This company gave me great customer service from the beginning till the end. Started off with great customer service on the phone telling me rates and how services would work. I did my research and they by far have the best rates in town. When the guys arrived on moving day they were on time with a smile on their face and ready to work. They were fast and treated my personal things with care. They packed the truck perfectly and travel to storage unit was easy. They unpacked everything in a timely manner and packed the storage unit with space to spare. I especially appreciated the follow up call from the owner himself to make sure the move went smoothly and I was happy with service. I would highly recommend US Express Movering for your next move!

I am really disappointed with this moving company, I paid a fortune for moving and they charged me more than the original quote for extra boxing without counting the fact that I spend the day with them to help. At the end for the extra packing I paid for one of my computer screen got broken $780 screen and now I am battling to get my screen replaced and have no answer since more than 2 month. I totally not recommend this company. They are the worst to work with.

First and last time I’ll use this company, got arrived late, they were in a hurry because they arrived late so they carried my furniture with no care, broke glass, damaged my furniture, scratched the floor, they damaged walls all over, one of the movers even hurt my cat. I won’t recommend this company not even to people that I don’t like, they are a very bad joke, rude and don’t care about your stuffs, I tried to contact the insurance company, the settlement they want give me back is not even enough to pay for the walls damaged they left.

Long story short: in our experience, the movers are OK, get the job done with no issue (We did our own packing so that's not a high bar). But their fee estimating is not accurate, charged us more and didn't stick to their words. Avoid the company. Here is the story: We hired US express moving in November 2017, to move from one house to a bigger one in same neighborhood. The quote was given OVER THE PHONE. Since the estimator didn't actually see the stuff to be moved it was communicated AND AGREED that the estimate was on an HOURLY bases with 3 hour miminum and ticks at half hour increment, but as a quote/estimate it was tentatively for 6 hours. I had called again to make sure that the rate was a per hour rate rather than flat and that the actual cost will depend on how much time ACTUALLY spent on job. On moving day, the picking up took 2 hours, and the movers collected the entire 6 hours before they start the drop off, so we paid for 6 hours. The move was completed in 4 hours, (sort of expected if picking up takes 2 hours and the drive is really really short). I contacted them back about the charge of the extra 2 hours, they won't give it back to me, saying that their claims department will handle it. I contacted all names /phone number/ email given to me, no response and no further contact from them. They charged us 50% more than what was agreed on. Bad business. Avoid.

Couldn't be happy with experience. I've dealt with so many unprofessional movers in the past it was refreshing for a move to work out without any problems. US Express Moving helped me set up my 2nd office location in Newark, our first being in Paterson. They packed, and organized desks, chairs, couches, file cabinets and a lot of other odds and ends from Paterson to Newark safely. They also help position and assemble everything so there wasn't much work left after everything arrived. The quote was accurate and plans never changed from the first agreement.

I learned not to judge a book by its cover during my last move. US Express Moving was responsible for handling the move. I have to say, they did an amazing job. Your organization is fabulous, from Start to finish. Krystal was great as my moving coordinator.we moved from Clifton to Fort Lauderdale FL we had 3 pickup locations the hardest one was from a storage we haven't been there for a long time. they quoted me a non binding estimate based of my memory. more or less it was just right. the price stayed the same. i was really worried coordinated 3 pickups on the same day but these guys were on time and we made it on 1 day. I used their storage for a month and then shipped it to my new place in FL. all the other companies told me it will take 10 days to ship it but Krystal was very honest to tell me it can take up to 14 business days. I appreciate this kind of honesty and being straightforward about how it really is and not promising something that is out of the blue cause I moved before with a different company and from 10 business days for delivery it took 21! When I was ready for my delivery the driver called to set a drop-off date that was coordinated with my schedule. I received all my items. we went over all the items on the list and their condition We have a few items that have been in our family for generations and the guys were so careful with them! Not a scratch on anything!

I actually didn't have much to do with the move itself other than signing the agreement. Once that was done everything took care of itself. Its great having the priority contact because they communicate all the updates and tracking for you. My move was very stress free as I never had to call in to get status updates. They took good care of everything for my move from NJ To Atlanta, GA. Happy the quote stayed the same the whole time and the arrival day did too. Not the cheapest option out there but I didn't want to risk it with low budget movers. I care a lot about my stuff. Moving can be such a big headache and very unhealthy with the amount stress you put on yourself when it occurs. I spent a bit extra so I didn't wouldn't have feel stressed out. Everything was absolutely exceptional! I was moving from a studio apartment and new about it a day before... talk about stress. I was still boxing up things when Oscar and his Team showed up, and they immediately made moving a whole lot easier. My younger brother moved from NJ to LA and needed help with an affordable company to help him with his moving process. He had already moved in with some belongings he drove himself in a rented truck, but needed some extra things and a couple extra helping hands so he told me to help him find a reputable company to help. I chose US Express Movering and they assisted with all of his belongings at a really quick pace. We figured moving literally across country would take lots of trouble or some damaged goods along the long journey but these guys kept us in the loop every step of the way and brought him everything just as it was packaged. We had a fantastic experience, which wasn't expected out of a 3000+ mile trip but US Express pulled it off!

I moved from Paterson NJ to Colorado with US Express Moving. My consultant was Peter and he was just wonderful He was recommended by one of my husband's coworkers, so we thought we'd give them a try and we're glad we did. It cost a little more than we thought we'd spend on a move, but we can't really complain because they were professional, courteous, cleaned up after themselves, treated us and our belongings with respect, and even helped us wrap and pack the last couple items. They charged what they quoted us and arrived on time. A US Express Moving is stressful no matter who you are.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a moving company. If you don’t want a headache don’t hire them. I received a quote to move my things that I believed was fair. On the day of the move this guy arrived and had a piece of paper with a completely different price. It was almost double what we Had agreed. I called the manager who explained to the employees on the moving truck the mistake they had done. Apparently they pressed some wrong buttons on their system which included some additionally service I had not agreed upon. The guy on the truck did not accept the explanation of his own boss and said if I didn’t agree to the new price he would not complete the move. He even proceeded to return my furniture back to my house. At some point I called his boss again and held the phone next to him so that he could speak to his boss once more. He tried to silence me by moving his hand next to me face and shushing me. In the process of moving his hand he accidentally slapped my cell phone out of my hand. My poor partner was there trying to remediate the situation. After much discussion the moving guy decided to complete the job. Management was absolutely terrible in dealing with this situation. Customer service did not call me at all afterward to try to resolve the issue or even to apologize. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Do not use this company!!! My aunt used them to move from Queens to Florida and she does not have one positive thing to say about them. They charged her double what she was quoted, her stuff arrived 8 days after the window she was given, and boxes were lost. Furthermore, when one of the boxes was found (about 2 weeks later), they still refused to send it to her. They lied and told her it was just found 2 days ago but meanwhile she had an email from the company stating that it was found over a week ago. She spoke with the owner, Ben, and he was extremely rude to her. It was overall the worst customer service she has ever experienced and she hopes nobody will make the same mistake she did by using them.

Very dissappointed. The quote was 1500 for a one bedroom apartment. On moving day, they changed it to 2600 even though I actually had less items than my original quote. I expect fluctuation in price, but a 60% change is unreasonable. They were constantly changing the price, several times on the pick up day. They loaded the truck, then changed it again. I overpaid on the actual weight. The person in charge was very unprofessional. I paid for a full pack. They were sloppy. Basically throwing everything into wardrobe boxes very illogically, so when i opened them, obviously, an absurd amount of my belongings were damaged. They were 2 days late for arrival at the new house. When we went to assemble, almost all of the hardware was missing or thrown in the bottom of another box where no one could find it. There's no coordination or consideration between the people that pack and the people that unpack. This is my first time using a company where separate teams pick up and deliver. Yikes. Nearly every item was damaged. Every single piece of furniture. They stripped and/or lost the hardware on assembly. Both teams that picked up and delivered where very unprofessional. There was one member of each team that was a good worker and very professional. You know who you are, gentlemen! Work independently, pleeeease. I wish I could have combined them lol. I know what you're thinking.. I must be super picky and unreasonable. I promise I'm not exaggerating! I know it depends a lot on the individual workers, so I hope that US express pays attention and demotes people that are doing such a terrible job.I think some role reversal amongst the teams would have helped make this move more successful.

The guys are very professional and respectful. They handled my all my things carefully and wrapped everything in blankets and plastic wrap. I also have a large aquarium that was moved without any problems. They were at my house at 9am and called before they came to confirm. The price was great I moved from New Jersey to New York and recommend to anyone, they were AMAZING!!

A friend of mine recommended US Express Moving NJ and are we glad we went with them. Of all the different people we had to deal with for our move (Super of the new building, management company, etc.) Michael and his team were, by far and large, the most professional. They are super quick and careful with your belongings and they are very reasonably priced. Overall our move took a little under two hours from East Orange to Manhattan from start to finish. Can't recommend these guys enough!

We made a last minute decision to move from New Jersey to Minneapolis. It was prompt and fast to respond with proper certificate of insurances at the request of the buildings. They were willing to follow all of the building rules in regards to moving, which is rare to have a moving company do so! They were extremely careful in the protection of the furniture and the team worked very well together.
