Just got my mi-box delivered and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. The driver Ken was very knowledgable and made sure it was exactly where we wanted it. He also took the time to make sure it was level and sturdy. Now time to load it up and get it moved to our new home. Highly recommend!!

Excellent experience! I was closing a store and needed to empty out the inventory so I could clean. I called Mi Box and they came the following week. I had the box when full, moved to my house for a small charge . Cost and space was far less expensive than a regular storage space . I also had the convience of having my storage box right next to my house. Very friendly owners , husband and wife team.

Stopped by to check in about renting a couple of boxes for a property were working on in gilford, this was on a Sunday and even though the main office was closed, 2 of the guys building the units outside with a forklift brought me in the office and told me everything I needed to know and set me up with everything I needed.They were both curteous, very helpful and explained in detail answers to every single question I had. They even showed me the different sized unit's inside and out and let me see how they work and how absolutley handy and clean they are. would recommend them 10/10 times!

We Loved our MiBox! The staff was super friendly and made everything very convenient. When I initially ordered the MiBox it was delivered within the hour. And when I was ready for it to be moved to our new home, Dana made it happen. He communicated with our MiBox driver Ken and got him to make one last move on his schedule that day, otherwise we would have had to wait another 5 days to move! Truly thankful and appreciative of the friendly and knowledgeable staff! Thank you Ken and Dana and the whole MiBox team!

This was a tremendous service - Chris the manager was terrific through the process. He was really flexible and easy to work with. The driver Mac did the initial box drop off - my driveway is super tight and difficult and he made it look easy, then walked me through how everything worked. When the box was delivered, Ken was the driver for that leg. The delivery spot drop off was a difficult driveway as well, and he handled it great. Both Ken and Mac were friendly and professional. When I opened my box, it looks just like I had packed it - nothing had shifted. I can't say enough good things about Chris, Mac and Ken - the service was exceptional, and I would definitely use them again.

Unbelievable! Called them on a Friday and had a box on Monday!! The driver, Ken I believe his name was, was so kind and helpful. I couldn't be home at the time of delivery and he patiently worked with me to get the box in place without me even being there. Very satisfied so far. Once it is loaded up then we will see how step 2 goes but great so far.

I cannot say enough about MI-BOX of Central NH. Their customer service is exceptional as is their delivery. Dana was very helpful when answering my questions and accommodated my difficult schedule. I have a very difficult driveway and Dana sent a driver to check the area to ensure the box could be delivered. On delivery day Ken, the driver, called me when he was on his way, while he was at my house to ensure the MI-BOX was where I wanted it, and called when he left to let me know everything was all set. Despite the tight turning radius and slope of the landscape, Ken was able to get the MI-BOX right in the driveway. I would highly recommend MI-BOX of Central NH to anyone who is looking for a moving/ storage alternative to the traditional moving truck and storage units.

Moving it to our new place was just as smooth, as was calling to order the pick up of the empty box. Ken was the delivery driver both times, and he was AMAZING. We had a wonderful experience with our Mi-Box from start to finish. It was delivered on time, and placed perfectly into a difficult spot. It was clean and secure. Several months right next to a field, and not one "critter" got inside. Wish I could say the same for our house!!! The staff were easy to to reach and helpful. And Ken, who picked up the box after some VERY bad winter weather, did an amazing job loading it carefully onto the truck. He was a pleasure to work with, and was able to get it un-stuck from its icy base. I highly recommend this business and its products and services.

Dealing with Chris(the manager) was very easy. He answered all my questions and helped me decide what size storage boxes I would need. Mac delivered the first box and was very pleasant and professional. Ken delivered my second box and was pleasant and professional also. They both explained how the boxes work, how to store your items in them, Ken showed me about the hooks if you wanted to strap things down. Both told me to fold the moving blankets when finished. Very professional. I would definitely use MI-BOX STORAGE again.

Ordered a MiBox and was able to get it delivered next day! Price is very reasonable. Ken came to deliver the box. He was exceptional. He made sure to explain all about the MiBox and little things to look out for (like if the door wont shut because the bolt has slid open, and how to easily fix that). He was very detailed in ensuring that the box was level and would not rock on my not-so-level driveway. Ken has a great personality and made the experience fun and easy. Definitely recommend.

I have movers coming on Friday and realized I would be short of storage space since I'm storing the items on the property. I call on a Monday and told Chris my dilemma and he made arrangements to have it delivered on Wednesday. That kind of service is unheard of nowadays it would seem! But it only gets gets better! Ken delivered the unit and we realized that the door would would be facing the wrong way as it was loaded on the truck. He went above and beyond by unloading unit turning it around, reloading it on the truck and backing it into place with the door facing the right way! Professional, friendly and courteous service. Our Mi-Box experience has been excellent! We had several boxes delivered for our move, and Ken our delivery driver was just awesome. Chris in the office was extremely helpful with getting the boxes to us super quickly (within 24 hours) as I had cancelled with another container service. Ken was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me when he delivered and picked up. Overall GREAT experience. Much better to be able to deal with the same people each time for all of the deliveries and when I call the office. HIGHLY recommend.
