Excellent job! Highly recommended. Purchased a baby grand piano through a private sale and needed it moved. Called on Sunday afternoon, got the move done the next day. Perfect job, we literally just sat home and waited for it to arrive. They reached out to the seller for us, took it apart, moved it, then delivered and set it up for us in very short time. It arrived in perfect condition with no effort on our part. Great, fair price. We are absolutely thrilled with their work!

Amazing experience!. I work in the customer service industry and am somewhat critical when it comes to how i am treated on a customer service level. If i could give 10 stars i would!. My phone calls and emails were answered or returned rather quickly. The owner was very personable and extremely helpful. The movers were top notch!. I would use Brooks Moving again and will certainly refer anyone that needs a honest and hard working team to move. Thank you Brooks Moving for making my moving experience a true pleasure!

Michael and his staff were very professional and I appreciated working with them. Mike came to our house and gave me a quote. once his team showed up, we did a walk through and they were very nice and friendly. The day ended up taking much longer than I was quoted and they were not able to get all of our stuff on both trucks. Michael contacted me after his team left and told me that he felt bad that he was so far off on his quote and he told me that he would come out the next morning and get the rest of our stuff and deliver it to our new home. I thought this was a great show of character and I respected it a lot. I would definitely use them again and recommend everyone use him.

Brooks moving took a call from me on a Sunday and although they did not have the means to take my contract and move my hot tub, they stayed on the line, at no charge, to let me talk with someone with experience moving them. They generously talked me through all of the DIY considerations and steps. True professionals there to help.

My experience with Michael Brooks Moving was an absolutely incredible experience! I hired MBM based on several references from my social media network, Facebook. I spoke with Mike directly and he was extremely professional and educated me on what to expect when hiring his crew or company. Mike followed up our conversation with a detailed email . He called the day of the move to let me know the men were on the way and check to see if i needed any last minute packing supplies. The men arrived within 30 minutes of the call. The truck was huge! The men were clean,kind,organized and VERY efficient in their work. The thing that stands out most is how much fun they seemed to be having. Laughing and signing but working very well together. They totally took the stress out of my hectic day. I can not believe how much they moved in a short amount of time!. Cost was very reasonable and i tipped the guy well, i hope!.. if you need a honest and reliable moving company this is one i HIGHLY RECOMMEND!. Michael Brooks Moving is as good as it gets. Hand on heart, I have moved 28 times in my lifetime - so I think I have a good baseline for what makes a moving company great: reliability, talent and professionalism. First of all, Michael Brooks is a rockstar. He could not have been more reliable. First of all, Michael met with us twice before our move, to map out the plan and make packaging arrangements - and he was there when he said he'd be there! Not to mention the day of pickup, as well as the day of delivery (we were an out of state move). As far as talent goes, his team was top notch! They were not just your average Joes, looking to make an extra buck. You could tell from the get go that the crew Michael assembled had been moving for years. And boy did they look good doing it! Uniforms and all. All in all, a very professional outfit that did what they committed to do, for the money we agreed upon, at the time it needed to be done. I would recommend Michael Brooks Moving to anyone for any size move! And I would use them again without a second thought.

Did my life changing move with Michael. I decided to move from the cold weather of New England to warmer weather in the souh. South Carolina to be ckear!.. Michael and his team loaded all my worldly posession on a Saturday morning this past April . 3 days later he delivered all my things and my car!. The move went perfectly with ZERO issues. He kept me aware of his progress throughout his journey. I simply could not have asked for a better experience! 10 stars!

Did our second move with Michael Brooks Moving today and it went perfectly. Jim, Jimmy, and Alex helped us move from a 2-bedroom apartment on the third floor to a single family home. They were punctual (15 minutes early, actually!), polite, fast, and careful - everything you'd want. They disassembled and reassembled some of our furniture for us. Not a single scratch on any of our stuff and we even moved in the winter with snow on the ground. The owner, Michael, was prompt at returning phone calls, was pleasant to work with, and gave us a confirmation call prior to our move. The price was also by far the most affordable in the area and there were no extra, hidden fees. The price Michael quoted me was the exact price I paid. Michael Brooks Moving made our move a pleasant experience for the second time in a row. I will always use Michael Brooks Moving as long as they will take my business!

Absolutely amazing! Not only were the movers fast and officiant, they were extremely friendly and funny! My fiance and I just purchased our first house and Mr. Brooks made the transition into our new home so easy. He requested that upon his arrival that all small things be boxed up already to save time, which i thought was a very simple request. He explained that having everything boxed would help make the process move quicker and possibly bring down the cost of the move, which was true! Once we arrived at our new home, mr. Brooks and his two other movers made sure to handle our furniture with care and made sure everything went in the correct room. He was very patient with me, as he knew this was my first time going through this experience. Mr. Brooks was quite the comedian and even joked "the move is free, people just pay for the show!" His energy along with his crew made my experience 5 star! If i could rate him higher i would! Thank you again Michael for all your help!

Not good with names but the 3 movers that moved me this weekend were fantastic! They moved all my stuff in a matter of a few hours. I was amazed that they had me moved out and moved into my new place before noon. Price was extremely fair! Highly recommend

Hired Brooks based on several friends and family that had nothing but positive experience with them. I didn't consider my move as overly complicated. The team , 2 movers, were extremely professional and knew exactly what they were doing. No games no waste of time. They came in and got right to work. I had figured the move would take 6 hours tops. They did it in 4. Very happy customer and will recommend to anyone looking for a quality service.

I am a very satisfied customer of Brooks Moving. I have moved several times over the last 10 years. I have used other moving companies and have had bad, neutral and ok services from other local companies. I dont have the resources or frankly the disire to move myself. I read reviews of Brooks and thought i would give this company a try. I am totally impressed with this company. I emailed my inquiry and received an immediate response. The owner, Michael, came to my home and gave me a written estimate and provided tips on how to speed up the move and how this would save on the cost. On moving day the movers showed up 10 minutes before i was told they would arrive. They all introduced themselves and got right to work. I was in pure awe of how effectively they worked. This team of movers were simply prepared and professional. I will never use any other moving company again. This will be the only call i will make in the future. I have told my Realtor,family and friends of my excellent experience!. If you are reading this review. Please give this company a try.if you used movers before you will agree some companies are just horrible. You will not be disappointed with these guys.

We contracted Michael Brooks Moving and to be honest our moving needs were rather complicated . We had a variety of locations to move from and to. We are very impressed with the organizational skills Michael Brooks possesses. He was able to formulate a game plan and make the process much less hectic as we thought. Even tho his thorough plan was in place. The movers had to execute the actual move. Jim, Ali and Jim preform extremely well together and not at any time did they complain or gave up on the monumental task!. The movers were very kind,hard working and motivated. If we could give 10 stars we most certainly would!. Very good company to work with. We will certainly refer Michael Brooks Moving to anyone that needs a professional and upstanding moving company.

I can't say enough good things about this company. With all the horror stories you hear out there about moving companies, I was hesitant about who I chose to move my family. Michael came to my house to look at what I needed moved and gave me the estimate. He was very nice and straight to the point to what he thought I would need for the move. I had three guys come move me and I can't say enough good things about them. When they got there they all introduced themselves and we did a walk around to see what they were moving. Then they jumped in and just got to it. I am horrible with names but the main guy was very respectful and did an excellent job packing all of my stuff in the truck. The other two guys just kept working and even though on the unload it was raining really hard they kept plugging away at it. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Very hard workers and moved all my stuff from a three bedroom apartment in six hours start to finish. If you are moving call Michael.

Brooks moving's staff were very professional with their work. They were very conscientious of our items so as not to damage them or any of the walls. In fact, there wasn't a scuff on any of our newly painted walls when all was said and done. I would highly recommend Brooks Moving and would definitely use them again.

This was the best moving experience I've ever had. Michael Brooks Moving was able to move us on short notice including very heavy items and accommodated a date change. The owner made himself very available for my questions, and returned calls (even on a holiday weekend) almost immediately. The crew that did the actual moving was top notch - extremely professional, hard working, courteous and took exceptional care to move things carefully and protect the house and items. The crew lead Chris was especially great and moved the heavy items through a challenging staircase without a scratch or mark on anything. I found their prices very fair, but even more importantly they were reliable, professional, skillful and honest. I would use Michael Brooks moving again without hesitation.

I used Michael Brooks moving (out of Merrimack) on Memorial Day weekend to move some huge antique pieces out of a very difficult space that involved stairs, as well as about 50 boxes of books. The owner was present for the move and he really knew exactly what needed to be done. They quoted me for four hours and were done at the storage unit in 3. Great guys. Hard workers with a great sense of humor.

He can accommodate a short notice move out of state, or a quick run across town to storage.
