D'Andre, Darrell, and Miguel did excellent (5 stars for them). However, the lady processing the payment was rude. And this company doesn't tell you beforehand that they add 30 extra minutes for "travel time." The guys also waited a long time for her on the phone.

Having recently moved to Santa Fe from out of state, I’ve had quite a bit of experience with movers. This delivery team was top tier. First, I have to say how much I liked having a nice, fair, delivery window (2 hours). They confirmed via text and by phone (also nice). They arrived at the stroke of the earliest part of the delivery window. They were exceptionally friendly and truly efficient. The item they delivered, was very heavy and an unwieldy shape. They handled it very carefully (thank you!). These guys really knew what they were doing. I recommend them to anyone that needs a mover they can trust with their precious possessions.

Where do I begin? I have used Bekins for out of state moving services in the past and always had stellar experiences. This time however, was far from stellar. My estimator did not disclose that the company is not allowed to pack or move open bottles containing liquids. While I understand this policy, knowing this before the move would’ve been really helpful, as I would not have had to leave 100+ bottles in my empty home. Next, the company sent one woman to pack up my 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2269 square footage home in one day. Naturally, the whole home could not be done with one person in that time frame, so packing continued into the next day (truck loading day) and was not completed until 9:00 PM when the truck driver was under the impression that they would be done packing and driving the truck away by 3:00 PM. Of all the people assigned to pack my house, only one person labeled boxes from the room the came from. This created quite a problem when it came time to deliver my truck to my new address. Because many of my moving boxes were previously used for a 3rd party move, most of the labeling was inaccurate. I ended up with kitchen stuff in my office, garage stuff in the kitchen and office/bedroom items in my garage. I think the thing that really chapped my hide in this experience was that one wall in my master bedroom was damaged during packing and none of the packers told me about it. I only discovered it when doing a final walk through of my home before departing town. Lastly, many things were packed so poorly that I have broken items I will need to file a claim with Bekins for in addition to the drywall damage I discovered.

We were fortunate to have the Dynamic Duo of Abraham and Alfonso load our 16' POD. They are Tetris masters, loading our belongings in a most efficient manner. They expertly wrapped our furniture and carefully loaded the pod. Both men were friendly and respectful. Exceeded my expectations.

I was originally given a delivery window 12-4. I got the call that they were 15-30 minutes away a little bit before that which was not a problem. The delivery team called again when they arrived since my apartment complex is a bit confusing. They were able to park right in front of my door. Very friendly team and I’m impressed with their service!

ProRelo called to reconfirm with me days ahead of delivery with later reminders and then again to let me know exactly what time they would arrive. Amazing!...and I really appreciated it. I was nervous that they wouldn’t want to drive up my super steep dirt driveway, especially when I saw the huge truck. But, they even backed up said driveway with great authority! The 3 boxes were really big, but the 2 guys happily brought them up a flight of stairs to my porch: They even said they would bring them in the house and up another flight of stairs, but I let them off the hook because I’m still not sure where I want my new sauna set up. Great job and thanks for hiring such good guys!

Had a white sofa delivered to a studio through a really rough, messy, greenhouse/storage area and through a narrow doorway by Gilbert and David. They had to jump through hoops to do it but they managed to deliver and unpack it unscathed and clean. They're excellent! Highly recommend these guys. They were professional, nice, and efficient. We used ProRelo to move from Albuquerque to Dallas, Texas. The whole moving process was easy and stress free. We appreciated Max giving us a free in-home estimate and felt he gave us a fair price. The crew was professional and careful with our household items. We had one broken lamp in our entire shipment which we feel is fair considering they moved a 5 bedroom home. Within 30 minutes of delivery I was called by the team and they arrived as scheduled. They were friendly and professional, delivered the packaging where I asked them to leave it, and we're careful about handling the packaging with care.

This company is terrible!!! First, they didn't let me know the day/time of delivery until the same day so I had to changed the appointment so I could be at home. Then, they told me they could delivered the next day before noon like I asked. I waited all morning but it never got delivered. When I called the company they said that it was a missunderstanding and they couldn't deliver my package until the next week! And I took the day off to be there waiting! Finally, when they delivered my package, they deliver without helping putting it all together like the form said they would do. This is a terrible moving company! Do not trust!

Got a message several days earlier to see if their desired delivery date worked for me. It did. I responded and let them know. Day of delivery, the driver called me as the delivery window has only recently started and told me that they would be by after a pickup. Got another call as they were heading over and they were good to their word. They carefully removed my (new to me) BMW motorcycle and parked it where I had asked. Driver explained the paperwork after allowing me an inspection of the bike. I signed the paperwork and gave the two of them some cold bottled water. This was my first motorcycle that I have had shipped and it was better that I thought it would be.

The driver refused to put my shed on the back porch stating he is only allowed to put items on the front porch. It was only twenty yards away. It would have been a lot easier to build it in the back yard instead I’ll drag all the items back there myself. Not very good customer service. I would give zero stars if it was available.

Your delivery team did a great job. Unfortunately they were not provided a detailed product list, so we don't know yet if we received all of our products. However, they called 20 minutes before arrival to allow us to be ready, they answered all of our questions and made sure I had a number to contact of there were any problems. Some of the boxes seem smashed but this was not caused by the drivers. I do not yet know if all the items arrived w/o damage. Drivers suggested that we photograph the damaged boxes, which we did. The truck they were driving was in poor shape and the lift appeared unsafe. Again, our drivers helped us to feel better about our purchases even with the decreped truck and smashed boxes, AND they were 1st class gentlemen.

The two gentlemen that delivered my mattress were exceptionally polite, friendly, and aside from being hard working handsome fellas, were laser focused on high customer satisfaction. They safely arrived at my home ahead of schedule, and were courteous enough to call with more than 30 minutes, but less than 1 hour, notice that my delivery time had changed and worked within my schedule to deliver my furniture. The paperwork process was manageable and exceptionally short; the men were well prepared in advance and only required one signature. Overall I’m very pleased with the experience. 10/10 would recommend this firm for other delivery needs.

Delivery guys were fine besides getting lost, the phone service was SO rude. They missed the delivery window by over a half hour and when I called to see when I could leave my house they were so defensive and scattered I was embarrassed for them. Unfortunate that wayfair delivers through them. Edit: I didn't have a problem with the drivers, I had a problem with the customer service reps attitude towards basic questions. Gilbert was fine.

I had to wait almost 10 days to get a bid for my move, and when I did, it was not via email, but a phone call. By that time, I had already set up two appointments with competitors. I received the grand excuse about how busy the sales rep was, he just didn't have time to figure out the bid, etc., etc., and etc. That's a rudimentary scheduling problem. Both of the competitors who came out took less than 10 minutes and had the bid to me, both verbally and via email before they left. Every move I've made, weather across the country or across town, I had a bid before the rep left. The rep who comes out to give a bid represents the company, and based on this representation, I do not recommend ProRelo.

They set up the New Active Breeze by Tempurpedic. It was the first time they have ever seen this type of mattress. They were very nice, they were engaging and willing to make sure everything worked. I recieved notification of the delivery time and a call when they were on their way. The drivers are courteous and mindful of our property when bringing the couch inside and from room to room. The gentleman called about 20 minutes before their arrival, giving time to prep the TV they would be picking up. Once at the house, they were knowledgeable about un packing the delivered TV and set it up very quickly. They stayed there and insured everything was working properly and asked several times if everything was good. They were both friendly and professional.
