I would definitely recommend Moving of America to anyone! They were able to give me the best moving quote in comparison to two other moving companies that I inquired with. The day of my scheduled move, the team of movers (3 in total) arrived early. The team was very professional and handled my furniture with great care ensuring that all items were properly wrapped. I moved out of a 1-bedroom 6 floor walkup and the team moved efficiently to remove and dissemble all items from the apartment. Then when we arrived at my new place, they took the time to assemble any furniture and remove all wrappings. I was very impressed with their efficiency and level of professionalism.

I recently started a new job in NYC and I have never moved with a professional company before. Over the two years in my condo I have acquired a lot of furniture and several new belongings, and since I have limited time I needed help packing and I needed it fast. Moving of America sent over estimator within just 3 days of speaking to them. Joey the was the person the company sent over to me and he took his time explaining how they operate. Right away I could tell this company was no nonsense and I felt secure. Moving of America offered me a package which included EVERYTHING required to pack my items safely and securely along with an hourly rate. Because of parking dilemmas, my crazy schedule, and many other factors that make my life complicated they agreed to do everything in one day! This involved packing my entire condo and delivering to my new place on the third floor, which was all stairs, there is no elevator in my new place. 5 guys showed up at 7 AM sharp and got right to work, packed my boxes and furniture, loaded them up and drove and setup everything in my new home same day as they promised. I am still currently opening boxes and I am very impressed with how everything was handled especially at the speed it was done. My pictures, computers, and kitchen items were packed with great care. At the end of the move the only change in the estimate was paying for one more hour of work. When I need to move again I will call Moving of America again.

Nothing but positive things to say about these guys. They were fairly priced compared to the other quotes we've gotten. The office staff was extremely professional in its cadence of planning/in progress/ follow up calls. The crew arrived early and worked non-stop to wrap and pack all of our belongings.They went above and beyond in disassembling and then assembling our antique furniture pieces. It was smooth sailing from the moment the movers arrived. They arrived with a game plan, and completed it to perfection. Nothing was damaged and my 1 bedroom apartment was moved 100% in about 4-5 hours (slow elevator and we were on the 8th floor). My previous movers from the year before took about 7-8 hours. Moving of America was highly efficient. The office managers who coordinated my move were awesome as well. I dealt with Delores, and she is awesome! Answered my questions, and responded to my emails in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this moving company. 5 stars. The only negative I could mention was that the movers could have been more sociable, but that was not what I was paying them for. A+ on the moving experience, from start to finish.

Very hard working personable movers. Moving of America moved us from NJ to PA. The whole experience was easy, Dominick came out and answered my questions and provided me a quote that wasn’t the cheapest but the most comprehensive and easy to understand and everything was explained with no detail too small. My only complaint from this whole experience is they confirmed my move time for much earlier than I expected. The movers were on time and provided everything that Dominick promised. It was a long day and the men had no complaints and worked with no breaks. No food, no smoke breaks, just hard work. My items arrived in perfect condition but with a different mover which I didn’t know off but worked well putting all my items together and where I wanted it. Again, the price I received from Moving of America was not the cheapest but it was the easiest to understand and did not change. I would recommend them to anyone.

This company is a scam! I decided not to do any services with them based on their quote. That is how much thievery they demonstrated. First of all, they asked for a $98 dollar reservation fee that was not included in the overall total/quote. I received quotes from numerous moving companies and all of them equated the reservation fee as part of the total quoted. But not this company. They wanted 98 just for reserving them. In the email they later send me, they told me that the total quoted cost did not have taxes included in it. In the state of NJ moving/professional services are non taxable, meaning they are not taxed. After researching NJ tax law I called them back and asked him what was I going to be taxed on. The guy gave me some run around excuse about the hours worked and the estimate cost of what I could be taxed. I asked him again what was I going to be taxed on and he said Limousine and Taxi services and gas. WHAT?!!!!! What scam is that?! Really? Stay Away from these thieves. I am hiring another moving company.

If you are like me and get endless amounts of quotes you will have a wide range of experiences. The price I received with Moving of America was a bit higher than some of the other quotes but one of the few that was simple with no nonsense.

Moving of America is absolutely the company to use if you have a move coming up. The price they gave me was fair, and up front and no surprises. I have moved before and it was an absolute nightmare. This company has a friendly staff. No matter who I spoke to, they had everything pulled up in reference to my upcoming move, no shady business; Delores made sure I understood everything in my contract and I never felt an ounce of pressure. I gave them all the info what materials i have to carry and they gave me 3 hours estimate, it was really dissappointing , they charged me over hour, if they give you hourly estimate just consider they will charge you extra hours Plus extra charge ( tape and materials they use) The house i moved was only 4 miles away but they loaded from first place they came after 30 minutes, it was unbelieveable. Definitely i will not hire them again and i will not recommend anybody, my estimate was 598$ and i have been charged around 1000$ Also the blankets they use , they are really dirty and smells Watch your pocket!!!!

I expected moving to be stressful but Moving of America made it a wonderful experience. The guys were really nice, helpful and efficient. I paid for full packing and felt safe trusting them to handle all my stuff from start to finish. My mother’s grand piano was handled with great care. Moving of America was really my one stop shop. They even took some extra time to arrange my living room when I decided I wanted different pieces downstairs. I did not hear any complaining about my crazy request. There were no surprise fees and everything was moved safely. I was really impressed with their staff and service and would highly recommend to anyone moving in the area. They went above and beyond to help me get settled into my new home. Excellent quality and value! I would absolutely use them again.

Overall I had a fantastic experience. Moving is stressful, and Joe, Dave, and the team did a very good job. Joey came out to offer me a quote, and right away I could tell he was the guy for the job. He came prepared, knew what he was talking about, asked many good questions, and gave a fair price. I ended up with their Silver package, which included the truck, 3 movers, and 4 hours of time, including the travel. *warning* many moving places include the travel time to and from their location to yours as part of YOUR time. Moving of America DOES NOT DO THIS. The clock starts when they arrive at your location, and it's something you sign off on. They were very clear about this. Otherwise, you lose time, and then other companies charge you when they go over. Anyway, Margarito and 3 guys came and what a superstar he was. These guys deconstructed and wrapped/protected all furniture in my home in about 2 hours. Spent an hour offering to move other boxes since the truck was mostly empty, and then another 45 minutes moving all items from truck to new location. These 3 movers were very clean, professional, and personable. My only caution, is that I had a billing "issue." I was told I could pay by cashier's check, but I moved on a Sunday, and without knowing the final price, could not get that check. The movers hemmed and hawed until I asked to speak to Dave. Dave and I worked it out right away, but I did feel the movers wasted about 25 minutes of moving time trying to "clear this up." So, if you're paying by cash/cashier's check - make sure its when your bank is open! :) otherwise, no issues with the move. I *highly* recommend Moving of America.

A very friendly and energetic Lola came to our home to give us a detailed estimate of the charges based on our inventory... and our movers called bright and early to advise of their arrival (20 mins early!!) -- punctuality is always a big plus! The guys were professional, honest, hard-working, and very careful with our belongings- we appreciate how fast they moved everything! We definitely recommend Moving of America if you're seeking an A+ company to handle your belongings!

I was a little nervous about hiring a moving company, my furniture is very big and I have a few sentimental pieces but Put me at ease and did an outstanding job!! They are very courteous and professional and work amazing as a team! I told them to take as many breaks as they needed due to the temperature being extremely high!! Probably one of the hottest days so far, but they kept pushing and got the job done with what seemed to be no breaks. I offered them access to the fridge with water and even still they were very polite and didn't want to go in the fridge without asking even though they had permission to, that shows respect and professionalism in my eyes! I can't think of anything that was negative, therefore the five stars is what they deserve! I definitely recommend this company, and if you can ask for specific movers, I would ask for Margarito, Bany, and Johnathan!! They're awesome!

I moved about 2 months ago, and wanted to share my amazing experience with Moving of America. I found them online and saw that they had pretty great reviews, and offered a lot of different services. I was just moving from house to house, David talked me through the process and took down a general inventory list from me, Galileo came a couple of days later and took a more detailed look at what I was moving. My estimate changed a bit because I added some other pieces of furniture and about 5 boxes, and I was also stopping by my storage, but I felt the price was realistic. I paid for quality, comfort, and structure, and I believe that I received that. The day of the move was really smooth and calm. My 3 movers showed up about 20 minutes early, and they checked in with me before they arrived. Armando the head mover was very professional, and was very reassuring. I really felt like the movers went above and beyond, and I was really impressed. They were very efficient. They just kept going! Love these guys!

I have moved many times, both on my own and through corporate relocation. On my last move I used Moving of America. It was a really great experience! Joey and the rest of the team are VERY professional and efficient. While at first I was a bit wary of an estimate based on "per hour" charge, everyone on the team worked very hard, taking only occasional short breaks. Joey knows the business well, and his estimate turned out to be very accurate. All the furniture was carefully wrapped and then unwrapped at the destination. They do not try to nickel-n-dime you for tape, cardboard, etc. used in the packing; the estimate you get upfront includes all the materials that would be needed. I highly recommend MOA for your moving needs, and encourage to get an in-home written estimate ahead of time. Thank you guys for making our move date less stressful!

My window of arrival was 8-10, by 8:30am Joe & Crew were there. They were friendly and very helpful. We had an extra stop on the move and it was no issue at all for them. It was so hot, humid and raining but you'd never know with how great this crew was. 100% would recommend them to anyone! Before the Moving Guys left, they even asked if we needed anything else! Moving is stressful enough, but Moving of America made the actual move much easier!

We did a move from Union City to Clifton and they made it so easy. 4 guys came in like a storm and boxed everything up that wasn't already to ensure a quick, fast and efficient move. They had to be creative with a few difficult tight doorways but they made it work within the time window they said they would. Definitely a great value. I was very pleased with Moving of America from beginning to end. They were very punctual from the time the gentleman came out to give me a quote up until the movers came and completed the job. Even during the process, every time I called they were willing to answer my questions and even gave me free boxes and tape. On moving day they sent three guys who broke down and packed up my furniture from my old place and moved everything and set it back up just how I wanted it in my new place. I have a huge king sized bed that I wouldn't want to trust just anybody with taking it apart and putting it back together but Moving of America movers put it back together precisely and even tightened it up. I recommended them to a friend who moved just before we did and based on his experience and good feedback I knew we would be satisfied, and we were!

Though I didn't have as much furniture as I'm sure most moving residents do, we had enough for it to be a hassle to do it ourselves. We did some research and this moving company seemed to best fit our needs. They got all of our boxes moved while leaving them in pristine condition. I was very happy that none of my furniture was damaged and they would end up looking exactly the same when they entered our new home. This moving company provided a great service to us that we couldn’t have done ourselves and they treated our belongings with the utmost respect which I am very grateful for. This company is absolutely amazing. The original moving company I hired never showed up the day I was moving out of my home! I thought it was going to be a disaster. I had to be officially out in a few hours, and was in a panic. I called this company and they were so helpful and understanding, within a half hour they had a full crew sent out to me. The crew had just came from another big job and still performed amazingly. They were so professional, honest, and very very friendly. They were also very fast while taking the best care of all my furniture when wrapping everything. The price you pay for their service is very reasonable especially for the amount of the work they do. I had a very pleasant experience with Moving of America. I have moved within New Jersey plenty of times in my life. I have also had very different and even difficult experiences. Moving of America is the first company I will definitely be using more then once. The crew was extremely professional and very friendly. Their rates were a bit higher then others, but it was because I actually had no extra charges, the price was exactly what I had anticipated from the beginning. They charged the hourly rate that we agreed upon and nothing more. I wasn't charged for tape or a few extra boxes, they even let me come in before my move to pick up some free boxes so I could be better prepared! Other companies in the past have charged me for absolutely everything, but not Moving of America! I had a couple of challenging pieces that were handled and wrapped flawlessly. My large custom wardrobe, grandfather clock, and glass living room set was all delivered in perfect condition. If you want to pay for service with no gimmicks this company is a great choice.

Gal replied to my emails promptly and arranged an inspection of my apartment at my convenience. After looking around and taking notes, he emailed me a quote that was very competitive and even agreed on my moving date. His group of 5 arrived on time and were all very polite and hardworking. They finished the job 2 hours earlier than estimated. Gal knows his stuff and is on top of his game. We had a big sofa that needed to go thru a narrow stairwell that turned 90 deg to the basement. I don't know if it was sorcery but it was not just physically possible to fit that sofa there. In fact I already suggested it probably had to go to the garage. Next thing I know the sofa was already set in front of the basement tv and he had this no sweat smirk on his face. :) Moving is hard for us mortals and Gal and his crew made it easy, and at a very good and fair price. Moving, in my eyes, has got to be the worst thing on earth. I've moved at least 8 times in my life and I never used a moving company for fear of my belongings being mistreated and honestly not being able to afford moving services in the first place. This move was particularly hard for me. I just opened my own business and it was virtually impossible for me to do this move by myself. I had to give in and hire a moving company. After doing my research and checking out online reviews, I decided on Moving of America. Obviously, you can't go wrong with a company who has 5 star reviews all across the board. While talking with Joey and telling him about my situation, I felt comfortable in hiring them for my move. First he told me some background information about the company itself, then proceeded to give me a pretty reasonable quote, and that's when I knew I had to chose them. Armando and his crew showed up promptly at 8am ready to work, and wasted no time in getting right to the job at hand. It was like watching a well oiled machine at work. In no time my furniture was disassembled, wrapped, and on the truck. For speed of the job they did, it was nice to see the attention the detail that was paid to every piece of my furniture. All my items made it to my new home safely, in one piece, and put back together correctly. Every step of the way I was involved and nothing was done that wasn't run past me first. The overall service from this company was a great experience from the beginning to end. Joey kept me informed about the moving process from the first day we spoke at the end of February until 3 days before the move on March 31. The moving men arrived on a Sunday ready to put in work. They were professional, courteous, and fast. The moving men managed to stay within the 4 hour window so I would not be charged extra and they helped me with some random minor things that weren't on the item checklist or a part of my service plan (I forgot about them actually until the day of the move - thanks guys). About a month ago, I recently re-located from Newark NJ to Bloomfield NJ. That's from a two bedroom townhouse apartment to a full on three bedroom, dining room, & living room house and I can honestly say, I have never had such a fluent, clean professional and CARING experience from any moving company in my entire life of moving to different living situations. When I submitted my name & e-mail to 3rd-party mover websites to find quotes I; at the same time, search for 1st party moving companies myself at the same time. When I seen the rating of Moving of America I wanted to see for myself why, so I contacted them. With most moving companies they're either too dry with no detail at all and kind of bland even IF they're cheap, that gives me the unsettling feeling of distrust. Not only were they quick and straight to the point, but they were also DETAILED, BRIGHT and professional! For a price of around $1,400, this was definitely worth it! There were NO extra fees, no TRAVEL fees or anything. It was all labor and when the movers arrived on site + unloaded into my new home here, they were both fast AND careful. I ordered them pizza & was happy to feed them lunch! Thank you so much Moving of America and I will gladly contact you guys again when I upgrade to an even bigger home for my family! Our past moving experiences have been...fine. We certainly didn't expect to have one that was...fantastic. Our new building management company recommended Moving of America, and there is a good reason they do so. Not only was the company completely professional, they had personality to match, and had tremendous attention to detail. They took care not to mark up walls, and especially the wood floors. Top Notch Service. I moved from NJ To Texas and everything went very smooth. My Items arrived in perfect condition within the time I was promised. I kept my inventory exactly the same as instructed and my price did not change like some of the stories you hear about other companies. The pickup was fast and only took half the day. I had a few antiques that are really important to me and the movers used a special material on it for me (bubblecraft?) free of charge. They told me it is what they use for their international moves, I was blown away. If you want straight forward service with a smiling crew these are your guys.

I’m actually writing this review as the guys are assembling the rest of our furniture and unpacking our boxes. Moving of America nothing short of SPECTACULAR! For starters we called them on the night before our move – which was due to our buyers – you know how horrible closings can be. They squeezed us in without any problems. The crew was supposed to arrive between 9am and 10am. The guys pulled into our driveway at 8:57am! We totally underestimated how much stuff we had and the stuff ended being almost double to what the work was supposed to be. During the entire process not once did any one of the 3 guys complain or appear unhappy about the amount of stuff they we're dealing with. And because we horribly underestimated the amount of stuff we had, they sent us a 4th guy for F R E E to accommodate the time and the estimate that was given. HOW FREAKING AWESOME is that? In fact they kept reassuring us that they wouldc do everything they can to get it all done in the allotted time frame. And sure enough they did. They worked tirelessly for the entire 7 hours. No running the clock. No breaks of any sort except to sip some water and use the bathroom. In fact when asked if they wanted to take a break for lunch they said their priority was to get the job done first. Honesty, these guys are the best movers you could EVER ask for. They are honest, absolutely hardworking, time efficient, and know exactly what they are doing. These guys are highly skilled and just really great at their job! They came over prepared with all types of tools to dis-assemble our furniture (old antiques and motorized beds). Every piece of furniture was wrapped to perfection and there was no damage done to our walls, nor floors, nor to any piece of our furniture. AMAZING!!!!! I could write a story about how good these guys are but bottom line is they are the best around and reasonably priced for providing us with such quality service. They left no stone unturned in making sure the job was done just right. They made sure to go above and beyond in making us as happy as we could be. Literally, after assembling all of our furniture they placed it wherever I asked them to, just so we wouldn’t have to break our backs later on. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cannot recommend Moving of America enough! They are the epitome of a business that cares about doing things right and values the customer first. I first contacted them when I needed to move out of my old apartment. I had a slightly more complicated plan, as I needed to move all my belongings out of the old apartment, store them for about a month, and then move everything to what I thought would be my new apartment. Long story short, the search for a new apartment took much longer than expected and I was forced to keep my stuff in storage. However, given the professionalism and courtesy exhibited by everyone involved with this company, that was not at all a problem. Eithin this time, they have been nothing but patient, responsive, and very reasonable with my situation. Without their assistance, I really would've been in a major jam. Overall, my experience with Moving of America was pleasurable. They quickly came out to give me a free estimate and accommodated the date and time of my move. When the workers showed up, they were professional and extremely careful with how they handled my belongings. Even items that I put it bags, were carefully boxed and taped. Additionally, after pricing several storage warehouses, Moving of America's storage facility blew the other prices out of the water. A few months after my move, my wife and I had to get some items out of storage. Ethan was accommodating and made sure his staff was available that day. Upon arriving, the staff helped us navigate through six storage containers, taped and boxed our items back up, and loaded my car. Awesome moving company! We were moving from 3 bedroom duplex (Cliffside Park) to 5 bedroom big single house. There was an upright piano and countless boxes and a whole bunch of stuff but not once the staffs made any complaint or gave me an attitude. They were so friendly yet professional! They were also quite fast with moving the stuff into and out of the truck. They even assembled the furniture (bed and tables) they took apart for moving. The moving experience can be very hectic and stressful but Moving Of America certainly made the whole thing very smooth as possible. I wholeheartedly recommend this company! My expectations were far exceeded! I haven't moved in 13 years and have heard many horror stories but from the start my experience with Moving of America was nothing less than professional. Starting with Gal who coordinated the details of my move and quickly made me feel that I had made the right decision in choosing them over their competition. I was only moving down the block but it was still a big deal to me! The morning of the move the crew came earlier then the ETA which was between 9am and 11am, which turned out to be extremely convenient for me. The earlier the BETTER! They were polite, friendly, and thorough and handled everything with extreme care. I instantly felt relieved that I had made the BEST decision in hiring them. They actually made the process enjoyable! And their rates were competitive. Don't even think of using anyone else except these guys if you’re looking for an honest and reputable moving company! I am so glad I found this company. Dominic came out to my house and gave me my estimate. I felt very comfortable with him from the start. He was very pleasant and attentive to my needs. While not the lowest estimate, they were one of the lower ones. I booked them for my move and for things out of my control I was forced to delay last minute. They were completely understanding and were happy to reschedule me for another day. When moving day finally arrived 5 men showed up (on time) and loaded up the contents of my house in 3 1/2 hours, drove to my new home and unpacked the entire truck in 2 hours. My father who made the move with us used a different company and let's just say he had a very different experience. He rued his decision admitting he chose poorly. Oh, one last thing; they charge you from the time they arrive at your origin and end when they leave the destination. Whether it was leaving important things behind or not getting everything done in time, we have always found the whole experience to be more difficult than it should be. I figured all this to be the same when I was moving from New Jersey to Seattle but Moving to America made it very different. I was about to move to be relocated to L.A so I was looking for a moving company. I compared the prices and narrowed down my choice to Moving of America. Since I was moving about 2000 miles away, I thought it would be better to have a more reliable and secure company for moving my stuff. I was relocated for my job, I wasn't sure how moving worked since this was my first time. I gave them a call and set up a for a guy to come look at what I had. Every time I called, the people who I spoke to were super responsive and helpful. Their rates were extremely fair. I have heard horror stories of the price skyrocketing on the day of the move. My quote stayed pretty close to the estimate. The only change was from me packing a lot more boxes then expected which of course made sense. The movers themselves that came to move my stuff were really cool and chill guys, they were careful with my stuff and helped me with everything. In L.A, the goods arrived before the expected time. All in all, this was a great experience. I hope to not have to move again soon but if I do it will surely be Moving of America.

There are four things you want from a moving company: 1) a good price with great service 2) they show-up within the stated time, 3) they're friendly, and 4) they know how to quickly and safely move your stuff. I am a secretary for a large technology company. I promised If everything went as well as they promised I would take 5 minutes out of my day to leave them a nice review. Joey was my visual estimator and the person that I corresponded with. I put a lot in trust in him since if this move failed my butt was on the line. (No idea why this was my responsibility.) Thankfully everything they promised was true. Clean no nonsense organized service. The cubicle moving was very impressive it looked very tricky. My one complaint is that when we requested to ship boxes they sent only 50 when we needed 100 minimum. Joey showed up the next afternoon apologizing and hand delivered a 150 the next day and apologized so it all worked out in the end. I also thought it was interesting that the person who does the visual estimate is also the supervisor of the move. Not only did he keep the crew working hard he also helped out as much as the movers were. Thanks Moving of America for helping this move go off without a hitch.

They were: A) on time, B) friendly yet ready to work and C) an amazing team that work great together. My move was last minute because of delays, but Moving of America managed to not only show up under short notice, but actually came the next day though they asked for a two day window. I have never moved an entire office before, but the team made it feel easy from the very beginning. It instantly felt less overwhelming once I met one of their visual estimators, Gal. They really took their time with me and I could definitely tell this company was highly experience in this field. My move involved a specialist for the cubicles, packing of many large computer monitors and moving a lot of heavy furniture. I was very impressed with how safe and efficiently everything was packed. I had extremely important rewards framed and was put at ease when I saw how Armando really took the time to custom-crate the frame. They do not just use pre-made boxes; my fragile items were custom-wrapped and I swear to you nothing was going to damage that wrap job! As anyone can see, the move was all within the estimate I received and everything was put back together EXACTLY the way it was originally set up in my old office. Everything was color coded for inventory purposes and because of this my office was back up and running the very next day, which is super important as a business owner! We cannot afford to take any unnecessary time off! If you are looking for a company with a friendly staff, extremely experienced movers and most importantly, no surprises on the bill, this is the company for you to use!

The original moving company I had chosen was fully booked after I got my quote so I had to find new movers. Their quote was reasonable and they didn’t go over the discussed price which is reassuring. The guys are very professional. Margarito and his crew were courteous and polite. They did a great job disassembling and loading our hot tub. I ended up giving them a huge tip since they made the process quick and easy. The guys are friendly and respectful and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others!

Very professional company, from the phone call, to the in home estimate, to the actual moving team. I called on the weekend, they came on Tuesday and meet my request for a move on Thursday of the same week. When the team of moving men arrived, they started working immediately and quickly. There are no words to express how wonderful Moving Of America is. We have referred them to several friends who have moved throughout NYC and surrounding the suburbs who are just as pleased as we are. They arrived right on time, packed EVERYTHING we asked (large furniture pieces and our kitchen) carefully and responsibly. They took apart our furniture and pointed out any previous scratches or nicks in our furniture to make sure we were aware. After our things were packed up, they made it to our new home and unloaded all boxes, placed them in appropriate rooms, and put our furniture back together. I can't believe how wonderful our move went. We were moving from a walk up building into an elevator building. The movers arrived on time, were really careful with our stuff, especially with all the glass, and to top it off they moved so quickly. The guys were so friendly and had a great attitude. Everyone...if you need movers these are the guys! They packed me and moved me. I have never moved in my life and after 26 years at the same place I can tell you I was anxious. Joey was awesome with the quote system and explanations which made me book with them...on the packing day Margarito and his crew came and did everything. They were courteous, diligent and fast. Talk about hard workers. The next day Margarito came back with the moving crew and boom in a blink of an eye it was all done! They were great about making sure everything was placed to my liking in the new place. Nothing was damaged...and all my belongings were handled with great respect. These guys were super responsive with scheduling, pricing and making sure we were covered. It was over 90 degrees on move day, but that didn't stop them, they worked straight through. We had items in storage that were mostly personal items and family photos that needed to be moved to our new home out of state, it was not a full truck load and many of the companies I reached out to did not move partial loads out of state. I found Moving of America through an internet search. Dolores was their representative that I first reached. She was very helpful and responsive and followed up with me both by email and telephone. All the staff that I came in contact with was polite and professional. I was given an estimate based on their looking at our storage unit and a list I provided of its contents. The estimate was very close to the final cost which I considered important. They picked up and moved our items form our storage unit and stored the contents at their facility until the final move could be coordinated .. Everything was delivered and nothing was damaged or missing. The delivery movers were polite, professional and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a moving company

Moving sucks. But Moving of America is THE BEST. Joey came to give me an in-home estimate and was great to deal with throughout the entire move. His estimate was spot on, there are no hidden charges or fees. Joey also helped me secure all the necessary paperwork and insurance for each of my buildings. He even called to check in on me to make sure I was on track with packing. The three movers who showed up on moving day were GREAT. They called to confirm when they were 20 minutes away. Great work from an even GREATER team!! We are moving from a cramped apartment to a three-bedroom home, this is our big move to a house finally. I was a little hesitant to hire movers to help us get from one place to another, since we have many fragile items, and just because these are our personal belongings that we care for so much. My biggest worry was that this would be the last thing on the crew’s mind because these are items of no significance to them and they would just rush to get the job done. To my surprise, the crew was so friendly, handled each and every item with care, especially the fragile items. They were right on time and got to work right away. It was efficient and they moved quickly with care, as I had hoped they would. Friendly people, great with fragile items and above all: CARING!! I liked that I was checked up on often to make sure everything was going to my satisfaction. Also it stayed within an hour of the estimate which I thought was great because I even added items last minute. I've had a recent job opportunity that made me move from New Jersey to Michigan. We've hired Moving of America to assist us in moving and they absolutely did a fantastic job. We've had a bunch of delicate objects such as plates, ceramics’, etc and they handled it perfectly. No chips and cracks. One thing that shined about the service was that it was an incredible deal compared to other companies I called. Plenty of companies were happy to give me a low quote over the phone. The person who helped me at Moving of America advised me that the cheap companies are too good to be true. When I did my research that was totally right. The company I almost went with was known for doubling their price with all sorts of hidden cost. I had NO hidden cost on the day of the move and it stayed very close to the estimate! Also all the materials and everything they needed was included for one flat price. Super simple which made me feel a lot better. Being my first time hiring a moving company I did not know what to expect. I was very worried about horror stories I have heard from my friends. Luckily this move was stress free and exactly what I wanted. I needed movers that could safely move all of my fragile musical equipment. Their site specifically mentioned they could do this so I gave them a call and they came by and gave me a very reasonable quote after checking out the situation. The movers were punctual and worked quickly and efficiently. All my equipment made it in one piece which was my main concern. There was a small miscommunication in the materials needed to safely wrap my stuff. Armando handled the situation professionally and did not charge me any extra fees. Everything I needed was covered by a single “package” they sell so I did not spend more than I was quoted. I am very impressed with these movers and I know who I will be trusting with my next move.
