33 years of accumulated furniture and other "stuff" is a difficult, and anxiety ridden event. The staff of Liberty, from start to finish, made it a much easier, and an almost pleasant experience. Stephen Talenti, the estimator, and Tom Pendleton, the move coordinator were always available and answered our questions, and addressed our concerns in a timely manner. The moving crew, headed by Nestor, did an outstanding job of moving our belongings under difficult circumstances. Both our old home in Chappaqua, and our new home in Bethel had snow and ice covering much of the area surrounding the houses. The crew had to shovel snow, or chop ice, to provide safe passage to and from the moving van. They did this with no hesitation and in good spirits. The men were courteous, friendly and obviously very capable as they effected the move with absolutely no damage. Although the shoveling and ice removal added time to the move I was not charged for this time, and the price I was quoted by Stephen was the price I paid. It was a sincere pleasure to deal with such an honorable organization, and I would recommend them without hesitation, or qualification.

My fiancé's engagement ring and my class ring mysteriously went missing after the movers were in our apartment. I had proposed a few days before our move took place, and her ring was our most valuable possession (from a monetary and emotional standpoint). We placed a lot of trust in the company, and while everyone was nice to us throughout this, they won't help us, since the ring wasn't a part of the move. If it weren't for this I'd be writing a glowing review, but I cannot in good conscience recommend them after this whole ordeal. We were left in a really bad place after this.

We recently used Liberty Moving and Storage for our move in Westchester, NY. From my original contact with Anthony Federico to the arrival of his crew, the service was top notch. I received two phone calls earlier in the week to confirm their arrival date and time. Nestor was the head driver and we were extremely happy with him, Juan and their hard working additional 3 guys. Moving is a tough event not only on the customer but the crew themselves. They all worked extremely hard the entire time and were so professional, literally interacting with me all day with a smile on their face. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I called Liberty Moving and Storage at 8:30 am. I was in my new apartment at noon!!! Outstanding service, starting from the operator (Lucy C) who made sure I got what I needed (to move the same day! In June! In New York City? sounds impossible, doesn't it!) Liberty Moving moved my 1 BR apartment within 3.5 hours from my first call to the last box in). The movers were on time, on point, friendly, polite and very careful! Job well done! I would strongly recommend this company if you are looking for impossible to happen! And, the price was very reasonable! Thank you, guys again!

Great process from start to finish. Very professional and responsive team. The movers were outstanding. Took good care of our old and new house and carefully wrapped all of the furniture. The initial estimate was a bit lower than final hours so make sure to have a detailed list for a more accurate estimate. Will definitely be hiring these guys for our next move.
